You are nearby to a public parking garage that you are able to utilize, or we recommend an Uber/Lyft. Once you arrive, you should not need a car as you are walking distance to everything, or could get a golf cart shuttle.

I was a little concerned we might have noise from nearby businesses but not at all. The only negative is you have to climb quite a few stairs to get in the unit but that wasn’t an issue for us. Also, we were lucky enough to find parking close by since it was a weekend. During the week, you would need to park in parking garage a block away. Overall, we loved the convenience, amenities and uniqueness of the property plus the ease of booking and communication. Highly recommend!"

There is a full bathroom off of the living room and the other full bath has access from the bedroom. There is a Kitchenette with coffee/tea condiments provided. 700 sq feet. Eclectic, Retro & Cute! Courtyard with BBQ grill. Lots of Lawn furniture & umbrellas. Fire Pit with wood provided. Covered sitting porch. 2 TVs with ROKU in apartment. Internet. 7 blocks south of University Blvd off of Greensboro Ave. 12 blocks from the stadium. 2 off street parking spaces, with plenty of street parking. Beautifully landscaped. I will allow tailgating / gatherings OUTSIDE with friends, if you let me know in advance.

Welcome to Bama Creek House!
This family friendly property sits on 5 acres of peaceful, wooded land in the Woodbank Subdivision. Deer, rabbits, and other wildlife are in abundance and can be seen most evenings. This is a shared property with a small family living upstairs. The rental space is a basement apartment with it is own private entrance.
The Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils and gadgets needed to make a meal. You will have a Keurig and a 12 cup coffee maker, as well as a starter set of coffee supplies
Living Space: This newly renovated apartment has an open floor plan. The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area. There is a smart TV, games, and foosball table. There is a portable crib, high chair, children's toys, and baby bath that can be brought in upon request. There is a desk in the common area with a large monitor that our guests are able to hook up to.
There is one bedroom, with a King bed and bunk bed with a Twin XL over a Queen.
Outdoor Space: The backyard is fully fenced-in, so bring your pets! There is a wood burning chimney outside that you are welcome to use, and plenty of seating. There is also a propane fire pit table to enjoy! There is also a child's playhouse with a swing set in the fenced in area.
Pets: Pets are allowed! There are 2 friendly cats that live on the premises, but they do not have access to the downstairs apartment. You may see Leo and Luna wandering around outside, and they are happy receive outdoor cuddles and scratches.
Climate Control: Please be aware that the apartment does not have it's own access to climate control. However, guests may reach out to request warmer or cooler temperatures. An electric fireplace and space heaters are provided in case of it seems a bit chilly.
