We have attempted to preserve some of the history so external buildings may appear rustic as this reflects the traditional farm houses, tenant houses and barns found through out our region. Don't worry the inside is modern, we don't really want to live like they did 100 years ago, Everything has indoor plumbing and a/c and heat. You will find full kitchens with pots & pans, plates dishes and silver wear Coffee pot microwaves. We are pretty laid back here and keep this a family friendly atmosphere.

We have a collections of folks from the one night heading to a destination, to we are here to fish or duck hunt, to we have a job in the area and we want a safe quite space to stay, or the retire that wants the good life with low maintenance.

This building was originally a cotton seed barn from when our family farmed cotton and owned a local cotton gin. We moved it into our property and refurbished it into 2 hotel suites.

We are situated along Hwy 65 82 in the Heart of the Delta. We have attempted to preserve some of the history so external buildings may appear rustic as this reflects the traditional farm houses, tenant houses and barns found through out our region. Don't worry the inside is modern, we don't really want to live like they did 100 years ago, Everything has indoor plumbing and a/c and heat. You will find full kitchens with pots & pans, plates dishes and silver wear Coffee pot microwaves. We are pretty laid back here and keep this a family friendly atmosphere.

We have a collections of folks from the one night heading to a destination, to we are here to fish or duck hunt, to we have a job in the area and we want a safe quite space to stay, or the retire that wants the good life with low maintenance.

- "Our stay was good and directions were excellent. The cabin is one of many and was somewhat rustic but clean overall. We killed at least a dozen flies and bugs. The TV is a smart TV but no local channels or cable. It is located in an RV park but somewhat separate from the RV area. Would have been helpful to have directions for TV use and perhaps local restaurants list. "

- "This cute older home is in a quiet residential neighborhood right across the street from Lake Chicot. It was just what my husband and I were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The house was clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and watching the sun rise over Lake Chicot. Occasionally, we have had trouble with older homes having an "old house smell", but this house smelled fine. The only issue we had was that the air conditioners were a little loud-similar to what you would find in a hotel room. Overall, this was a great place for us to stay."

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This is a Beautiful wormy cyoress cabin located on the most peaceful Lake Enterprise! Come Hunt, Fish, Kayak, etc. The Overflow National Wildlife Refuge is next to us!

Our nicely remodeled older home is in a quiet neighborhood in town. You can sit out on the patio and watch, birds, squirrels, and deer. Our house is within minutes of all restaurants and shopping areas in town. UAM is a few minutes away. Lake Monticello is about 15 minutes away.
