When you’re looking to go out to eat, within walking distance & less than 10 minutes away there’s Deannie’s seafood, Mama Thai, New Orleans Food & Spirits, Melius bar/grill, Daiquiris & cream and R & O’s restaurant which all open at 11 pm. Just go up the street towards the direction of the school and continue walking down and you will find them. When you’re ready to sightsee the main tourist attractions like the French Quarter, etc are about 15-20 minute Uber drive. I went to Blue Nile on Frenchmen street & saw the best musical group named Water seed, who were thoroughly entertaining. This place is great and there wasn’t a cover charge or even a drink requirement when we went. Check out their website for further details. If you love to do karaoke you’ve got to visit the Cat’s Meow on Bourbon Street, no cover charge either! After a night out on the town, you will look forward to returning to your cozy space on Geneva Street away from all the loud hustle and bustle of the party goers. City Park is a gorgeous park with great views and multiple things to do there. It is about 10 minutes away from Brian’s house & it has a lovely free sculpture garden with fabulous works of art. Plus there’s a café du monde truck parked near the garden, so you can try a delicious beignet. I know you will have a great stay at Brian’s. It was hard for me to leave and return back to my little apartment after staying there. Thank you for making my 1st trip to New Orleans extremely memorable Brian!"

My place is in the heart of Old Metairie, one of the safest areas in the City of New Orleans. Ten to fifteen minute drive to most city venues. Five minutes to Ochsner Medical Center. Five restaurants across the street and a drugstore and grocery within walking distance. My place is great for friends, business travelers, and families (with kids) seeking to enjoy the treasures and revelry of our city.
Our unit is a ground floor apartment in a small complex. No smoking in the unit. All of the furnishings are brand new. We provide coffee and bottled water for our guests. This unit is in a small walk-in gated building. There is a small pool and patio ideal for relaxing after an eventful day in the city.
As frequent travelers ourselves we want a clean, comfortable, functional space when we arrive and throughout our stay. We strive to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

We offer an assigned parking spaces and there is plenty of parking if you need more spaces.
There are king beds in the primary bedrooms and queen beds in the other 4 bedrooms. Each unit has a pull out sofa in the living room.
The condo has an outdoor table and chairs on the balcony for you to enjoy.
All bedrooms have 40` Flat screen TVs. The living rooms have a 60` TV.
There is so much available to you at this awesome Metairie location including Lakeside Mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joe`s, Lake Pontchartrain and countless restaurants including Fleming`s, Drago`s and The Cheesecake Factory.
The condos are walking distance to the Mardi Gras parades that run down Veterans Blvd and is conveniently located to I-10. It is approximately a 5-10 minute drive to City Park and the Fairgrounds for Jazz Fest, a 5 minute drive to an AMC movie theater and a 10-15 minute drive to downtown New Orleans and the French Quarter.
Guests will have exclusive and uninterrupted access to both units.

1. We are legally limited to the posted maximum occupancy by local law. Additional guests occupying the space will be charged $100 per person per night.
2. Quiet hours are between 10pm -7am. Any noise complaints between these hours, or if the police are called could result in a fine of up to $1000 and you may be asked to vacate the property.
3. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $100 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given and our cleaners have the right to enter the property and begin cleaning if they arrive and you are still present. If you are not at the property, our cleaners will set your items outside for you to collect. If the space you’re renting is for multiple units, the fee will be $100/hour per unit.
4. Smoking in the unit will result in a $500 Deodorization Fee. Please smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided.
5. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party will be charged a $1,500 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras with active recording is present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken.
6. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.
7. Please use our black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging white linens/towels.
8. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.
9. While pets are allowed at this listing they are limited to 1 pet under 35lbs unless authorized prior to booking. Pets must be kenneled when left alone but should not disturb neighbors. Guests must clean up after pets outside. Pets should not be allowed on beds or furniture.
10. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
11. Pack n` Plays and high chairs are available upon request. There is limited availability. Please inquire via message if you would like to reserve one.
12. There is a $500 minimum fee for commercial photography and filming on the property.
13. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.

Private stand-alone Studio behind my home and privacy gate. You will be 7 miles from downtown New Orleans (usually takes me 12 minutes) & 9 miles from the French Quarter. We want our guests to be comfortable and feel at home. Your privacy is important to me, so your entrance is thru a privacy gate & is separate from my entrance. You will also have free off-street parking that is just for you! Indoors is smoke-free & no pets are allowed. I ask that you please respect neighbors and furniture :)
Suite is an open room with a comfy queen size pillow top bed, a comfy sofa that folds out into a full size bed, black out curtains, dresser with 5 drawers, refrigerator/freezer, bar with microwave, toaster oven, double burner electric hotplate, pots, pans, croc pot/slow cooker, cookware spoon and spatula, can opener, ice trays for freezer, plates, cups, bowls, knives, spoons, forks, broom & dust pan, swiffer wet jet, towels, linens, a few rolls of toilet paper & soap bars provided. TV That you can swivel to face either bed or sofa. Wifi and Roku TV, where you watch the ROKU channels or sign into your favorite streaming apps. Granted it is winter time in New Orleans, so it may see better maintenance in the summer. The appliances appeared to be almost brand new. No dish washer or garbage disposal. Owner had a blender delivered after it was pointed out that there was supposed to be one. Also, had trash bags delivered, as there were none available. Complex did have a locking gate. The area did feel a little sketchy."

4. Smoking in the unit will result in a $500 Fee to remove the smoke odor from the unit and all upholstery. If the space is left excessively dirty $100 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids including feces will result in a charge of $250. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $500. Do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces. Please use our black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging white linens/towels.
5. Guests are provided 1 key. Lost/missing key will result in a charge of $150 to re-key the locks - we cannot accept mailed back keys as we must rekey the locks before the next guest for security purposes. One key in the lockbox is attached to a keychain. There will be a $25 charge if the keychain is missing.
6. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.
7. Please do not ship packages to yourself as we are not able to receive them at the unit and therefore cannot be responsible for them. We will not be responsible for them in the event they get lost, and will not be responsible for returning them if they are found after your departure.
8. For any items left behind, there will be a $25 fee plus the actual cost of shipping to have it shipped back to you.
9. There is a 750$ minimum fee for commercial photography and filming on the property. Certificates of Insurance for all vendors must also be submitted.

The place is situated in a subtropical region. Ants and roaches are endemic to this region. We fumigate regularly and clean to ensure the place is clean of anything that will attract these bugs. For that reason, we ask for your cooperation while you stay with us. Eat in the designated eating area and clean up any crumbs. DO NOT leave any food in the open on counters or shelves. Please place them in containers or in the freezer. Also, place the garbage out in the large container frequently to prevent bugs from having a reason to entrée. If you get a multi legged visitor, please use the bug spray under the kitchen cabinet and let us know where you spotted one and if it was alive!

This condo is 10 minutes away from Elmwood 15 minutes from the airport about 15 minutes from downtown. it is also close to the norco, shell, and Waterford 3. It’s one block away from grocery stores and dining. It also offers a paved parking lot in the rear Wi-Fi is included along with washer and dryer 40 inch TVs, and both bedrooms and in the living room. All dishes and utensils are there as well as towels, sheets and comforters.

My place is a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a kitchen and small sitting area with cable TV and WiFi included. It is small, but it is perfect to spend the night and relax after an exciting time in the city. We are only 11 miles away from the exciting city New Orleans. We are across the street from Jefferson Library and only a few minutes away from Lakeside Hospital (Tulane) and a few minutes from the airport. This a safe area. Courtesy access to a laundry room on site next door.

Please note that violation of the following may result in termination of rental agreement.
1. Except for children under age 16, persons not included on the rental agreement are not allowed within the unit.
2. No loud noises in or outside of the unit after 10pm per the local noise ordinance. If using the balcony or pool after this time, please respect the neighbors.
3. No glitter or confetti allowed in the home. Cleanup is a nightmare - thanks for understanding.
4. Please do not rearrange large furniture or paintings. Moving chairs is fine BUT do not leave indoor chairs on the balcony due to the risk of weather damage.
5. Trash or trash cans may not be placed on the balcony or in the hallway. This is a finable community violation.
6. No vaping or smoking inside the unit. Portable ventilator must be used when cooking. Guests are responsible for the cost of any deodorizing services required due to lingering odors.
7. No pets allowed.
8. A camera is located at the entrance of the property. Said camera is not to be obstructed in any manner under any circumstances.
9. No commercial filming or photography allowed inside the unit.
10. Most importantly, please respect the space and community as if it were your own.

B. Enter keypad code supplied to you by Lessor via email.
C. Take gate key fob* & gym key** from kitchen counter.

D. Leave the gate key fob & gym key on the kitchen counter.
E. Lock the balcony door & lock the entry door (deadbolt/keypad only).

B. Dumpsters are located next to the entrance and exit gates.
C. The in-unit laundry is great for small loads. Large loads should be taken to the on-site coin-operated laundry.
