This beautiful Penthouse Suite, steps from our white sandy beach has a treehouse-like quality nestled among 300 year old
Spanish Oaks, enjoys cooling, relaxing breezes and a view of the Gulf of Mexico.

The property includes a 400 sq. ft. private balcony porch overlooking the Gulf and a 850 sq. ft. unit which accommodates two adults in a private suite and up to an additional 4 young people with a second small bunk bed room and a living room with two chair sleepers. The living room includes a kitchnette with sink, mini refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker and microwave.

The Jack & Jill bathroom arrangement gives each sleeping area a private 1/2 bath and access to a common shower area which can be secured for privacty. The unit includes a full laundry accessed from the main hallway

The unit is accesseed by a private stairway and has an enclosed cargo lift for luggage and supplies, which is accessed from inside the unit.

There is a shared common area on the ground floor with a outdoor kitchen area for grilling. Beach supplies are provided, including a beach cart, umbrella, chairs and beach towels.

The location is prime, the property is very clean, and this place is by far one of the nicest places I have stayed. It’s right off of the main strip. The unit listed a queen bed which turns out to be a full size bed. There was no hairdryer and hot water in the shower lasted about two minutes. No utensils to stir coffee or trash bags to take out the trash as requested. The property is beautiful but a few things could be thought out to make the stay as nice as the listing is posted."

The MS Gulf Coast boasts a beautiful 26 mile white sand beach and this unit is overlooking it.
This spacious 840 sq. ft. top floor suite is the perfect couple get-a-way or family vacation spot. There is an attched private 400 sq. ft. balcony/porch overlooking the beach. The unit has a private stairway entrance and enclosed cargo lift for luggage and supplies. The white sand beach and Gulf of Mexico are just steps away.

The space
The main private bedroom features a comfy queen, two sitting chairs, dresser, TV and full closet. French doors open to the balcony and there is private acces to the half bath and shower. The small second bedroom has a bunk bed and sleeps two. The living room, has a kitchenette, TV, dining table and two sleeper chairs that make into single beds. The kitchenette includes sink, plates, cups, glasses, silverware, coffee maker, ice maker, mini fridge and microwave. The second half bath and shared shower area are accessed from the living room. There is a full laundry in the unit with washer and dryer.

Guest access
The private stairway is accessed from the west parking bay under the unit. The cargo lift is adjacent to the stairway. The paved driveway can be used for unloading and unloading. The circular driveway in front of the unit is provided for guest parking.

The entire top floor, including the balcony is included in the rental.
