KITCHEN ELECTRIC BREAKER:
In the kitchen, Do not plug-in the hot plate/stove with any other appliances. Do not plug-in more than one appliance on outlet wall plate. Do not use the microwave and hot plate at the same time. Doing the above can cause the breaker to trip and cut off the electricity. If electric cuts off, there will be a $50 fee to flip the breaker.
If required items (ID of all guests, agree to rules & waiver, names of all guests, and reason for the trip) are not received or the guest refuses to provide, the guest will need to cancel their reservation and no refund will be issued. The host will not provide check-in instructions until all items needed below are received. This is a beautiful and private place newly renovated with private access and parking. It’s a great place to get away and relax with a large and beautiful backyard! Talk to me if you need different check in/out times? Dogs are allowed with permission. Centrally located, in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood.
Queen bed, twin daybed with trundle bed, dining table, couch, work desk, etc. are all located in the same large room.
High-speed WiFi, small smart TVs, private bathroom & small kitchenette with little fridge, microwave, air fryer, toaster & coffee maker. Outdoor propane grill with side burner makes for easier cooking than in the kitchenette. Kitchenette is designed more for heating up food than for cooking.
Parking is on the mulch on the left side the home. Path to the guest unit is through a side gate, into the back area of the main home, and is not paved.
Private front deck to the guest suite with seating, dining table, and propane grill with side burner.
Homeowners have 2 outdoor cats as well as chickens (in an enclosure).

Ample off street parking, quiet neighborhood with a private entrance for guests.
