All bedrooms have king beds except the bunk room which has two sets of bunks each with regular size mattress on the bottom and twin on top. All rooms have views and direct access to covered porches. Each bedroom is decorated to a theme. You'll know when you drive up that this is not really a rental unit! All bathrooms recently updated.

The one attribute we did not realize is that the ceilings are all 10 feet which makes the scale and openness of the home very impressive. The house was clean, well stocked and filled with details that makes the stay even more enjoyable. Even though the location is secluded it is not too far from great attractions. The scenery available from the windows and patio area is stunning and will always be a highlight of the trip. This is a great place if you are looking for a relaxing retreat with your family. It is also worth noting that Chris is a great host. Very helpful in answering questions and providing options for activities in the area. The only things that I could say that might be unique are that the tenants on property are closer than we originally imagined. (The gentlemen were nice and considerate of our space) Second, the beds were a little more firm than we like but this is more of a personal preference. Guest access
The entire 2 bedroom lockoff is yours. We live on property in the attached house - and are available to help or chat at any time! The back patio is yours for hanging out as well as the lookout.

In the winter:
It’s hard to find a more magical winter wonderland. We get SO much snow! Please use our private sledding hill and sleds- right out your front door on the property! Cuddle up on the overlook to watch the sunset or meander on a quiet walk in the woods... you choose! Up for more adventure... pack some hot cocoa and slip on some snowshoes (complimentary to borrow). There are public trails just 2 miles up the mountain.

In the summer/fall:
We have horseshoes and chairs on the overlook area for you.
Hiking on the top of Bellyache is hard to beat! The views and wildflowers/changing leaves are incredible and the drive is only a few minutes.

Additional notes:
The stairs to enter the lockoff at the back of the house are mountain rustic (natural stones). Please be sure you are able to navigate them! They will be snow covered and icy. It is snowy up here and 4 wheel drive is a must in the winter.

The lockoff is located above the garage. You may hear the garage door during your stay.

A few things to keep in mind about our Mountain Home:
We are rural - wifi is available. We live on the side of a mountain so have pristine mountain spring well water. This water is amazing! We also have water filters. This resource is precious though, so please practice water conservation.

We are on a septic system, so please do not flush anything except toilet paper. We do not have air conditioning, but since the house is at 8400 feet it is very rarely necessary. There are ceiling fans in each room as well as the living room. Additional fans are available upon request.

Please do not bring skis inside the home. Our community is gated and it is safe to leave them inside your car.

We value natural and organic living. Every intentionality was used in building this space.

Kremmling has charming cafes, shops and delicious take out pizza. Make sure you preorder homemade pastries from Gore Pass Bakes which can be delivered. Kremmling is located in close proximity to white-water rafting, and multiple ranches that provide trail rides. Other outdoor options include hiking Gore Range, Medicine Bow-routt National Forest, or Rabbit Ears Pass which are all a short drive down the road! As mentioned previously, you’re located less than an hour from Steamboat and Silverthorn where you will find yourself in the heart of Colorado’s mountains. Some of our personal favorites in Steamboat Springs are Strawberry Hot Springs, downtown shopping, and grabbing a bite to eat at places such as O'Neil’s Irish Tavern and Grill or E3 Chophouse.

This one bedroom apartment above a garage has fantastic night sky, great views, is close to Eagle (including the bus stop where the free bus can take you to Vail, Beaver Creek) and the various biking and hiking trails. A fun quirky place to stay in the mountains of Colorado within 2 miles of downtown Eagle. Small outdoor patio with furniture to enjoy the views and mountain air. Note - there is one smaller dog on the property that is friendly but may bark at you to say hello but then settles down. Also, the stairs are steep and there is not a full kitchen but instead a kitchenette. There is only one bed (the bunk bed is removed) but the green chair in the bedroom can pull out for a small sleeping space. Plus one complimentary www.innerlightjuice.com per person.

We offer something for everyone in your group. Enjoy the Bright, spacious kitchen, with a great table for entertaining. The upstairs living room enjoys gorgeous views, wonderful natural light and comfortable places to snuggle up with a book. Have to work away from home? No problem. The office is beautiful, boasting floor to ceiling custom book shelves.
The downstairs living room is all about fun. Pull up a saddle stool to the bar, and watch sports on the huge TV's. Two living rooms means happiness for everybody!

- "Rudy was so helpful and willing to help us through every bit of our stay." - "The house was great, lots of space for a large group. The host communicated quickly and was really helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that you have to drive on a dirt road for about 10 minutes to get to the house, and we were there in spring with large enclosed snowmobile trailers. Lots of space to park in front of the house, had to leave the biggest trailer out on the road though because the driveway has a 90 degree turn and some trees in the way make it hard to back a 40' trailer in. The hot tub was also super nice but weren't able to have more than 4 people in it or the water would overflow and then be too low when you got out. Overall though really good stay, would stay here again and the host was great!"

This condo has been updated to reflect a modern mountain feel, and is perfect for families and small groups. Just 10-15 minutes from Beaver Creek and 20 minutes to Vail, located in Edwards, CO. The unit is located on the 2nd floor of the building, with the loft extending to the third floor (important to note, guests must take stairs to access unit inside through garage and outside). The Eagle River is walking distance down the road, providing ample chances to raft, fish and play in the water close by. There are paved biking/walking paths around the area as well.

The primary room has a spacious California king bed, with a private full bath and a dedicated work space with a desk. The second bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet, and a dedicated work space with a desk. Walk up the stairs to the updated roomy loft that has a trundle bed with two twin beds- or can be pushed together to make another king. Up in the loft, we also have a TV, two bean bag chairs, a stand alone closet, and another dedicated work space with a desk.

The living room is a great place to unwind after a day of exploring the Colorado mountains. Kick back and relax watching TV or by warm up by the gas fireplace.

The fully stocked kitchen has brand new updated appliances, and is ready to whip up meals for the whole family. The dining table and bar stools are a great place to host and connect over a shared meal. We have a Brita pitcher, some spices, mixing bowls, sheets and pans, coffee/tea, and more.

The patio off the living room has a comfortable egg chair, which makes for a perfect place to disconnect and catch up on your favorite novel. Outside also has a table and chairs, with overhead bistro lights, to make the most of your time in the woods!

Garage can be used to store one small to midsize car, as well as your outdoor gear.

We provide large pool towels to utilize the pool and hot tub, which are just steps away from the unit.

We have a digital keyless entry front door system. You will be sent the easy instructions with photos prior to arriving on site. We have one parking spot inside the garage that is tight, and will only fit a small car up to a midsize SUV. We have an additional dedicated parking spot directly in front of the garage.

**There is no smoking allowed in the condo or in any common areas shared by residents. Quiet hours are 10pm-8am, and we thank you for being respectful of our neighbors and the association rules.
