Check in was very stressful being that they needed a credit card to put on file when I already paid for the room a month in advance. This is something that should be communicated once payment is accepted or right before, I had to wait an hour for someone to come with a credit card and they hold $50 until check out. This seems standard but was not told to me until I arrived, had I known this prior, I could have saved some time and frustration."

It was clean, quiet, the aesthetics were nice, the room was so large, the whirlpool was perfectly romantic, and the bed was very comfortable. Oh and the breakfast was a surprise because it was hot and fresh, the staff were friendly and accommodating. Hats off to this location because we will return Soon!! Q, you’re the best!! "
