Well the young lady without hesitation nor checking the system for availability said no,not til about 2:30 but check-in is actually is 3pm should there be one.So understanding the regulations and guidelines we had no choice but to wait. she did however asked for my contact phone info in which i saw her write it down and said should there be an early opening she would call.My family and i go to the subway across the street to kill time and eat in whoch we could see the arrival of other customers with luggage in tow entering and receiving a room before us which keep in mind the young lady wrote my contact info but never did i receive a call.We then enter the lobby at 3pm and i asked why was i not called and her response was she did not have my info to do and that all other vistors were checked in at the same time.Well one of the early arrivals happened to be a family member mine therefore i knew it was a lie. Not sure why the treatment was given to me in that form but a little more leniency can give you alot more gratitude. Please give the young lady who's name is Emily some more training in treating your valued guest equally. "
