It is a 5 min walk to Bryant Park for a walk alongside the Inter Coastal, or a 10 min bicycle ride to the beach crossing the bridge to Lake Worth Pier and Casino with all its restaurants. This is a bright, very clean getaway in the heart of Downtown Lake Worth. We Include beach towels, chairs and a cooler. We are Just 4 blocks from the main avenue; "Lake Ave" where most the shops, restaurants, festivals, Play House, Theatre and Art Galleries are. Lucerne Ave is the other street with more restaurants and galleries. The Publix grocery store is a 5 min walk away and we are just 6 blocks from the intracoastal and the beach is 1 mile away.

Cute, fully updated 1931 cottage with a heated pool in Lake Worth Beach. This cottage is part of a small compound of two rentals and the owner's cottage on an oversized city lot with a heated pool. The Casita sleeps 2 and has a queen-sized bed. It shares the pool and multiple deck, outdoor dining and seating spaces with the neighboring vacation rental.

Cozy 1 bedroom / 1 bath Spanish style cottage with a shared pool, large deck and outdoor space. This cottage is at the rear of the main house and has its own private entrance and 500 square foot deck. Finished to a high standard, the cottage is just 1 block to Lucerne Ave and two blocks to the main downtown district, Publix supermarket and Starbucks. You are less than a mile to the Lake Worth public beach.

The cottage shares the pool area with Joel's Place (also on HomeAway). The owner of both properties lives in the cottage next door. All are on a fenced on a large lot. There is ample free parking on the street. There are separate lounge and dining areas, separate gas BBQ grilles for each house and free separate laundry facilities for each house. The pool is shared, but everyone has their own private space.

The inside and outdoor areas were completely remodeled in January 2024. The cottage has a full kitchen with gas stove, full-sized refrigerator and microwave. The bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is a large flat screen smart TV with WiFi and a Comcast cable package. We keep beach umbrellas, beach towels and beach chairs for you to use as well.

Cute 2 bedroom detached Spanish style cottage with shared heated pool. Sleeps 4 adults. Joel is one of two outdoor cats I have and he hangs out here on the back porch. In total I have three small cottages on a oversized city lot with three private outdoor spaces and a heated pool everyone shares.

Everything about the property is artfully arranged for complete privacy. That sweet little backyard can only be accessed by going through the house, so it’s both private and secure. Please enjoy the beautiful salt water pool with spa, the seating areas in the large garden, the lounge chairs and the beauty of the flowering trees and plants. It smells heavenly. The living room has 2 sofa, smart TV and WIFI. Please use your streaming app. I am providing Netflix. There is a washer and dryer in one of the closets.The building is painted in blue and orange, it has 3 apt.. The unusually large luscious garden with a salt water pool right down the steps is for your use and is shared with 2 other short term apt that are available if you come with extended family or friends and want privacy, there is a one bedroom and a three bedroom three bath apt. The pool is not heated but can be heated for a charge of $50 daily, the spa can be heated for free.
you are very close to town and even closer to a beautiful park at the water, if you keep walking along the water intercostal you get to a bridge that bring you to the beach. The house is very centrally located.

Unit C is one of three units available to rent at the Salty Air Retreat, a tri-plex house. The Salty Air Retreat is just a short 5 minute drive to Lake Worth beach. It is a new, old house just restored to modern condition. It is within walking distance to historic downtown Lakeworth, shops, restaurants. Located centrally in Palm Beach county to museums, zoos, fishing piers and boats, golfing etc. A perfect spot for family vacations or home away from home for working professionals.

The space
The Salty Air Retreat is available for vacationing families and working professionals who are coming from out of town and need a safe and comfortable place to stay. It is not intended to be a place of permanent or temporary residence or a hang out for locals. There is a 13 night stay limitation for this property.

The Garden House: A private home, located in a beautiful country setting, on a 4.5 acre lush tropical bungalow. Our home and common living areas are open to all our guests and we include many amenities with your stay including excellent WiFi, cooking and eating wares, shower necessities, TV's with Netflix included, a beautiful crystal clean pool, clean towels, and more! You will will feel comfortable and secure with our coded door entry along with locking rooms and private keys. Your room includes a private TV with Netflix included, a personal coffee maker with coffee and creamer in the room, a mini-fridge for any food you bring home from any of the amazing local cuisine in our area or groceries you pick up. Your queen size mattress is soft and supportive and we offer turn down service whenever requested. The room has multiple dressers and a closet for any storage needs on your trip. Also, don't forget in this private paradise that we are still only 20 minutes from the beach and malls, and only 5 minutes from the shopping plazas and restaurants.

Any common living area in the house is available for your use and we include anything you will need including kitchen, bathroom, and any and all amenities you use while you stay here.

As a note of preference, we have three beautiful dogs, that are kept safely in their cage off the kitchen. We do not have them interact with guests without an introduction and is only done under our supervision. We understand if you don’t feel comfortable with this and wanted to make certain that you have the opportunity to consider this before booking.
