- "Just stayed for 3 nights with my wife and the only regret I have is not having found Anna’s cottage years ago. This little cottage is a taste of old Florida nestled in the best location to enjoy the beach, boating, fishing and great waterfront restaurants all within walking distance. Go have ice cream at Cones and Coffee!!! We took our 24’ Pathfinder, which I think was just about as big as I would go with the parking space available. Bay boat or flats would work best due to the dock space at low tide. A deep v would probably be left dry at low. Anna is a sweetheart and the cottage is perfect for two. It’s clean and has everything you need, including a washer and dryer. Beautiful views in the evening, bring bug spray if you plan to spend time on the dock at sunset."

Completely remodeled 2 bed two bath condo that is one of the few condos in Bella Vista that has a courtyard in front instead of a large parking lot. This used to be our home so we updated it for living in it and we take pride in quality. The kitchen has high end appliances, quartz counter tops, ample cabinet space and fully stocked for everything you need for your stay. We paid particular attention to the quality of the beds and bedding material that is fit for someones personal home. Wall mounted TVs are set up in the living room and master bedroom with lots of cable channels including HBO and Showtime. The flooring is all Italian tile and the living room is set up with sofa and love seat. We have a large patio with two access points from the condo with a cushioned couch and two chairs as well as an automated Sunbrella with a wind sensor. We also have all your beach going needs with beach towels and umbrellas. The location is extremely quiet and is next to Carlin Park which has a 1.l4 mile exercise and walking track and just 5 minutes more walk with get you to the ocean. Amenities abound close to you to meet all your needs. We promise you that when you arrive you will see a sparkling clean interior which we take pride in. The kitchen had all we needed to make home cooked meals, there were sufficient towels for all of us, including beach/pool towels, and the beds and living room seating were very comfortable. The hosts provided all things needed to go to the beach, including chairs, umbrella, and beach blankets. The wifi worked great and the large screen television in the living room was super for relaxing in the evenings. The lanai was a great bonus and while it was often to hot to sit in there, we loved to listen to the frogs while sitting out there at night. The location is perfect - close to a number of beaches and restaurants, and a Publix right in the backyard. The condo grounds were great and there were two huge pools available for use, along with an amazing onsite restaurant at one of the pools. The host was very easy to communicate with, provided all the necessary details, and was always very responsive and respectful. Check in was a breeze! All in all, a great stay. The home is a 3 bed/2.5 bath unit, but we have turned the third bedroom into a sunny reading room overlooking the park. It is two stories, with two master suites, one upstairs and one down, both with their own full bathroom. There is also an upstairs loft that opens onto your own private balcony on the third floor, with beautiful park views!

This condo is a favorite place of ours and we have filled it with our art collection and lots of love! It is fully equipped with linens, appliances, washer/dryer, and beach supplies. We do hope you enjoy our comfortable, relaxed, beachy home in one of the most beautiful places in Florida!!

Outdoor seating on wonderful balcony with wonderful views of waterfall on island and looking east at sunrise and mon rise. You are also steps away from the main heated pool and spa. Also steps away from the on site restaurant Twisted Tuna, Portabella, and the club with live music Double Roads. Across the street from the Dive Bar, walking distance to the Theater both movie and live theater and the beach. The perfect getaway a true resort atmosphere. Come Fall in Love with Jupiter!! We have a strict cancellation policy so please think about getting vacation insurance which the site is vacation rental insurance all together one word no spaces and dot com. Policies run about $100 to $200. Also if you cancel within the 60 day non refundable period and I get it rented I will return what I receive for the new rental to you. You can also try to find someone to take your rental. I am extremely flexible but I can not afford to just let the unit sit empty and return money. The complex also requires you to register I will send you a lease and a registration form which you will need to send to the complex management along with a copy of your drivers license and $25 if you intend to bring a car. It is the fee for each car so if you intend to bring 2 cars it would be $50. Also I am always asked if early check in is possible, I have a service that performs cleanings. You can check at the place at 2 pm and if they are still there you can get an idea when they will be done. If they are not you can check in. I have no control over when they are done so save your time asking me since I dont know.

Staying at my place not only gives you a completely private wing of the house with a beautiful LARGE bedroom and a GORGEOUS bathroom (which overlooks the river), but an entire house I want you to use and feel at home in while you SHARE it with me. I can’t stress enough how much you’ll feel like you have the entire house to yourself. It is a million dollar house with gorgeous views that is very well appointed. It is close to the Jupiter Lighthouse, our wonderful beaches and famous golf courses.

The space
As you’ll notice in the pictures I have a boat. If you’d like to take an afternoon ride down the intercoastal with me it can be arranged for an extra fee. You’re also welcome to go fishing off the dock...I have some fishing gear. I also have beach chairs, beach towels, a sun shade and a float for your use. If you’ve been to the beach there is a place to wash your feet on the deck right outside your bathroom. There are kayaks and bicycles which are available to rent for $15 each and you can use them for your entire visit.

I can best sum up a visit to my place by having you read the following review from one of my guests:

“Our stay at Peggy‘s place was beyond amazing. We were greeted so kindly at the door and shown around her home, which by the way is BEAUTIFUL!!! We really felt like this house was our own house... we were able to use the kitchen whenever we felt like, we spent time in the living room watching TV, we drink coffee out on the deck every morning looking over the river, and one night sat down on the deck right next to the water looking at the stars. The bed was SUPER comfortable, The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous. Peggy is one of the sweetest people I have ever met, and her dog Corky, is freaking adorable! We loved his tricks! I know that staying in someone’s home can seem not great, but you will NOT regret your stay with Peggy in her home. We fell in love with the Jupiter area as well. You will have FULL USE of the kitchen. It has everything you’ll need! You’re welcome to use it as you please as long as you clean up after yourself. Coffee, Tea and Snacks are included. You’re also welcome to use the living room, bar area, and outside deck....you'll have those areas to yourself at all times! There is also a grill for your use. There is an office and den at your disposal if you have any business to attend to. You can enter your quarters through the main entrance of the house or there is a private entrance off the deck that you can use that leads directly to your room if you prefer not to come through the house.

I am in and out but you can always reach me by text if you need anything or have any questions about where to go or what to do. I have some great suggestions about some terrific beaches to go to.
