I would say that the paint job in the bathroom I had was sloppy but eh I don't care much about that. Be our guest! Newly renovated one bedroom attached guest house, conveniently located in Valdosta, GA just off I-75. View of pool, surrounded by lush greenery, making you feel like you are in your own private jungle get away.This guest house features a unique exposed brick wall, original art work, and mid-century modern decor. We can comfortably fit 2 adults , 2 children, and a baby. We have a queen bed, a love seat that converts to bed, and a portable twin mattress, and Pack n Play will be provided when requested. The kitchen has basic needs to prepare simple meals for a couple, or small family. If there is anything missing from the kitchen or bathroom that you need, please just ask. Our guesthouse is attached to our home, but is still a completely separate dwelling. It has plenty of privacy available including a private entrance. Welcome to our condo! You will enjoy this brand new condo in a great location on the north side of Valdosta and close to lots of fun! Great features include high end mattresses and linens and a great kitchen stocked with pots, pans, dishes, and a Keurig. Located approximately 8 minutes from exit 22 on I75 and within 1/4 mile of fine dining, boutique shopping, Chick-Fil-A, and Starbucks. We aim for our guests to have a comfortable and relaxing experience in our very clean condo.

Our condo features an open floor plan including a kitchen with dining area that opens to a living area and sunroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed and the guest room has two queen beds. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. We also have a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

" - "The apartments have been around at least since the mid-1950s, but this particular one is clean, comfortable and with all the basic amenities. All of the appliances, fixtures and outlets are in working order. You'll want to bring your own food and beverages. The only negative for this 2nd-floor apartment is that the steps have no landing, so the ascent is somewhat steep."
