My place is in the heart of Old Metairie, the safest area in the City of New Orleans. Ten to fifteen minute drive to most city venues. Five minutes to Ochsner Medical Center. Five restaurants across the street and a drugstore and grocery within walking distance. My place is great for friends, business travelers, and families (with kids) seeking to enjoy the treasures and revelry of our city.
Our neighborhood is one of the safest areas in the City of New Orleans. Being on Metairie road allows for quick access to most venues in the city. Our neighborhood also boasts some of the highest real estate values in the city
Our unit is a ground floor apartment in a small complex. No smoking in the unit. All of the furnishings are brand new. We provide coffee and bottled water for our guests. There is a washer and dryer in the unit with laundry supplies. As frequent travelers ourselves we want a clean, comfortable, functional space when we arrive and throughout our stay. We strive to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.
This unit is in a small walk-in gated building. There is a small pool and patio ideal for relaxing after an eventful day in the city.
Our property manager lives on site to address any concerns or problems you may encounter.

- "My words cannot do justice to describe our extended stay at Donna's homey and cozy apartment. I am from the New Orleans area and have been living up in the Minneapolis area for the past 20 years. My father had become ill and needed to be close to his medical facility for daily treatments. With my father needing continuous medical care for 7-weeks, we were fortunate enough to find this wonderful apartment so close to the medical facilities we needed and so centrally located to all that New Orleans has to offer. Donna was so understanding and compassionate to our needs that her and her on-site staff ensured we had everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing's description, so my expectations were high and when I arrived, I was thrilled. The quaint courtyard style pool and covered decked-out patio areas are conveniently located only yards away from the front door. An outdoor BBQ grill was also at our disposal for which we gladly utilized. With a full-size refrigerator and range, the kitchen has most everything one would need to make a cook’s life quite comfortable. The bathrooms were spotless and contained an abundance of linens and personal toiletries. All three bedrooms were quite large and had oversized closets, extremely comfortable beds, well-furnished and very appeasing to the eyes. I am hoping I won’t need Donna’s apartment again for the same reason I was there this trip but look forward to coming back down to the Big Easy and would not hesitate to rent Donna’s home again. Such a rare find! "

- "I sleep here a lot enough said" - "Elevator was unfortunately broken when we arrived but we were on the second floor so not a terrible inconvenience. Our window started to leak after a day of pouring rain but again this wasn't a huge problem and we were given extra towels that kept up with the leak. The staff were friendly, helpful and made check in/out a breeze even over the Christmas holiday. The breakfast served was nice and my kids gobbled it up. Room service was just as friendly and helpful as the front desk staff and extremely efficient. This was my second time staying here and I will definitely book here again. I wish other guests would be as kind and considerate and not leave their trash outside but that's on then and not the hotel to be honest. If you need a hotel that's fairly priced with easy access to the interstate, shopping, and food in a good area then this is the hotel for you. "

When you’re looking to go out to eat, within walking distance & less than 10 minutes away there’s Deannie’s seafood, Mama Thai, New Orleans Food & Spirits, Melius bar/grill, Daiquiris & cream and R & O’s restaurant which all open at 11 pm. Just go up the street towards the direction of the school and continue walking down and you will find them. When you’re ready to sightsee the main tourist attractions like the French Quarter, etc are about 15-20 minute Uber drive. I went to Blue Nile on Frenchmen street & saw the best musical group named Water seed, who were thoroughly entertaining. This place is great and there wasn’t a cover charge or even a drink requirement when we went. Check out their website for further details. If you love to do karaoke you’ve got to visit the Cat’s Meow on Bourbon Street, no cover charge either! After a night out on the town, you will look forward to returning to your cozy space on Geneva Street away from all the loud hustle and bustle of the party goers. City Park is a gorgeous park with great views and multiple things to do there. It is about 10 minutes away from Brian’s house & it has a lovely free sculpture garden with fabulous works of art. Plus there’s a café du monde truck parked near the garden, so you can try a delicious beignet. I know you will have a great stay at Brian’s. It was hard for me to leave and return back to my little apartment after staying there. Thank you for making my 1st trip to New Orleans extremely memorable Brian!"

You’ll be staying on the B side of our New Orleans double. Outside the house, you’ll have a driveway supporting two cars plus additional street parking. Around the back of the home, you can sit outside on your private porch, let the kids run around the yard, and enjoy our backyard.

Inside, you’ll have a full kitchen for any of your cooking needs. Guests can sleep in the 2 bedrooms, plus the living room comes equipped with a queen-sized sofabed. The living room contains a new smart TV, and the house has Wi-Fi.

New Orleans is a big, small city… let that sink in. That means there is a ton to do, but nothing is ever far away. You are minutes from City Park, the French Quarter, and the Garden District. Are you looking for something off the beaten path? We will gladly send some recommendations your way.

We live on the A-side of the double, and unless you need us, we will give you your space. After all, this is your vacation; we don’t want to intrude. However, because we live on the other side of the double, we ask that you refrain from any parties, including but not limited to bachelor/bachelorette parties. My place is in the heart of Old Metairie, one of the safest areas in the City of New Orleans. Ten to fifteen minute drive to most city venues. Five minutes to Ochsner Medical Center. Five restaurants across the street and a drugstore and grocery within walking distance. My place is great for friends, business travelers, and families (with kids) seeking to enjoy the treasures and revelry of our city.
Our unit is a ground floor apartment in a small complex. No smoking in the unit. All of the furnishings are brand new. We provide coffee and bottled water for our guests. This unit is in a small walk-in gated building. There is a small pool and patio ideal for relaxing after an eventful day in the city.
As frequent travelers ourselves we want a clean, comfortable, functional space when we arrive and throughout our stay. We strive to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

Guests enter through the foyer which leads into a full kitchen featuring top-of-the-line appliances and everything you'd need to prepare a meal. Our home has an open floor plan and the kitchen sits just next to the dining table, sitting area, and living room. We also have a large office with a desk and computer monitor making it a perfect spot to work from "home". The three bedrooms are upstairs as well as a shared bathroom connecting two of the rooms. The master bedroom features a beautiful and expansive en suite bathroom.

1. We are legally limited to the posted maximum occupancy by local law. Additional guests occupying the space will be charged $100 per person per night.
2. Quiet hours are between 10pm -7am. Any noise complaints between these hours, or if the police are called could result in a fine of up to $1000 and you may be asked to vacate the property.
3. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $100 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given and our cleaners have the right to enter the property and begin cleaning if they arrive and you are still present. If you are not at the property, our cleaners will set your items outside for you to collect. If the space you’re renting is for multiple units, the fee will be $100/hour per unit.
4. Smoking in the unit will result in a $500 Deodorization Fee. Please smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided.
5. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party will be charged a $1,500 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras with active recording is present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken.
6. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces.
7. Please use our black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging white linens/towels.
8. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.
9. While pets are allowed at this listing they are limited to 1 pet under 35lbs unless authorized prior to booking. Pets must be kenneled when left alone but should not disturb neighbors. Guests must clean up after pets outside. Pets should not be allowed on beds or furniture.
10. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
11. Pack n` Plays and high chairs are available upon request. There is limited availability. Please inquire via message if you would like to reserve one.
12. There is a $500 minimum fee for commercial photography and filming on the property.
13. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.

1. We are legally limited to the posted maximum occupancy by local law. Additional guests occupying the space will be charged $100 per person per night.
2. Quiet hours are between 10pm -8am. Any noise complaints between these hours, or if the police are called could result in a fine of up to $1000 and you may be asked to vacate the property.
3. Unauthorized Late checkouts are a $100 charge for each hour after 11am - a 15 minute grace period is given and our cleaners have the right to enter the property and begin cleaning if they arrive and you are still present. If you are not at the property, our cleaners will set your items outside for you to collect. If the space you’re renting is for multiple units, the fee will be $100/hour per unit.
4. Smoking in the unit will result in a $500 Deodorization Fee. Please smoke outside and use the ashtrays provided.
5. Unregistered guests and parties are prohibited by local laws. Our occupancy limits are set by local ordinance. Any guest found to have had a party will be charged a $1,500 fee for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras with active recording is present at the property to verify these laws/house rules are not broken.
6. Please do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces. If touch up paint etc is required there will be a charge.
7. Please use the make up wipes and black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging linens/towels.
8. If the space is left excessively dirty $50 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids will result in a charge of $150. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $100.
9. While pets are allowed at this listing they are limited to 1 pet under 35lbs unless authorized prior to booking. Pets must be kenneled when left alone but should not disturb neighbors. Guests must clean up after pets outside. Pets should not be allowed on beds or furniture.
10. While we cannot receive any mail or packages to the space we will assist with getting packages shipped to New Orleans if needed.
11. Pack n' Plays and high chairs are available upon request. There is limited availability. Please inquire via message if you would like to reserve one.
12. There is a $500 minimum fee for commercial photography and filming on the property.
13. Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.

Our unit was just as advertised, clean, close to our venue, restaurants, and New Orleans.
