This completely furnished condo has a king bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub. The two twin guest bedrooms share the second bathroom with another shower and tub. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher and stove/oven. Silverware and dishes are provided as well as linens and towels. The washer/dryer combination can be found in a separate room. There are TVs and DVD players in the living room and the master bedroom.

The loft is one large area with a king size bed, 2 full size murphy beds built in, and two twin beds. It is situated on 2.5 acres with horses that is walking distance to the Withlacoochee state forest. The loft has a pool table, Stainless Steel Kitchen with a gas stove and confection oven. Over a million dollars has been spent on this building. There are two carport spaces for the loft, swimming pool, butterfly garden, Bose surround a sound, a vertical library, very modern. fast wifi, linens. pots and pans, washer and dryer etc, etc.
Relax in the Jacuzzi tub or take a refreshing shower in the 9 shower head shower. We are pet friendly.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This unique apartment is completely private, attached to a home with its own front entrance for you, and we have our own entrance in our backyard. The owners live in the other part of the house in back. Full bathroom, king bed, hot plates available to use, parking along side the carport by the log, along with full living room with a mini sofa bed. No pets, no smoking.

The house has been divided into two apartments. The front door is the entrance to the rental apartment. The owners have their private entrance in the back yard to their apartment.

Guest access
The guest apartment is accessed through the front door of the house. Guests have full use of the private apartment located at the front of the house.

The space
This is a spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom Condominium overlooking the Green of 18 of the Lakeside Country Club. The Lakeside Country Club in a small neighborhood with lots of Palms and old Oak trees. Besides squirrels and regular birds we've been visited by big owls and sandhill cranes that give you the feeling of not leaving the relaxing lanai.
