- "Overall impression of property is Poor. Property is not clean and is in a very well used/tired Sonesta suite hotel. Great location, friendly ppl at front desk, engineering staff & unit space is adequate. Hotel is very well used. Public area leading to elevators is dirty as well as elevators leading to unit on 3rd floor. This is 1st impression leading to the unit. It’s just a well used Sonesta hotel room. There are NO advantages to booking through VRBO. Avoid additional VRBO fees and book through hotel. No owner to address needs. Room is not well cleaned, coffee pot not sanitized, very slow draining tub and dirt hair behind bathroom door corner. Dark Dust noticeable on all vents- especially a/c intake and bathroom exhaust fan. Drapes broken & hard to close. No ice in freezer /room or ice machine to be found. Finally went to front desk and given a “complimentary” bag of ice. No instructions on this process. The Internet went out & on site engineer gave me a number to call tech support to troubleshoot the problem ( which wasn’t fixed until next morning -we left @10:30 am). This was my weekend vacation & I’m on sitting on the line with tech support. From the noticeable dirty public walk ways to the elevator to the basic-un sanitized room 7 having to manage a tech support call each experience built upon the next. THIS was not a good VRBO experience. I do not recommend this unit/property. Find somewhere else in this very convenient area to rent. "
