The property was very well kept and in a cute and quiet neighborhood. The home is spacious and can easily accommodate more than 10 people without feeling crowded. We hosted a dinner party and had about 16 people over and we had plenty of space. The kitchen was fully equipped, there was a bbq grill, and the laundry room was nice and big and fully equipped with everything you’d need. Each and every bed in the house was comfortable and plush! The bedding was very soft. My family slept comfortably with no problem or complaints. The patio was very nice. We don’t have pets, and worried about booking a home that was pet friendly, but there were no lingering smells. You could tell pets had been there because of bite marks in certain areas, but there were no weird smells. The backyard contained a trash receptacle for animal waste and the receptacle for smoking waste which was a very nice touch. I would absolutely recommend booking this property."

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these hours.

PETS: Pets are allowed when approved by us. Pets must be house trained and do their business outdoors. Pets must be crated when left alone. Chewing or destruction of furniture will result in a damage fee.

NETFLIX/AmazonPrime: Netflix and AmazonPrime are programmed on the Smart TV. You will need to add your personal account and password to operate. There is no cable or satellite TV.

PARKING: The garage and driveway are for guests to use. Do not block neighbor’s driveways or park on the grass.

TRASH: Please dispose of trash and bagged pet feces in the outside bin.

SAFETY: Ensure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the property. Lock the front door by pressing the X button on the keypad. Your door code will only work between the check-in and check-out times for your stay.

APPLIANCES: Ensure all appliances are off when you leave the property.

DAMAGE & BREAKAGE: We understand things may break by simple usage. Let us know so we can replace it for our next guest.

This house is located in a terrific neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shopping as well as all parts of Warner Robins down to Perry or up to Macon. You’re also very close to fountain Park and to the Wellston TrailMisti’s house is terrific and she did a great job of quickly handling any little issues that came up. Lots of small bonuses and thought obviously went into planning this stay for visitors. Would stay again and we actually did extend our stay for a day!"

The house is location in a very quite neighborhood, it is 5 minutes drive from Robin's AFB, close to all major restaurants. This house is also designed with the guest in mind, ensuring to cover everything needed to ensure you have a good experience.

- "Stayed for multiple nights while attending a dog show at the fairground, half an hour away. Nice back yard with a high and solid stockade fence for dog safety. Not a lot of landscaping (I think this is good, no worries about dogs digging in mulch, etc). There are three doors to the backyard, one in the kitchen, one in the main bedroom, one from the garage. Neighbors have a dog (beagle?) who will bark, but that dog doesn't seem to approach the fence. Motion detector lights at night, very nice. The fence is also strung with two different types of night lights. Big garage for unloading the car. I was only in the house during the evenings and did not use the kitchen for anything other than breakfast. Overall it was a super nice place with very comfortable couches! It's on a dead end street in a slightly housing-dense neighborhood (house walls are right up against the neighbor's wall). Even so, very quiet. I would book this location again."
