River is right there. Hop on/Hop off Bus stop right across street and streetcar a block away. Rooms are dated but quiet. Some train horns can be heard but didn’t bother me too much. No microwave in room. Fridge wasn’t working..told staff about it but nothing done. Lost a $16 piece of cake and had to keep milk in ice bucket for breakfast. View was fantastic! Loved watching the boats go up and down river. No real non seafood restaurant on site and breakfast was buffet, not an option for hubby (liver transplant survivor) so we struggled with food for his AM meds. Not sure we’d stay here again ..but would highly recommend to anyone who doesn’t have as many restrictions as us."

- "Be sure to call before arriving to listing to confirm your reservation. I booked a room with King bed and upon arrival I was given a room with 2 twin beds. After speaking to front desk I was told the only way to guarantee my reservation is correct is to book directly through Marriot. They had to “move some things around” to accommodate my reservation. Staff was very friendly and issue was resolved so no major complaints. I was flexible either way although this have turned into an issue. Be sure to take this into account when booking! Otherwise this is a great location! 10-15 min walk to Bourbon St! Close to parades! Lots of fun!"

STORAGE:

We do offer small lockers for storage of personal items such as a laptop, cell phone, etc. These are roughly the size of a microwave. If you have more belongings than that then it may not be a good fit


PARKING:



When it comes to parking, the French Quarter can be rather tricky. There is a paid parking garage on the 1st floor of our building directly underneath us as well as a parking area across the street and diagonal from our building.





FYI: We don't own, operate, or manage the parking! So we're just sharing what we know.





These parking areas vary depending on the time of week and what things are happening in the city and we do not have any affiliation with them.





They usually run $20 per night during slower times and $30 or more during busier ones. There is also street parking around for free if you can manage to find it.





Cheaper parking can be found a few blocks west or north of the hostel.

We have a massive brand-new kitchen with 70 feet of marble countertops to use, two stoves, three refrigerators, and the utensils you'll need to make a meal!



Are we done yet? HECK NO! We ALSO offer our Digital Nomad space for those who are working their way across America. A separate space with plenty of plugs, usb charging stations, group huddle tables, and work space plenty so you can get you to grind on while on the move!



We have a total of 14 showers, 14 toilets, 8 sinks, and 72 square feet of mirrors for all of your bathing, preening, and other needs!

STORAGE:

We do offer small lockers for storage of personal items such as a laptop, cell phone, etc. These are roughly the size of a microwave. If you have more belongings than that then it may not be a good fit




PARKING:

When it comes to parking, the French Quarter can be rather tricky. There is a paid parking garage on the 1st floor of our building directly underneath us as well as a parking area across the street and diagonal from our building.


FYI: We don't own, operate, or manage the parking! So we're just sharing what we know.


These parking areas vary depending on the time of week and what things are happening in the city and we do not have any affiliation with them.


They usually run $20 per night during slower times and $30 or more during busier ones. There is also street parking around for free if you can manage to find it.


Cheaper parking can be found a few blocks west or north of the hostel.
