They had an ice machine, but it is only a counter top ice maker. I hate making bad reviews but i dont want vacationeers to suffer."

We offer access to our private boat slip for bringing your own boat or renting a boat. Bring rafts to enjoy a refreshing swim in the lake. Additionally, bike rentals and nearby golf courses are available. The Ritz Carlton, located a few minutes away, offers several dining options and spa facilities.

Our Villa has two suites available for rent. Each has a well-appointed living room area with comfortable chairs, a large sofa and a 75” smart TV. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a smart TV. The bathroom has dual vanity sinks with a granite top and a shower. The kitchen has stainless appliances.

The pictures show both suite A and D. Suite A is ground level offering a sunporch and a private outside patio with a grill. Suite A only has the washer/dryer. Suite D is on the 2nd floor with a huge private open-air porch. Each unit has its own entrance with keypad entry and beautiful views of the water. It was easy to rent a boat from the marina, and we loved going for walks around the lake. The condo was so clean and we had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable too. The kitchen appeared very well stocked although we didn't prepare any meals here (had family staying nearby and spent a lot of time with them). The linens are upscale, beds are comfortable and the decor very tasteful. Extra linens, pillows, etc. are available should they be needed. Plenty of convenient parking. There is a boardwalk/wharf dock but it was full the entire weekend that we stayed. This is no fault of the owners, we just picked the last weekend before school started so everybody was wanting to enjoy the lake! One thing that we really appreciated was not having to run to Publix (although it's very close) to grab extra paper towels, toilet tissue, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, etc. Everything was furnished - you only need to bring your clothes & personal toiletries along with whatever food you might need and you're in business! I asked several questions before we arrived and Sandra (owner) was super quick in responding. In addition, the book in the condo was very informative. One last thing, the lake view was wonderful! Wish we'd had more time to spend here and would definitely return."

- "Almost everything was great, and the owner was very responsive to all my concerns. We only had two issues, one of which was a fluke. When we arrived the TV and internet were not working, probably because of weather, and it took 3 days to get it functional. The other issue is the parking is not optimal. Guests have to park in a gravel/grass/mud parking area that's about 100 yards away from the unit. Uphill one way, downhill the other. There is, though, a turnaround very close to the unit for loading and unloading. Overall it's a nice condo."
