Wilmington: Wilmington N.C. is a very historical town rich in culture and theatre. Located just 10 minutes north of Magnolia Greens, it has many fine restaurants and pubs. The Cotton Exchange is an old cotton mill that has been converted into small shops.

I had issues with the keyless entry not working but once I found the correct number, it was resolved. The place was pretty clean for a pet friendly place. It was spacious and new. It had plumbing issues in the bathroom, which included poor draining in the tub and a leaky exhaust fan. I would like to see a little more care for the outside area, there were a lot of spiderwebs. Other than that, it was as advertised and a great place for the price. "
