The only thing I would suggest would be to have available notes / brochures, on the local restaurants and fun things to do in the area. We knew where to go and what to do, but others not familiar with the area might miss out on some of the great things Cleveland / Bolivar County have to offer. It was a great weekend!"

- "What a perfect place for my nieces land I to stay for a visit. Our host was available for any questions and is the most helpful VROB host I have ever dealt with. The condo is great! Extremely well equipped. I’m used to having to take so much with me, but this condo at Grover Corners lacked nothing! From kitchen and bath supplies to extra linens, plenty of towels, blankets, throws~ it’s there! There’s a wonderful rooftop patio complete with grill, nice chairs and tables. Unfortunately the heat index was off the charts! I will stay here again and recommend this condo. It’s centrally located to great restaurants, shopping and sights of downtown Cleveland. There’s a great walking path from one end of downtown Cleveland to the other. Most scenic! Do yourself a favor and book this particular condo. The host is wonderful, generous with his time, answers all questions and goes out of his way to assure the comfort of and best experience for his guests. My best VRBO experience yet!"

Two story spacious home has 7 bedrooms, 4 full baths, large family room, dining room, sunroom, and very large kitchen. This home also has an in-ground swimming pool for family fun! The home is very cozy. The home is large enough to give everyone privacy. No type of events can be held at this property. Guests are not allowed to have class reunions, family reunions, weddings, receptions, large gatherings before or after funerals, etc.).

Property has 16 camera surveillance (14 on the exterior perimeter and 2 inside). One inside camera is located in the family room and one camera is located in the sunroom. There isn’t a camera in the bedrooms and bathrooms. No large dogs allowed. Small dog(s) must be in kennel .

The house had an older charm which made it cozy. Besides the tub and a few other areas, the house looks like it’s been updated. The AC had a little bit of a hard time keeping it cool mid summer/mid day, but I like it warm so it wasn’t a problem for me. This property is a 2 bedroom duplex that sleeps six. It is a cozy unit that has fun family activities. The unit has been updated and my favorite area is the living room which is designated as the family space. It is located directly off Highway 61 and near the historical home of civil rights leader Amzie Moore. I encourage you to visit and visit the historical sites that Cleveland has to offer.

The Guest House has one main room for entertainment and down a short hallway you’ll find that our full bathroom puts the “bomb” in bomb shelter - The original owner of the home built a bomb shelter which was then converted into the Guest House’s bathroom.

NOTES ABOUT THE LAYOUT:
There is one bedroom downstairs with a king bed and access to a common bathroom.

The master suite has a king bed and is located upstairs. There is a full bathroom in the master suite.

The third bedroom is also located upstairs but does not have a bathroom, so there will be bathroom-sharing. This room also has a futon.

- "Atlean made it possible for me and my family to spend thanksgiving with my aging grandmother and extended family for the first time in over 20 years! We travel from NJ with a party of 6 and normally can’t fit everyone comfortably and cohesively in the local hotels in Greenville. Atlean home provided plenty of space and covered parking to load and unload food and luggage. My grandmother was able to access the house with ease with 1 step up and able to fellowship all on one level. She was comfortable in every room with comfortable chairs and accessible bathroom. The open floor plan allowed for cooking, eating and gathering all at the same time. Multiple tv’s for the children to watch programming on their choice on demand. The house was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed for our 5 day trip. Most importantly the house was 2 miles from my grandmother. Definitely will book again next year!!!"
