Hidden treasure is an island style beach cottage situated amongst beautiful old oak trees. The house is located on a quite lane about a block long that has the ocean at one end and the sound at the other. Though we are on an interior lot, it is just steps (approximately 80 yards) to either the private beach access or to the small ramp that you have access to the sound from. The cottage itself was fully renovated in 2008-- the interior was gutted and the entire space was redone. It has an open floor plan for the living and kitchen area and all areas look out to the trees. A screened porch and a rear deck can both be accessed from the main living area. A deck lines one side of the house that leads from the screened porch to the covered front porch. Sitting on the screened porch is like being in a tree house-- branches arch gracefully all around you providing a pathway for squirrels and birds to bound from one to another. You can hear the ocean most days from this spot-- it is relaxation at its best. The cottage is about 900 square feet but feels larger because of the open floor plan and raised ceiling height in the living room. The floors are tile through out-- which is easy to clean. The two bedrooms provide sleeping for four-- one has a queen bed the other has a full size. Again it is hard to describe how wonderful it feels waking up to the sound of birds and the ocean and seeing the tree branches surrounding you. Totally relaxing!! Hidden Treasure is perfect for a family getaway, a couples retreat, or girls week away.

- "This cozy cottage was the perfect place to come home to every night. Queen size bed was comfy for husband and I. Full size bed with bathroom was perfect for my two sons (10&12). The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after spending time in the sun & sand and not tracking sand upstairs. Kitchen was well stocked and I could easily cook in dinners if we didn’t want to go back out. We were sure to bring some essentials so we didn’t need to buy them once there: laundry soap, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, a few rolls of TP- it was the perfect amount. The outdoor/screened in porch was so relaxing for coffee in the morning and a great mid-day nap…. Always a choir of cicadas to sing you to sleep! All in all- great, cozy, very clean, lovely. We would go back! We originally planned to bring our lab pup (1yr)but did not end up bringing her. Julie has a lot of pretty decor around that she prob would have knocked over with her wagging tail 😂 perfect for mature dogs!"

My condo, Sea4Urself, is ready to be your home away from home for your beach vacation. The condo was completely renovated from top to bottom when I purchased it in June, 2021, and has just been updated in May, 2025. It is in building #2 in the Surf Condos. You have an unobstructed view of the ocean, dunes, and pool from the condo!

I am Rob, your host. I encourage you to read the over 130 reviews that I have earned. The reviews will tell you everything you need to know about my condo and the hosting services that I provide to my guests. I am proud to report that my condo is rated 10/10 in all Vrbo rating categories! I strive to give all of my guests a hassle, stress & worry free wonderful vacation. I am a certified international tour manager and full time year round Topsail Beach resident. Living right down the road from the condo makes it easy for me to provide amazing service to my guests. I have travelled through all 50 U.S. states and 59 different countries. I know what beach vacationers want and need and how to provide it to my guests! Every visitor who stays at my condo receives warm and welcoming hospitality before, during and after their stay. I truly care that my guests have a wonderful experience when they choose my condo for their vacation.

The condo has 1 bedroom. It has a King sized bed, TV, dressers, nightstands, and a blackout shade. There are twin sized bunk beds in the hallway. Additionally, there is a queen sized pullout sofa in the living room. At maximum capacity you can fit 2 in the bedroom, 2 in the bunk beds, and 2 on the pull out sofa. That's why Vrbo lists that a 1 bedroom condo sleeps 6. You can see the ocean, dunes and pool from both the balcony and the living room. Sea4Urself was remodeled top to bottom in June 2021 and now updated again in May 2025 with high end everything. The kitchen has all of the equipment and gadgets that you need. The TV's are large. The couches and recliner comfortable. The wall decorations and pictures are relaxing and inviting. The private deck has high quality chairs and a table where you have an unobstructed view to the ocean, dunes and pool. The deck is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and afternoon happy hour!

The condo has an upscale vibe and a beachy feel to it. It is not a luxury property, and is not being advertised as such. Sea4Urself is a super comfortable, professionally and properly cleaned, totally stocked full kitchen condo with an ocean view. The condo is less than a 1 minute walk to the beach ramp and olympic sized pool. So easy & convenient. It has everything you need. I make sure that the condo is fully stocked with all of the essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, dish soap, and much more. It was remodeled and is updated with all high quality amenities. Going back and forth from the condo to the beach or pool during your days could not be easier! The condo comes with a private reserved covered parking space that fits 2 vehicles right under the condo!

The condo also comes with a private equipment shed. In the shed there are brand new high quality beach chairs, both in high and low style for relaxing on the beach in comfort. In the shed you will find a full sized shibumi shade, brand new boogie boards, a beach umbrella, pails, shovels, pool noodles, a raft, and more. There is no need to bring your beach equipment from home. Everything you need to enjoy the beach and pool is right here waiting for you!

The Surf Condos are located 1 mile north of the Surf City bridge on the ocean side of the street. The town of Surf City is between the condo and the bridge, giving you easy access to everything you need. It is very easy to get to and use the restaurants and shops in Surf City. It is less than a 5 minute drive to anywhere in town. Walking along the beach is safe and easy during the daytime and at night.

Topsail Island is a 26 mile long coastal barrier island that is very narrow between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway. The island has no traffic lights, high rises, or national chains. We are a simple, laid-back, easy place to be. Those seeking nightlife, glitz and glamour should look elsewhere. Those who enjoy a beautiful beach in a natural setting that feels the same as it has for decades will be ecstatic with their choice.

If you are looking for a very comfortable, clean, well maintained updated condo with a full kitchen and private deck with an ocean view in a perfect location to enjoy a hassle free beach vacation less than a 1 minute walk to the beach ramp and pool then you have found exactly what you are searching for! I am an owner who truly cares about his guests having a wonderful experience. I am a full time year round Topsail Beach resident. There are only 466 full time residents in Topsail Beach. I live right down the road from the condo, making me available to you with prompt and excellent communication and service should anything be needed before, during or after your stay.

*Some Other Information that's important to know: Please be sure to read this including the linen and towel policy that is standard on Topsail Island*:

- This is referred to as a "First Floor Unit". Due to the fragile environment of being on a barrier island and the real threats of hurricanes and tropical storms, it is against the law to live on the ground floor anywhere on Topsail Island. It is 14 steps to get into the condo. There is no elevator or ramp available. You must use the stairs.
- No grills are allowed on the decks at the Surf Condos. There is a grilling area with charcoal grills at the Southwest corner of the property available for you to use anytime.
- There is a washer / dryer room in the complex, but there is no washer or dryer inside the unit.
- The grilling area and laundry room are a 1 minute drive or 5 minute walk from the condo.
- ***Linens and Towels are not included in your rental. You either have to bring your own linens and towels or I am happy to set up a rental for your stay. I receive and pass along my full time locals discount to you. This is due to the history of Topsail Island rentals being available to rent weekly from Saturday to Saturday only. The majority of houses and condos are still rented in this manner. Due to this, most of the Island gets turned around on Saturdays between 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. The cleaners who work on the island come into the condo and clean it for you. They do a fantastic job. There is simply not enough time to make beds and do laundry services. That's how this long standing policy of bring your own or rent linens and towels came into effect. The cost of renting linens & bath and beach towels, which includes delivery to and pick up from the condo door is $38 for 1 person, $45 for 2, $75 for 3, $100 for 4, $135 for 5, and $145 for 6 people.***
- The Condo is perfect for a couple and very comfortable for a family of 4. With the pull out sofa it sleeps 6 people without any problem.

TRIP PROTECTION: We encourage you to purchase trip protection through VRBO or a preferred third-party vendor during all seasons. This is especially important during the Atlantic hurricane season, June 1st to November 30th. You can accept trip protection from VRBO at check out. Trip insurance covers loss of rent payments made because of unforeseen circumstances, illnesses and injuries and includes coverage for mandatory hurricane evacuations.

FEES: We understand how the quantity of fees add up quickly on a vacation rental - most of them are out of our control. The "service fee" is set by VRBO and the "taxes" are set by the state, county, and city. The cleaning fee includes maintaining the yard and house.

Happiness Comes in Waves is your next favorite vacation spot. As you walk into this beautifully decorated and newly renovated condo you won't be disappointed by all of it's amenities. Immediately to your right is the the nicely lit King bedroom and it's connected half bath with closet. Continue down the hallway and you will find bunk beds quietly tucked away in the thoughtfully designed nook. Drawers can be found under for additional storage and curtains provide needed privacy. Right across the hall is the door to the spacious full bath which also connects directly to the master half bath.

Down the hall, you will be welcomed by an open concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen. Sit on the large private balcony and take it all in as you look out over the well maintained pool and courtyard and onto the ocean. Watch a sunrise or sunset or if you are lucky you may even get to see some dolphins playing in the waves.

Happiness Comes in Waves is located just over 1 mile north of Surf City town center. It's easy to walk or bike to several local restaurants, beach and gift shops, coffee bars, local wine bars, and even live entertainment. Surfing and wind surfing lessons are available near by for those feeling adventurous. If you are wanting to see the island from the water try renting a paddle board, jet ski, or boat. You can even book yourself a fishing guide. Whatever you want to do it is here! Be sure not to miss our local Turtle Hospital where you can see rescued sea turtles. You may even catch some hatching if you are extremely lucky, as nests are often found on the beach in front of Surf Condos.

“Give Me Just A Little More Time”
Pet/Smoke and Allergen free Ocean view 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo located in Surf City/Topsail Island with amazing views of the ocean and zero entry pool. Please note this is a pet/smoke/allergen free unit due to owner's medical diagnosis of asthma, if you need a recommendation for a pet-friendly unit we are happy to assist you. This unit includes kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher and all the supplies you need to cook and entertain. Unit also has brand new HVAC, new flooring and beautiful beach theme decor. Plenty of sleeping space as the master bedroom has a queen bed and the loft bedroom has two double beds (all new mattresses). Master also has a jack and jill style on-suite bathroom connecting to the hallway. WiFi, large screen smart TV, flat screen in master, and all the conveniences of home. Enjoy your coffee or a cocktail from the adorable balcony as you watch and listen to the waves crash on the beautiful beach. 2 private beach accesses with showers, coolers, sand toys, chairs, and umbrellas available for you and your family to enjoy a perfect beach day.

Please note linens are not provided but can be rented and delivered by a local vendor for an additional cost. Please note this unit is on the 3rd floor and there is not an elevator, there are several flights of stairs. Absolutely no pets or smoking is allowed.

- "My family (me, my husband, and two boys- 8 & 10) visited in August 2023 and this was by far our favorite place we have stayed at the beach. The condo was clean, huge balcony, spacious living room and kitchen with all equipment and utensils you would need. The boys loved the loft with the beds upstairs. The jack-and-jill bathrooms were great- so there wasn’t a hold-up to use the toilet if someone was showering. I felt very safe in the community - even when walking to the laundry unit late at night. This community has a lot of buildings and units- but we never heard any neighbors while in our unit- it was very quiet and relaxing. The pool is beautiful and spacious and even during peak times of the day, there was still plenty of room for everyone to swim & enjoy. The host was easy to work with and quick to respond when there was a minor issue. There’s a binder at the condo with tons of recommendations and the host let us know that there was a sea turtle release happening during our stay- we would not have known otherwise and would’ve missed this amazing experience. The unit had a dehumidifier that kept the air inside cool & refreshing. The owners have clearly put a lot of work and effort into this condo and have thought of everything!"

This 2nd Floor condo comes with one master bedroom (queen size bed) , a set of bunk beds and a queen size pull out couch to comfortably fit 4 Adults and 2 children(MAX)! Serenity by the Sea has a private master half bath and full bath, fully stocked kitchen (w a Keurig). There are flat screen TVs in the living room, bed room and even in the bottom bunk bed! Surf Unit Owners Association (SUOA, Inc.) Rules & Regulations
1. Parking lot speed limit is not to exceed 10 miles per hour.
2. All Vehicles must display an official Parking Permit, issued by the SUOA Inc. A maximum of two parking spaces and two parking permits per unit will be issued. Carport parking is for first floor units only, and must not block the opening of storage doors. Vehicles without parking permits, or vehicles illegally parked will be towed at owner’s expense. Guests that do not return Parking Passes or Gate Keys will be charged $30 per Pass.
3. Nothing other than passenger vehicles are allowed on SUOA Inc. property. No overnight parking of boats, trailers etc. Violators will be towed at owner’s expense.
4. All open flames and grilling are prohibited on decks. Charcoal grills are permitted at the grilling area near laundry facility only. Grilling is done at the risk of the owner, guest, renter or occupant. Fireworks are prohibited.
5. No items are to be hung above the height of or over the unit deck rail.
6. Loud partying and/or music will not be tolerated during quiet hours. (11pm-8am)
7. Keep off the sand dunes. There is a $500 fine in Surf City for walking or standing on the dunes. Surf City Ordinance 93-33.
8. No glass in the pool area. Pool rules are posted and must be followed. Pool passes are required.
9. Dumpsters are provided for household trash only. No construction debris of any kind. Do not place any refuse on the outside of the dumpster.
10. No skateboards, roller-skating, or roller blades allowed in the complex. Bicycles are prohibited in the Courtyard.
11. There are to be no items left under the carports at any time. Items left under carports (grills, chairs, bicycles, grills, etc.) are subject to confiscation and disposal.
12. Please use the walkways while traveling in the courtyard. Walking or playing on the grass is prohibited.
13. Laundry room - A key card is required to access to the laundry area.
14. Occupancy limits for units are set at six for first and second floor units and eight for third floor units. Decks are to be limited to no more than six persons at any one time for safety reasons.
15. Do not feed seagulls, or any wild animals from the decks or on the property of the Surf Condos.
16. A hose is provided and located by the office building. Washing is for passenger vehicles only. Car wash hose is for owners/renters only, not guests of guests or friends of guests. Fish cleaning is prohibited.
17. If animals are suspected, guest will be subject to additional $500 cleaning fee or loss of deposit.
18. Drugs of any kind are NOT ALLOWED WHATSOEVER. If guests are suspected of using illegal substances or transporting illegal substances, the local police will be notified, and guests will be asked to vacate the rental and property immediately. If drugs are suspected, guest will be subject to additional $250 cleaning fee or loss of deposit.
19. Smoking and vaping are limited to the balcony with the door completely closed or in designated areas on the pool deck. Please properly dispose of cigarette butts and ashes in the outside dumpster and do no bring inside the unit. If smoke is detected in the unit, the guests will be subject to an additional $250 cleaning fee or loss of deposit.

Welcome to the Surfing Turtle! Located in Surf City on Topsail Island this townhouse has everything you could want for the perfect vacation. Not only is our place recently renovated but the location is fantastic. We have private beach access across the street, a private pool, and the most beautiful dock out into the sound for guaranteed spectacular sunsets. It's also less than 1 mile away from the pier and some great restaurants and shops.

We have 2 bedrooms with fulls baths attached. We also have a pullout couch that offers an additional sleeping option.

This is an end unit townhouse. You will have the entire unit, both upstairs and downstairs. We also have a shed below with beach/pool items for our guests to use. You can park 2 cars under the home.

The Turtle Cove Community has a private pool and private beach access that can only be accessed via the key fob. No need to worry about overcrowded beaches and parking issues, simply park in your covered parking area under the townhouse and walk to almost everything.

Out the backside of the community is a small park and a long dock into the sound. Take a stroll out there to watch the boats or watch the sun go down.

Topsail Island has everything you need for for the best vacation. You can look for shells and sharks' teeth with each low tide at the beach. Or you may want to consider a sunset cruise or try fishing off the Pier. You could rent bikes or golf carts to cruise the island. Whatever your vacation style may be, Topsail will not disappoint.

There are also plenty of local restaurants and shops as well that cater to all beachgoers just a mile down the road from our townhouse.

The large parking lot is available to guests and residents and is guarded during the summer months. An onsite laundry facility is available for guests and owners alike. Surf Condos 223 is located in the #2 building which offers great pool and ocean views to enjoy from the deck. As you enter the one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath unit you are greeted by beautiful wood-type flooring. In the bedroom, you will find a king bed along with a television. You also will have access to the full bath from this bedroom. In the hallway, in a special bunk nook, you will find the area for the little sailors to slumber with a bunk bed (two twins). The kitchen area features an open and airy feeling along with all the modern appliances including a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa along with flat panel television, DVD player, and wireless internet. The living area also provides access to the deck overlooking the pool and Atlantic Ocean, perfect to watch the sunrise!

When you first enter the home, to the left you will find the first bedroom complete with a queen bed, flat panel television, and private full bath. The room also has access to its own deck as well! The third bedroom on the right has a full-size bed with flat panel television and access to the deck. Up to the second floor, you are greeted by a large open and airy living area and kitchen. The living area features leather sofas along with a very comfortable papasan chair. When you first arrive you will find parking for 2 vehicles in the covered carport area. Use your keyless access code on either entry door to get your vacation started. A spacious foyer greets you when you first come inside and provides the perfect area to leave beach gear or take your shoes off before you go upstairs to relax. The first floor of this reverse floorplan home features 3 of the bedrooms and 2 of the bathrooms. From the top of the stairs, on your right, you will find the 1st bedroom. This Queen Suite offers a Queen sized bed, flat-screen smaaht TV, access to the top floor deck, and a private bath. The spacious bathroom is complete with a large tiled shower, and vanity sink. The next bedroom down the hall is perfect for those kids at heart. This room features an assortment of arcade games and a futon bed. The last bedroom on this floor features a Queen sized bed, flat-screen smaaht tv, and street-side views. These bedrooms have access to the full shared bath, which is located at the end of the hall. This bathroom features a shower-tub combo and double vanity sinks. A full-sized washer and dryer are conveniently located behind the bifold doors in the hall.
