No events or parties. You will not be refunded for your stay if you have a party and are asked to leave early. There may be up to a $1,000 charge for any clean-up or broken, destroyed, or stained items as a result of a party or an event.

Pet policy: Maximum of 1 dog under 20 pounds allowed and must be over a year old. Well trained dog only. Use of piddle pads is not accepted. Pet must be crated when left alone. Pet is not allowed on furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, or throw pillows. No aggressive breeds allowed per our insurance. Non-compliance to our pet policy will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund given. No visiting animals. We will charge an additional $150 per animal if you bring in an additional animal into the property. If you bring an animal you claim is a service animal but does not fit the ADA's requirements, we will report you and there can be a penalty up to $1,000 and up to 6 months in jail. We take this very seriously.

MAINTENANCE AND ISSUES: Please report any maintenance needs for the premises to us and we will respond as quickly as possible. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to heating and air conditioning, internet, appliances, plumbing, and the television.

Two bedroom older home nestled in a quiet relaxing area, home is very clean & updated with all needed amenities for a short or long term stay. Easy access to I-55 and I-220. Close to UMMC, Baptist, St. Dominic, local colleges as well as downtown Jackson. Large deck overlooks tree lined back yard where you can sit & drink your morning coffee or have a drink, ice tea, of course, to unwind. You are close to multiple excellent restaurants, museums and parks in the metro area. Enjoy your stay!

Security
There are 3 cameras on the property. One in the back of the house which has a view of the back door. There is a camera pointing to the driveway and part of the sidewalk. Lastly there is a doorbell camera. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.

The space
You will sleep sound on the 12" green tea foam mattress (king in the master and queen in the 2nd bedroom). Large closets with plenty of storage in each bedroom as well as a laundry basket for your use. A ceiling fan is in each bedroom.

The kitchen is completely stocked with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, and dual sink. All cookware, dishes, silverware, utensils, and paper products are included as well as a coffee pot, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, mugs, sugar, non-sugar sweetner and creamer.

The bathroom includes large luxury towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Please only flush toilet paper in the toilet - no wipes flushable or otherwise. The pipes cannot tolerate flushable wipes. It will result in a plumber coming to the property with the guest being billed.

This is an older home so expect some character (scratches) on the older countertops and wood floors.

You will need a vehicle to get around this area. You will love that the location is accessible to major roads and streets. I-55 is just a few minutes away. Head north on I-55 and you can travel to Interstate 220 which connects to US 49 that travels to Yazoo city or continue on I-220 to Clinton or Vicksburg. Head South on I-55 to go to downtown Jackson and you connect to I-20 East or West as well as US 49 South to Hattiesburg. These major roads, within minutes, will give you access to major Shopping, Restaurants, Banks, Businesses, Museums, Colleges, Universities, Hospitals, and Downtown Jackson.

The owner had to deal with late departure of previous guests and left the place in disarray. She worked hard to get the home ready for late check in. I gave 4 stars for the check-in process because the key box was VERY difficult to open, and the alarm was difficult to turn off. After that, this place was perfect for our group of adult cousins. There was room to sit around and visit, and a nice dining room table for eating together. The kitchen was well-stocked with spices, coffee, and various tea bags. There were two TV viewing areas. The master bedroom was spacious, with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. The toilet and tub were in a room with a door and there was a large vanity and sink open to the room. The two other bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen) shared the hall bath, which also had a door to close on the toilet/tub area, and a nice separate vanity and sink. The beds were very comfortable with pillowtop mattresses. The smoke alarm in one of the bedrooms started chirping on the first night, but the host had thoughtfully provided replacement batteries in a kitchen drawer. We were grateful for the two-car garage where we could pull in and close the garage door for loading and unloading; it made us feel safe getting in and out of the car. The neighborhood is well-established and very quiet. We felt very safe. The host was very prompt with responding to our messages through the Vrbo app, and helpful with our requests. We would definitely stay here again."

This 1600-square-foot home has plenty of space to spread out. There are 3 bedrooms, all with heavy-duty beds and microfiber sheets, 2 bathrooms, and a Roku TV! The dining room boasts a beautiful 6-person dining table and bar seating for 2. The living room has a 65” Roku TV, a sleeper sofa, and two super comfy accent chairs. The fireplace room has a Papasan and a chaise lounge meant for cozying up with your favorite book, listening to your favorite tunes, or enjoying a nap! If you need to work or do homework, there is a 4-foot desk large enough for all your needs and 400mbps internet.

The kitchen has 100% all-new cabinets, granite countertops, and appliances (including the washer/dryer) so you will love cooking your favorite meal! Or use our fully stocked kitchen to take the meal outside and enjoy the yard and bench seating as well. If you prefer to grill, there is a Weber charcoal grill. Also, make sure to check out the coffee station which features a Keurig and a traditional coffee pot.

The property is part of a duplex, so you may have to remind your husband that he can't yell at the TV while watching basketball lol. The WIFI was reliable, and the mattresses were very comfortable. My mom and I both struggle with back pain but didn't have to deal with that during our stay. We're staying here on our next visit just for the mattresses. Things to know: There is parking for two cars. My daughter drives a small car, so we were able to squeeze in three when she drove over from campus. There is one towel per person, so if you need more than that, bring some. There are plenty of dishes, but if you are cooking, check the pictures of bakeware and cookware. You might want to bring a larger pot, 9x13, etc."

Maintenance Access:
 Annual Preventive Maintenance: Some properties have scheduled checks for
smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc. We will notify you in advance if access is
needed.
 Emergency Maintenance: If urgent repairs are required (e.g water leaks, electrical
issues) and we cannot reach you within [X] hours, we reserve the right to enter the
unit.

Occupants & Guest Policy:
 The main occupant must be listed on the reservation.
 The reservation must reflect the accurate number of guests and pets.

Mailbox Access:
 Mailbox access is available upon request and is not guaranteed.

 Processing time: It can take up to 24 business hours to be submitted to the

 A refundable key deposit is required (amount: $35). This will be returned when the
