Guests included me (39yo female), my mother (73yo female), and my two children ages 7 and 4. We were in town to see family for five days. We chose the Haven because of its proximity to our family members and downtown. It's a great location where everything is only a 3-5 minute drive away. The WiFi works great, and we did not miss not having a TV (children had tablets if needed, and I used my phone). We mostly read books. My mother slept on the sofa in the front room, and I slept with my kids in the bedroom. We slept two in the bed and one on a cot. Everyone was comfortable. The AC units in the bedroom and front room keep those rooms cool. The bathroom and kitchen were a bit warmer with the summer heat, but we spent most of our time in the front room and bedroom anyway. My only two criticisms are the lack of a curtain in the bathroom for the tub (privacy and to keep water in the tub) and a lack of curtain/door for the bedroom (privacy and keep out light from hallway). If anyone wants to stay up later in the front room it would be nice if the bedroom had some sort of curtain or way to block light so that people sleeping would not be disturbed by the bathroom or kitchen light going on. All in all we had a nice stay, and we will likely book again the next time we are in town. We loved being able to bring our own food, and the kitchen had a toaster and microwave which was all we needed. Great place!"

- "I really enjoyed my stay at his quaint small apartment in Brookhaven, MS. It is right on main street. We were able to walk to the local spots, 2 blocks away. There were lots of restaurants nearby. The Amtrak Train station is right down the street to the right. If you had to walk this location is perfect for a good walk in plenty of time for the train. It is right across the street from the local Brookhaven High School and the Panther Park. The back yard is cool and serene and private. I just think we could not have picked a better place to stay while we visited family in Mississippi. It is very convenient to every thing and very nice place as for as cleanliness, good quality beddings and towels, nice floorings, clean bathroom, nice quality furniture and secure. We felt very safe there, we were able to walk down the streets of Brookhaven to the eatery places in downtown Brookhaven. I would visit again and this would be the place I would stay. Oh yeah, the Host was very attentive and pleasant. She checked on us to ensure we made it there safe and sound. She even wanted to check if everything was okay and if anything we needed she wanted us to be sure to let her know. She is rated as a SUPERHOST in our book!"

This is a TINY home conveniently located to downtown and all local eating places. Great for 1 person that just needs a place to rest while in town. You can pull under small shed go through gate . There is a sign pull next to that . We have added a small fridge, microwave . There is NO television. Free Wi-fi is available. This place is a place to unwind and rest .

- "Just what it says - a tiny house. Perfect for what was needed - a place to sleep and shower for one person. There is wifi, but no TV (no room), a shower, sink and toilet. No kitchen. The owner is on site and very responsive to my questions. Along with the door code, please make sure you ask for where to park and how to navigate the gate. - "We traveled from Chicago for a family reunion and our Host allowed us to check in early. She gets a 10 for that.. meaning she went above and beyond what is expected of her. We found the place clean, cool and very pleasant. She had everything we needed for away from home settings, matter of fact, it felt like home. Cleanliness was superb, great accommodations for my family and guest who came by. We felt secure with the location. When we come back to Mississippi this is the place we will stay. I am so glad I found this gem, its a precious cozy small space just what we needed. The Lanai/patio area on the back was cozy, private and pleasant also. I look forward to coming again. Our Host was the BEST.. I consider her as a SUPERHOST, she was very attentive and wanted us to feel at home and she checked on us to make sure all was good. She did not have to do that but she did."

- "This little Barndominium was the perfect place for my & my daughter’s stay while attending the Pentecostal Youth conference.It is very quaint, cozy, in a very nice quiet neighborhood; it would actually be very nice for a romantic getaway for a couple, or even just a sabbatical for an individual.We really enjoyed ourselves and Chris was very accommodating and quick with responding when the need arose. Guest suite with queen bed, bathroom and sitting area. We have a mini fridge, toaster oven, and a microwave. We are about 3 minutes from interstate 55. We are within 2 hours of New Orleans, less than an hour from Natchez, MS.

This is an apartment built within a shop. Cutest little thing!!
There is one bedroom with one Twin xl bed downstairs and a loft with a queen bed.We have one sofa that can make out to a twin bed in living room but it is not so comfortable.
