- "First, this location is a block off the quarter. Makes access to all French Quarter sites walkable. Jackson Square a little far but still doable. Security of building was first rate. Check in process was easy. Liked this location as it’s close enough to the action without being in the middle of it (noise, etc). Now, the unit itself. Plenty clean and orderly. Kitchen isn’t stocked with much. But has glasses, bowls, plates. Dining table was unstable and we were afraid to use it much. TV had streaming only, couldn’t watch The Masters as we couldn’t access cable type channels. No wash clothes in the bathroom…if you’re gonna have liquid soap, you need wash clothes. And the bed…highly recommend the mattress be changed. It was extremely hard, beyond firm. Had no cushion to it. You can certainly rely on this place for good location and generally who cares about a kitchen when you have all the great FQ food nearby; however, comfort is important. A few things made me drop this from a 4 to 3 rating, the bed being the main thing. "

The units (yes, it is 2 separate units, NOT a 3 bedroom condo) were run down, unkept, patches on the walls that needed to be painted, closet lights not working, furniture had rings and cigarette burns in the couch and missing blinds (or held up with paper clips).
