We have always been committed to delivering the cleanest vacation home to our guests. If you read our reviews we are very proud of the many comments about how clean we keep our properties. Since the outbreak of COVID we want to assure our guest that the properties are as clean as possible. While we have not had make major changes our cleaning procedures we thought we would detail some of what we do between guests.

All bed liens are changed between guests, our quilts are put in duvet covers to provide an additional level of cleanness and are also washed between guests. Everything including towels are washed in hot water. Dishes and utensils are washed in the dishwasher with hot water and a heated drying cycle. The unit has memory foam pillows since they hypo-allergenic and the cellular nature of the foam is inhospitable to bugs, mold and fungus. There is no carpet in the home and floors are vacuumed and moped, surfaces are wiped down.

The Cottage offers all the comforts of home and benefits of a vacation resort life style. The home sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a trundle bed in the second bedroom. While located on an interior lot the home has a screened in porch that overlooks a green space and is close to bathhouse number 2. The Cottage was renovated including the kitchen and Bathroom.

We defjnitrly recommend this home!" - "The house is so much bigger than it looks from outside. Immaculate and bright and the little touches by the owner more than expected. Glasses chilling in frig along with a baby pineapple, a tray of sweet and salty snacks set out and bathroom extras, hair products, toothpaste, toothbrushes and more an unexpected surprise. Appliances are state of the art and LR TV is HUGE. Most of all bed was comfortable. Firm but not hard, no sags or lumps. Cecillia was available for an A/C issue at 1130 PM and took care of it immediately. The neighborhood is quiet and very well maintained. Only 2 things that could have been better, parking is tight as there are 2 small occupied units within the structure but NOT part of main rental that share driveway. Huge LR TV is great for movies and series but does not have cable so if you like watching news stations or your favorite weekly shows, you have to do that in the bedroom. Still I gave it a 5star rating"

- "My family stayed at the Island Cabana for the 4th Holiday! Elizabeth was an amazing host! Her communication and accommodations were impeccable! The unit was clean, inviting and had everything that we needed for our vacation (beach chairs, towels, kitchen items, extra linens and more). We even had access to a golf cart! The community was a perfect place to stay for my family. It had two pools, rec center with mini golf, shuffle board, pool, pickle ball and tennis courts! We would highly recommend staying at her unit and hope to stay there again in the future!"
