The current owners have not been there very long and so they are still upgrading the rooms and the curb appeal. Our room had a VERY nice sized NEW refrigerator and freezer and a New dual flush toilet. "

- "Being a new hotel I had to try this out. I had never stayed in a Candlewood before. Being a new hotel everything was clean. All rooms have a kitchenette much like the Best Western Plus Rigby's in Warner Robins. It has an oven,dishwasher,fridge,microwave,pts and pans,silverware,glasses and even a jug of cold water in the fridge. AC and Heating work very well. The temperature control thermostat is on the wall. It also has an ironing board and steam vac. There is a big screen tv. Bathroom has a nice tub and shower with glass slidng doors. Bed was very comfortable. From the 4th floor hall you can see Walmart and the interstate as well as the Holiday in in front of this hotel. From my room I saw Chick Filet. You will be charged $26 for the Candlewood Cupboard were you get your food and drinks but if you go below 26 the difference will be put back in your bank. They have a nice pool but it's closed for the season. They also have grills. No free breakfast. There is an elevator and ice machine as well. I recommended this hotel for people traveling thru this town to other locations or as a staycation for people living in Perry. I took photos to add but the add button isnt working. I mash tha add photos and nothing happens. "

We paid aan extra $25,00 fdor each dog and unfortunately one got sick We cleaned all areas of the room affected and gave them another $50.00 for the housekeepping staff as we had to use the hand towels tocleanspots on the fug. This home is out in the woods, quite and plenty of wild life. It has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, open living room, kitchen, and dining room. All new appliances in kitchen and a laundry room with new washer and dryer. A covered porch for enjoying the wildlife and fresh air. Want to get away or have a family get together this is the place. Near by attractions are Andersonville POW museum, national infantry museum Ft Benning, Warner Robins AFB museum, Lake Blackshear for fishing and water sports. We also have a shooting range available. VRBO couldn't find it on google, but it is 12 miles west of Oglethorpe just off Ga 240. Have a cook out or sit around a campfire. A charcoal grill is on the covered porch

By swimming in the vacation home pond and using the hot tub, I recognize and fully understand certain things, including:
• At no time is there a lifeguard on duty, you (the renter) are responsible for the safe operation of the
pond and or hot tub and are responsible for all persons using the pond and or hot tub during your stay.
Please use hot tub at your own risk and please use caution while using the hot tub. The hot will be inspected after each stay!
• My use of the pond/hot tub facilities during my stay involves certain risks, including but not limited to:
1. The risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the pond/hot tub and deck equipment;
2. The risk of injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pond/hot tub area;
3. The risk of injuries resulting from unsupervised divers and swimmers colliding;
4. The risk of other injuries resulting from participating in any action in the pond.
5. The risk of injuries from any and all possible bacteria in the pond/hot tub.

risks; the list only provides examples of types of risks that I am assuming.
In exchange for the Owner allowing me to utilize the pond/hot tub and area during my stay, I hereby agree to the

You must let us know if you wish to bring more then 6 people. There will be an additional $35 charge per person per night for more then 6 people over the age of 3.

- Although the barndo is in the country, it is located on GA-224 and you will hear cars going by.

-Cell service is very spotty, but we have excellent WIFI.

- Bugs are not associated with cleanliness issues and occasionally come in from the outside. We do routine pest control. As long as you keep all the doors and windows shut, it will be more difficult for them to get inside. We are unable to offer any guarantee against or refunds for an occasional bug in the house.
