The property includes a 400 sq. ft. private balcony porch overlooking the Gulf and a 850 sq. ft. unit which accommodates two adults in a private suite and up to an additional 4 young people with a second small bunk bed room and a living room with two chair sleepers. The living room includes a kitchnette with sink, mini refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker and microwave.

Newly renovated condo on the beach. Fish off the beach and grill poolside or enjoy many restaurants in the Pass or nearby Bay St Louis. Condo is fully furnished with all you need for a relaxing vacation.

The condo had items for the beach, chairs, floats, cooler, etc. The condo was clean and as described when we got there. This condo is really a bring your clothes and that is it place. We have not had a beach condo like that ever and it was great! If you have not been to Inn at the Sea, it is on a beautiful beach and a great property. Be prepared for peace and tranquility. The pool and work out room are very nice. It is easy to get chairs at the pool and their are both sun and shade areas available. If you like to walk you can walk for miles on the beach or the sidewalk next to the beach. Nearby driving things to do are the beach and shops at Bay St. Louis (10 minutes), Stennis Space Center (30 minutes), New Orleans (1+15), and the quaint downtown at Ocean Springs (30 minutes). There are also casinos in several nearby cities if that interests you. Some of our favourite restaurants were Dat Kitchen Too, Grammy's Donuts, Dempsey's (Kiln), Knucklehead's (Ocean Sprngs), Cafe du Monde (New Orleans), and Louisiana Pizza Kitchen (New Orleans). There are grocery stores about 10 minutes away in Bay St Louis or Pass Christian (15 minutes). The next time we are coming to Pass Christian, this will be the first property that we check for availability. We loved our stay!"

Plus, Petite Retreat is just a little over a mile from the sandy beaches of the Mississippi Sound.

The backyard area also includes a fire pit with seating where you can tell campfire stories and make s'mores. If you look to the tree behind the pool, there's even a swing!

The space
Inside you'll find a wall of windows in the great room overlooking several stands of Mississippi pine trees -- try to find the bald eagle nest about 1/3 mile down the bayou.

Relax in this well-appointed home with three bedrooms 2.5 baths, upscale appliances (including Jenn Air gas range and freestanding icemaker), fully-equipped kitchen including little extras such as a juicer, French Press coffee maker, and milk frother.

The primary bedroom overlooks the pool and the golf course. Relax in the jetted tub in the primary bath or step into the separate shower. Upstairs has two bedrooms plus a bath with a shower. The front bedroom opens to an indoor balcony overlooking the great room and the wall of windows.

Enjoy the 800-square-foot wrap-around deck for relaxing or dining.

Stay connected with high speed wireless Internet service, and enjoy a streaming-enabled HDTV with a 5.1 surround sound system. For fun, the dining table top can be turned over to become a ping pong table or removed to reveal a pool table. You’ll stay in a 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage. Both bedrooms have room darkening curtains which are perfect for a late morning sleep in or a midday nap! The bedrooms and baths are located on the second floor. Please note that the cottage is elevated off the ground and stairs are required for access. There is no elevator on the property.

The cottage has a basic stocked kitchen, a drip style coffeepot. We supply starter toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, coffee filters, hand soap, dish soap, dishwashing detergent and clothes detergent for your stay.

Oyster Reef Cottage is a perfect beach retreat. Located in Pass Christian, MS, about 50 minutes from New Orleans, in a world apart. Custom built home set in a stand of graceful old oak trees. The home is beach front, with a screened-in porch, spanning the front of the home with a beautiful view.

The house has a private pool with a large deck, table and chairs and a small grill is provided.

12-foot ceilings, beautiful crown molding, ceiling fans and wide pine floors throughout.

The large living room is highlighted by French doors opening to the front porch and features a wood burning fireplace. The dining room seats up to 8 and includes a floor-to-ceiling closet, which includes a wine cooler. The kitchen features a double wall oven, gas range top, granite countertops, lighted wall pantry, and lots of cabinets and shelf space. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans and dishes needed. Laundry room with washer & dryer is off the living area.

The primary bedroom, with a king bed, faces the beach and French doors open to the screened porch. The second bedroom, with a queen bed, overlooks the pool. Each bedroom has its own full bath.

The only downside we would say to the trip is that someone must have cooked some seafood or lobster before our stay and there was a smell that did not go away until our last evening. Anyways, that really has nothing to do with the property in it self, just was a weird smell but you could tell it was from food. Lovely place, hopefully will be back. 10/10."
