This is a shared home - with long term tenants in the basement apartment. They have their own driveway, private entrance (which is located on the far bottom side of the house, and are completely separated by deadbolts). There is an 8 foot privacy wall separating the tenants and the pool area. They do not have access to the pool during a guest's stay. They are made aware of any guests (prior to their arrival). They respect the guests privacy. You may see them taking their dog for a walk or getting in their car.

- "We stayed for 5 days. Golfed a few and went to the Master's golf tournament. The location was great. Close to golf courses and fa enough away from the Master's to have a reasonable price for accommodations. Everything was as described. Meaning that there is a Keurig coffee pot for a house that sleeps 12+ people, and no mixing bowls, no glasses, not toaster, no mixer, no blender, very few cooking utensils , pots or pans. The description didn't say those things were there, but at all of the VRBO homes we have stayed in that was a given. There is really only a place for 5 people to sit in the den area, but that was pictured in the house. I just expected that there was additional seating some other place in the house. We were comfortable and the home was clean and we would classify the visit a good one. Thank you,"
