- "We stayed here for a couple of nights when we wanted to check out the various museums in Plains Georgia, and could not have been happier. Everything about the house was perfect; very comfortable bed with luxurious linens, spacious room cleverly decorated, plush towels, nice and comfortable dining and living areas, and everything was immaculate. I think our favorite part of our stay, though was chatting with Naomi. She is a great storyteller and wealth of information about the area and the history of the Carters, Fort Moore, and local businesses The day we left, weather became treacherous, and she let us hang out in the living room until we felt comfortable on the roads. We would love to stay there again. "

- "The room looked nothing like the photo. The bed covering had holes and tears, as did the curtains. There was poor publing work in the bathroom where water lines were not near toilet and long hoses were used. The police kept coming by which told me something unlawful was happening on premise. On a positive note, the manager was very friendly." - "Worst experience of my entire life. Was evacuating due to the hurricane, verified three times we would be late arriving, and the incredibly rude front desk man screamed at us and said he had no rooms. When we said we had a confirmed reservation he said he didn’t give a **** and told us to “get the **** out”. Ended up having to sleep in my car, with two dogs, in a CVS parking lot. This is theft and abuse."

- "I don’t have a problem with management its great but the house keepers aren't genuine they lie to cover not doing their job correctly an if you not present when they arrive nothing is done properly its your word against theirs an im a paying customer " - "TV worked this time " - "It was okay. Hallways have a loud echo, and there is this uncomfortably large gap under all the doors.(4th pic) Biggest issue was feeling unsafe the entire time. wont ever come back. DO NOT STAY HERE. Housekeeping replaced my dirty towel with another dirty towel "
