We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat. Bring rafts to enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake. Additionally, bike rentals and nearby golf courses are available. The Ritz Carlton, located a few minutes away, offers several dining options and spa facilities.

Our Villa has two suites available for rent. Each has a well-appointed living room area with comfortable chairs, a large sofa and a 75” smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a smart TV. The bathroom has dual vanity sinks with a granite top and a shower. The kitchen has stainless appliances.

The pictures show both suite A and D. Suite A is ground level offering a sunporch and a private outside patio with a grill. Suite A only has the washer/dryer. It was easy to rent a boat from the marina, and we loved going for walks around the lake. The condo was so clean and we had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable too. The kitchen appeared very well stocked although we didn't prepare any meals here (had family staying nearby and spent a lot of time with them). The linens are upscale, beds are comfortable and the decor very tasteful. Extra linens, pillows, etc. are available should they be needed. Plenty of convenient parking. There is a boardwalk/wharf dock but it was full the entire weekend that we stayed. This is no fault of the owners, we just picked the last weekend before school started so everybody was wanting to enjoy the lake! One thing that we really appreciated was not having to run to Publix (although it's very close) to grab extra paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. Everything was furnished - you only need to bring your clothes & personal toiletries along with whatever food you might need and you're in business! I asked several questions before we arrived and Sandra (owner) was super quick in responding. In addition, the book in the condo was very informative. One last thing, the lake view was wonderful! Wish we'd had more time to spend here and would definitely return."

- "Almost everything was great, and the owner was very responsive to all my concerns. We only had two issues, one of which was a fluke. When we arrived the TV and internet were not working, probably because of weather, and it took 3 days to get it functional. The other issue is the parking is not optimal. Guests have to park in a gravel/grass/mud parking area that's about 100 yards away from the unit. Uphill one way, downhill the other. There is, though, a turnaround very close to the unit for loading and unloading. Overall it's a nice condo."

Whether you are looking for a Private Chef to entertain your crowd while cooking in your own cottage kitchen or dropping your favorite meal at the door! We have you covered! You will work directly with the Chef to customize your needs at an additional fee.

- The pool may be heated upon request for an additional fee of $75 per night, if you would like it heated for arrival time please notify the host at time of booking or at a minimum 48 hours prior to your arrival.

- Our guests will enjoy a max dock for fishing, boating, kayaking (two kayaks are here for you), and swimming. As well as a beautiful pool and pavillion for relaxing and cooling down after a day on the lake! Bring your own boat or have one delivered to your dock for you!

Having the dock there and being able to rent a boat for the week and just keep it right on site was so convenient and turns out, the perfect tubing spot is right outside the cove where the house is so couldn't have been a better or more convenient location. We did end up grabbing a few extra essentials (like bug spray, extra trash bags, some basic fishing poles for the kids, etc) and left them for future guests. We came from Southern California and our first trip to Lake Oconee left such an impression that its now on my list of places to build or buy a Lake home! It was in large part due to our outstanding accommodations and again, the location. If you visit, look up Chef Lamar Kersey as we had him come cook multiple meals for us including an amazing 4th of July BBQ spread. Many of our kids called our time at Eagle's Nest our best vacation to date. I highly recommend this property!"

The large back yard over looking the lake was peaceful and allowed for our small family to unwind and enjoy roasting s'mores over the fire, fishing off the dock and enjoying the hot tube in the evening." - "This house had it all. My family of 4, plus our pug, spent 5 days at Captain's Cove and wish we would have booked a longer stay. The house is new, clean, quiet and the accommodations were great! We enjoyed lazy days out back floating on the lake (tubes provided), fishing (poles provided), swimming, kayaking and playing corn hole. At the end of each night, we cooked dinner on the gas grill, lit a fire in the fire pit for s'mores and capped it off with a soak in the hot tub. The back yard is large and flat which made it a great place for whiffle ball games. The kitchen is stocked with everything a family could need. We brought laundry detergent (not provided) so we were able to pack light and wash clothes while we were there...although we were mostly in bathing suits. I would recommend bringing extra beach towels. The nearest grocery is 30 minutes out. We knew that prior to our arrival and planned ahead so we only needed to make one stop on our way in so we could enjoy our days just hanging out. Our host was quick to respond with any questions we had. This vacation and house exceeded our expectations and we are already planning another trip back."

Located in the private gated community of Cuscowilla. The on-site restaurant and amenities are NOT available to renters. We, however, are surrounded with wonderful things to do and see. We are conveniently located to historical Madison, Eatonton and Greensboro which are quaint small towns. There are many great restaurants within a couple of miles of our villa. We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat. Bring rafts to enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake. Additionally, bike rentals and nearby golf courses are available. The Ritz Carlton, located a few minutes away, offers several dining options and spa facilities.

The primary suite has a king-size bed with a smart TV. The bathroom has a dual vanity sink with a granite top and a shower. It has a well-appointed living room area with comfortable chairs, a large sofa and a 75” smart TV. The kitchen has stainless appliances. There is also a sunporch and a private outside patio with a grill.

The junior suite has two queen-sized beds with a smart TV. There is a kitchenette with a coffee marker, microwave and mini refrigerator. The bathroom has a single vanity with a shower.

The Villa was beautiful, extremely clean, and perfect for my husband and I, as well as our 15 and 17 year old children. The Villa was beautifully decorated and very well cared for. The back patio overlooks the lake and we spent every morning having coffee and every evening enjoying happy hour out there. The Villa is located in a gorgeous golf community. This made for perfect morning walks after having coffee on the patio. The location of the Villa was perfect. Just minutes to Publix and the restaurants. It was less than 10 minutes to the Marina where we rented a boat for 3 days. It was also less than 15 minutes to the the golf course where my husband and son golfed. Gina was amazingly quick to respond to all of my questions. She had great suggestions for where to eat, golf, and boat. She even texted one night when we were out to make an additional suggestion. She is probably one of the nicest owners we've worked with in VRBO. We will definitely plan on staying here again and will suggest it to anyone who plans on visiting."

- "This darling place was exactly what it looks like on the website. It was everything we needed. Plenty of room in the den to hang out in. Great little outside porch for looking at the water. There is a sidewalk going all through the woods behind it and a little path down to chairs set up to get even closer to the water. The place was so clean and decorated well. They left cute little extras everywhere like a few snacks and such. It was very secluded and quiet. It was close to everything we needed. It's not way back in the neighborhood like some are so it takes forever to get out to the main road. It was perfect!"

Tuscan-inspired, waterfront Villa # 417 at Lake Oconee in the private Cuscowilla Golf Resort. Located on Lake Oconee with boat docks directly behind the property. If you plan to use our boat slip, this MUST be pre-arranged with owner due to limited space. Athens is only 50 minutes away for UGA games. Easy access to the historical town of Madison and Greensboro, local shopping, restaurants and the Ritz Carlton.

This unit is on the 1st floor with a screen porch and deck overlooking the lake. It has a full kitchen and large family room with a TV. The bedroom has 1 king bed with flat screen TV. The bath has dual sinks with granite tops, jet tub and walk-in shower. The family room accesses a sunroom and outdoor deck overlooking the lake. Total indoor space is 950 sqft.

This unit can be combined with a 2nd bedroom (see VRBO #793305) to sleep 6. This 2nd bedroom is on the same floor.

This one by far was our favorite with it's location in close proximity to the clubhouse and pool, as well as the spacious lay out of the home. The rooms are massive and the decor is eloquently done. I stayed here with my husband and 2-year-old, and we even had a couple with their little one over for dinner one night. There was plenty of room and the had everything you might need for cooking. This is our new go to rental!"

The unit we originally reserved was very nice but there was an error in the listing regarding the size of the bed. We discussed this with Eva and she was kind enough to move us to one of the units with a King bed. That move made our stay in the Cuscowilla unit that much better.
