River View Loft in Historic Downtown Vicksburg, Ms. This one of a kind Loft boasts over 1700 sq. ft. of original wide planked wood floors, brick walls and wood beam ceilings. It overlooks the Yazoo Diversion Canal to the West ( living area) and the east end (bedroom ) faces the Old Court House and Historic Downtown. This building dates back to the 1800's and was used as an old speakeasy in the roaring 20's. It features a huge private King Suit with custom headboard. Attached is a walk-in closet with laundry and on- suite bath with a large two- person jacuzzi tub with rain shower. The main living area is an open concept kitchen and living room with a guest bath which includes an old cast iron tub. We have tried to keep many of the originals features of this space while providing modern comforts. Please note that the loft is up two flights of stairs.

We are centrally located in Vicksburg Mississippi parallel to I-20 close to everything Vicksburg has to offer: historic Vicksburg National Military Park, Tourist Information Center (both less than a mile) There are museums, Antebellum homes, the Vicksburg Convention Center, many restaurants, Sports parks and Historic downtown which are very close.

Also located in the Holley Rentals 6500 sq ft building is a 2 bedroom ID 2867776 & Holley Rentals 1 bedroom apartment ID1987010 …Both can be rented for extra guests. We currently live in an upstairs apartment.

We purchased this property in 1999. It was a vacant mechanic shop and had been vacant for around 10 years. Through the years, during the time we have owned the property, it has been many different things, currently it is occupied by a hair salon and 3 corporate rentals. Our newest addition at Holley Rentals is a 2 bedroom spacious apartment with front door parking. The 1100 sq ft apartment has a king bed in one bedroom and a queen in the other. It also haves a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The apartment is fully stocked and has a full size washer/dryer for your added convenience. The private bath can be entered through the hallway attached to the kitchen and bedroom. It is very close to the Vicksburg National Military Park and 5 minutes from many other attractions. Beautiful historic flat built in 1940. Located in the downtown area, near the casinos. You have a wide range of site seeing. The place is quite and cozy. Also located beside a barbershop that has been in the Vicksburg community for 30 years

- "We had several family members from different parts of the country arriving in the St. Peters area for a family gathering. The 4 bedrooms worked out great and who can argue with 2 1/2 baths. There were plenty of seating areas. We were not interested in using the pool in early May but it would be a plus later in the summer. House was well appointed and comfortable." - "Walked into a nice cozy homelike atomosphere .. was kinda apprehensive about location when booked but come night fall area pretty well lit and no stragglers hanging around area.. it is an older building so there are some cosmetic type issues .so if you are expecting a state of art newly remodeled apt this is not the place for you .. if you are wanting a get a way for an affordable price this is definitely a bargain place.. the traffic is all night tho so if a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend but my bf and I definitely have no issues sleeping through anything so that was not an issue for us ..it’s within walking distance of a lot of the shops museums and restaurants.. hostess was great and very responsive to messages .."

I probably just didn’t catch it in the listing but there is NO CENTRAL AC in this apartment! We were there in June and when we first walked in it was HOT. The A/C remotes for the in room units didn’t make a lot of sense to us either, so we just pushed buttons and prayed. It was pretty warm in the afternoon, but it’s Mississippi in June…that happens. We ran into a few small issues but they were quickly fixed or addressed (needed batteries for the Roku remotes and there was a roof leak in one of the rooms), and the home does need some TLC in places (soft areas on porch, dusty fans, some general old home type stuff), but overall we truly enjoyed our stay! Tim and Lucy were so helpful. You won’t regret a stay in this charming older home! "

- "Checking in process was good, they had a great description of what to do when you got to property. No concerns there. I had my family with me on this trip, including a crawling 1 year old. We found the house to be very unclean when we arrived. We found some toenail clippings and some old food bits scattered amongst the floor. Obviously floors had not been swept from the previous guests. The house is older which gives it great character but the small window units that cool the entire apartment couldn’t keep up on the day we were there. Ultimately decided to stay at a hotel down the street. Tons of potential, just needs a little TLC and proper cleaning."
