All year 'round, you'll enjoy the ever changing panorama from the porch rockers and swing: spring blooms, summer shade, or cascade of fall color. If you're a winter hiker, you'll return to a roaring fire in the stone fireplace. Two bedrooms, two baths and a loft - sleeps 4 adults or a couple with 2 children comfortably. The decor is cozy and welcoming without being too frilly, or too "country"... just your "home away from home". The entrance ramp and interior, master bath and bedroom, were built to accommodate guests with mobility restrictions on the first floor but is not completely to ADA. We found the cabin to be exactly what we needed - quiet, private, clean and comfortable. The leaves were just beginning to turn and it was still quite warm, but pleasant, so we were able to be outside enjoying this beautiful place to our hearts' content. Our needs were simple: cleanliness, comfortable spots to read or watch football, a decent coffeemaker, and a porch and swing. We found all of that and more at Kim's cabin. We hope to visit again!"

Luna Landing #79 is a mountain chalet style home in a forested setting, overlooking a 12 acre fishing lake in a gated resort, Pine Mountain Club Chalets (PMCC). This chalet is privately owned and operated, providing easy and prompt communication. Our chalet permits up to 6 adults and children, combined, with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. Master bedroom has a King bed and a nice connecting full bath. Second bedroom downstairs has two twin beds and a nearby small bath with shower. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a queen sized bed and full bath with a custom shower. There is a community dock at our chalet.

Community jon boats are provided around the lake for fishing and riding. There are many amenities including a nice swimming pool, playground, ping pong, tennis, horseshoes and others. High speed internet is provided. For pet owners: One or two dogs accepted with a $30 pet fee per night. No cats permitted. When registering, click on the "Travelers" box, then select “Pets” “yes” (and also confirm the number of adults and children). Please send a note to owners while booking to give breed, size and age of dogs as we reserve the right to approve pets and maintain the high quality of our home. Pets must be confined in a crate at times when owners are not in the chalet with their pets.

The 1 mile walk or bike around the private lake is a delightful experience, with the many views of nature throughout the property. On the walk, you will pass community areas for basketball, volleyball, ping pong, mini golf, tennis, and a lovely swimming pool.

For fishermen, the lake is stocked with bass and bream, and there are fishing boats provided. We provide paddles, several life jackets, ping pong, badminton, putters and golf balls, and a basketball. (Bring your own tennis and fishing gear). Horseshoes are provided at the horseshoe pit beside the playground.

The area around this property is full of great things to do for all ages. Callaway Gardens is an amazing natural resort, described elsewhere in this write up. You may drive your family through the Wild Animal Safari and feel like you are on an African adventure.

Warm Springs is a beautiful little town with wine tastings at their local winery. There is much to learn about the Franklin Roosevelt era, with the Little White House, and the Springs he loved. Roosevelt State Park is built around the largest mountain outside of North Georgia, Pine Mountain, and there are many scenic spots and hiking trails. The stables offer riding around lakes or up mountains.

After a visit to Luna Landing, you will be relaxed and refreshed, and reconnected to Nature.

Plenty room for our family of 6 plus our sweet pup. It was fully stocked with everything you needed to make meals, which we did. I have to note that this chalet was one of a few without a ramp. We had a family member in a powered wheelchair and he was able to make it up the few stairs(without the chair) and it all worked out well. The deck was very spacious and the view was amazing. We really enjoyed sitting out and enjoying coffee/wine over great conversations. Also got to witness a wedding across the lake on a very stormy day. Didn’t get to do much fishing but the deck was so secluded and quiet. We explored all of the sites close by. Callaway gardens, FDR little White House, warm springs and national park. All within 25 min or less. Downtown pine mountain was also a treat. There was a small but well stocked grocery store and a few restaurants. We only got to experience Fox’s pizza. It was tasty. The area around the chalet at this time of year was very quiet and we hardly saw anyone around. We enjoyed walking around the paved lake and taking part in the activities provided ie. putt putt golf, pool, basketball, volleyball, horseshoe and tennis. There is also a pool table and table tennis. We enjoyed all of Lunas artwork throughout the chalet, just beautiful. We hope to be back soon."

Log cabin sleeps 14 people with 3 bathrooms. Just over an hour southwest of Atlanta where there are no crowds Serenity Cabin is the place to go for a mountain getaway. While there are numerous great restaurants in the area, our kitchen has all you’ll need to prepare meals in the cabin, just bring your food and condiments. Callaway Gardens is within 15 minutes from the cabin and so is the Roosevelt National historic site, “The Little White House.” There are many hiking trails nearby with horseback riding stables too. Come relax on the back porch and enjoy this great vacation spot.

There are 2 king size beds, 4 queen size beds, and one double size bed.

Our cabin is perfect for families who want to spend time together. We tend to shy away from groups of young people without adequate adult supervision.

This is not a shared space. You’ll have the entire carriage house apartment to yourself and will only share it with others in your party. And best of all, you won’t have any trouble finding the many destination-worthy spots around town because this cozy retreat is close to everything: less than a mile away from Callaway Gardens…steps from an abundance of downtown bars, eateries and entertainment…a 60 second walk from the Man O’ War walking/bicycle trail…a two minute drive from the popular 23-mile Pine Mountain hiking trail in F.D.R. State Park...a three minute drive from Wild Animal Safari Park…and just 277 feet from the local supermarket!

In fact, there is no rental home more beautiful and centrally located to everything that Pine Mountain has to do and see. This is a huge plus to most people because there’s no need to get behind the wheel of a car to explore downtown or to go get groceries or to dine out or to come home after having a few drinks. You are literally in the middle of all the action, yet set back just enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of small town life.

THE UNIT
The inside lives up to the outside’s standards too, featuring all-wood floors and all the necessities to make you feel at home. This one-bedroom apartment is bright and airy and has enough space to accommodate up to 4 people. The bedroom has a lovely queen bed, an end-of-the-bed bench, two night stands, two USB charging stations, a smart TV and a chest of drawers to store your clothes during your visit. There’s also more space available to keep any additional items in an adjacent closet where you’ll find an iron and ironing board for your convenience. The living room has a smart TV, two lamps, a small library of books for your reading pleasure and a pull-out couch that converts into a high-quality bed suitable for two. In both the bedroom and living room, the two smart TVs are equipped with Roku, along with a Dish Network satellite system and Wi-Fi internet service. The bathroom features a cozy shower that's just big enough for two people or one person who doesn't want to share the shampoo. You’ll also find the bathroom furnished with toiletries and more, like toothpaste, tooth brushes, shampoo, conditioner, makeup remover, a hairdryer and extra towels. There’s also a fully-equipped kitchen with a stainless steel microwave, stove, oven, fridge, coffee maker and all the basic kitchen stuff and utensils to cook meals. The kitchen cabinets and drawers are stocked with seasonings, kitchen towels, sponges, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap. There’s also an adjoining dining area where you can sit with your guests and enjoy your meals.
You are allowed to keep two vehicles on the property. Your parking spaces are located to the right of the garage. Do not park in front of the garage or on the street or block the front gate.

First, let’s just say that you can book with confidence because I have been in the home rental business for many years. I own a number of rental properties and I have a very experienced cleaning and management team that is responsive to problems.

Again, you are renting the UPSTAIRS carriage house apartment over the garage which has its own private entrance in the rear of the property. There is a walkway leading around to the back of the main house and up some stairs. The property is extremely well lit at night. Also, keep in mind that the police and fire stations are two blocks away, so this is an extremely safe neighborhood.

NO SMOKING/ VAPING/ DRUGS/ PARTYING/ LOUD MUSIC OR OBNOXIOUS BEHAVIOR
Because we cater to small families and couples looking to get away and relax, we do not allow smoking or partying in our place or outside on our property. We ask that you respect these conditions or you will be asked to leave without a refund and charged extra fees for cleanup. Of course, you’re welcome to drink and enjoy yourself, but going overboard is not acceptable. If you’re planning to party please choose a hotel that may not mind this type of behavior. We have a very peaceful neighborhood and we don’t want to upset our neighbors. Quiet time is after 9:00 pm.

The living room provides a leather couch, a recliner, and a big screen TV. This cabin has a screened in porch with ceiling fans and outdoor seating. It also has a grill, fire pit, and hot tub!

Resort facilities, including the pool, mini-golf, tennis courts, and recreation room, are available for use during operating hours, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Equipment for these amenities, such as tennis rackets and mini-golf clubs, is accessible (a code will be provided) with a refundable security deposit.

- "This Villa is completely renovated and tastefully decorated. It is very spacious with 3 large bedrooms. It is located right across the street from the neighborhood pool. Two of the adults enjoyed playing golf daily.The Beach was temporarily closed, but the children played at the pool every day. We had a delightful time at the Butterfly House and the Discovery Center where the children made crafts. The kitchen at the Villa is a bit small, but well equipped and we ate in most days. We had a delicious meal at Cason's Tap Room on the patio. The whole family had a great time."

This cottage home is completely renovated and comes move-in ready with all the furniture, fixtures and amenities to make you feel at home. It truly is a gem not to be missed. Arrive to your private driveway with ample room to park. There you are greeted by a long, furnished screened-in porch. Great for taking your morning coffee. Alternately you can land on the front deck with comfortable Adirondack chairs. Enter the soaring foyer and immediately feel yourself relax.

The kitchen offers fresh wood cabinets, new appliances, a small dining table and a built in desk, if needed. The adjacent pantry offers loads of storage and a convenient washer and dryer. You will of course find all the cookware, utensils and necessary items to create meals and indulge. The main dining room is truly breath-taking with floor to ceiling windows allowing a stunning view of the forest and park beyond. The luminous living room also enjoys the same amazing views and is furnished for relaxation, featuring a wine fridge, wet bar, large comfortable seating and a large smart TV for entertainment. Step out onto your private balcony as the perfect spot to gather the clan or to gaze at the stars while enjoying the serenity of this unique setting. Cozy up by the (gas) firepit or throw something tasty on the (gas) BBQ grill as you remember the adventures of the day. The Second Bedroom is spacious and outfitted with all new furniture including 2 Queen beds and steps out into the sitting area/fireplace room referenced above. The Third bedroom also offers 2 new Queen Beds and shares a newly renovated bathroom and shower. An additional guest 2-piece powder room addresses the needs of visitors. Finally, this home offers a 4th bedroom, perfect for kids. It boasts a beautiful bunk-bed, comfy seating and its own tv for gaming. All linens and towels are ready and waiting. Pet Friendly Little 3 Bedroom 2 Bath house with backyard located 0.5 miles from downtown Pine Mountain and 5 minutes from Callaway Garderns by car. Our property is perfect as a base to visit the area's attracrions like Callaway, FDR State Park or Wild Animal Safari. You should know that we are working on fixing up the house as we can. It is a work in progress. It is an old house. Please only book if you are easy going as this is not the Hilton. The neighborhood is rural, friendly and safe, it is not a fancy subdivision.

We fished, grilled and just had a fun, relaxing time with our friends that were with us. The beds are SUPER comfortable and all the rooms including bathrooms were nicely decorated. Also, the kitchen appliances are all updated..I really don’t think you can go wrong by choosing Chalet #4 @ PMCC!"

A peaceful place to stay while you explore our amazing area! Just 2 miles north of Pine Mountain, this 1400 sq ft home sits 100 yards off the main Hwy. 27 (Hamilton Rd). Quiet country feel - very private on a drive shared by just one neighbor - 100 yards thru the trees.

The home boasts hardwood floors with a mid-century modern feel. Split floor plan. Master has a queen & its own bath. Back bedrooms share a Jack & Jill bathroom. Decorated in area flair including Callaway Gardens (5 miles) & Wild Animal Safari (2 miles).

Roosevelt State Park and Warm Springs are also very close, as well as Impact 360. 30 min from Columbus = Army Base; National Infantry Museum (free); Whitewater rafting; Zip line over the river to Alabama; Great Shopping; etc.

Spacious dining area, and fair sized living room. Decent sized carpeted kid's play area (or could be an office) is shared as washer & dryer room.

Back yard is fenced, but no lawn - too many trees, making the lot nice & shady.

Wifi internet. A TV is in living room. We have family board games too!

- "We loved everything about it it's very rustic everything was available and clean we were well taken care of and informed and it was even with an upgrade thank you Tim" - "The value of this property is great, it is very close and convenient to Callaway gardens and beach. The property is pretty much exactly as described in the listing. The only complaint we have is the AC was set to 80° and checking in at 2pm in July on a 100° day means that the house could not cool down below 78-79°. The home finally hit 78 at midnight, but had been set at 75. Throughout the three nights we stayed the home really struggled to stay at 75 (which is uncomfortable for us when we keep our home set at 68-70°). The host communicated clearly and promptly. Although the instructions on how to sleep in the bed (what covers to use or not use), & the sticky notes what to flush, and saying what temperature is "comfortable" to set the thermostat at while in the house. Seem a bit tacky and overreaching. Would have rated 5 stars if house would have cooled down that first night. Would stay again just not on a 100° week."
