This completely updated home is over 2000 sq. ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We want you to feel completely relaxed and comfortable in our space. The Master bedroom has a king size bed plus a fold-out couch for extra guests. It makes a great family suite when traveling with smaller children. The private bath has double sinks, a generous soaking tub, walk in shower for 2 and private toilet room. You will love having all this extra space. Both guest rooms have queen size beds and their own smart TV's. Enjoy some Netflix if the weather is less than ideal. An oversized kitchen with wine fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven, stove top and refrigerator will fit even the largest of gatherings. There is extra room at the bar for seating while the cooks prepare the meals. The living room is relaxed and comfortable, the sectional couch will sit 6 comfortably. A small desk is great for games and a laptop if you need to catch up on emails. The large dining room sits 6 but can easily accommodate more when needed. The guest bath has double sinks and a step-in shower and tub combo. A washer and dryer is located in the back of the home and can be used if needed.

The outdoor space is even better! The large screened in porch is located on the lakeside of the home, this is where you will enter the home from. It has 2 outdoor eating spots available along with 1 of the 2 hammocks on the property. Cool down with the fans on the porch after a hot day while relaxing in the hammock.
The Gazebo is also a favorite spot to relax!! There is a lovely swing for 2 in the gazebo along with another hammock for relaxing. Take a glass of wine, turn on the fans and enjoy the sunset from this location.
The 2 story boathouse is the perfect place to get in the lake and enjoy the water! The floating dock has 2 lounge chairs with cushions for sunbathing. There is also a choice of floats in the boat house along with fishing rods to keep you entertained. Another dining area is on the boat house that sits 6 people. Upstairs is one of the most unique features of the home with it's own "Pirate" themed bar with 3 rope swing seats. Enjoy a cold one up top and relax with your guests! We have a very special friend that calls the bar her home, her name is "Mama Duck" and if you are lucky you will see her poking her head out from the rafters!

Boat from your dock just a few short minutes to get delicious eats, gas for the boat, and lake life essentials. Spacious dock on deep water lot. The space
A cozy lakehouse with lot right on the water. Plenty of deck and dock space to enjoy eating, fishing, swimming, boating, sunbathing and whatever else you may fancy. You will enter the house and be greeted by gorgeous views from a spacious dining room that seats 12 people. The dining room also has barn doors at the end of the room holding onsite laundry. Moving from the dining room you will enter an open concept family room and kitchen area. There is plenty of comfortable seating and the kitchen that is stocked with cookware and plenty of dining essentials. The leather couch turns into a very comfortable queen size bed and the cloth couch can be an additional sleeping spot for a single person. There is a full bathroom right off of the kitchen. Up a just a couple of steps there are two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have 2 king size beds. The bedroom to the right has the second full bathroom.

Pontoon boats have a daily rental rate averaging $500. The use of our older, but very fun, boat is included with the price of your rental.
Please note that the boat is tricky to start, as it is older, but it is safe and fun. We do not guarantee the boat will be in perfect condition and operate perfectly. This use of our boat is not a guaranteed part of our listing, but pontoon boats have a daily rental rate averaging $500, so we just wanted it to be included as an option for you to try and hopefully have lots of fun with during your stay! Also, please note that per Alabama state law, Alabama residents are responsible to obtain a boating license and must be 12 years of age or older to operate. CERTIFICATION / LICENSE REQUIREMENTS FOR NON-RESIDENTS:
Effective October 1, 2024: Nonresidents may operate a vessel upon the waters of this state only after obtaining a valid boater safety certification or vessel operator's certification issued in his or her home state or country, or after obtaining a Nonresident Alabama Boater Safety Certification upon examination and certification under the same terms and conditions as Alabama residents. It is the decision and responsibility of the guest to choose to get a license or not before staying and utilizing our boat. We don't know how often these laws are enforced, but we will not be responsible for any possible fines.

- "Great stay w/ family to experience life on the lake. Was able to do some fishing and boating w/ our kids and extended family members – great memories. Beds were very comfy, nicely supportive, also had plush tops, like a cushy overlay that minimizes pressure points- plenty of pillows of varying firmness (easily find what you like), various types of blankets, and extra sheets in the closet. The shower has strong water pressure with showerhead on a cord. Bathroom towels are all 100% cotton, very thick, and plenty of them. Even the toilet paper was high quality. Kitchen, a nice assortment of coffees, plenty of glassware, mugs, plates, etc. A very large Lodge cast iron skillet we really liked, other skillets with a nonstick coating, and a couple med sized pots with lids without nonstick coating. The knives were sharp. There were some standard spices, and various condiments in frig. The kitchen trash can was oversized with plenty of extra trash bags. We visited in 90’s degree weather. The A/C worked great, and the box fans for extra circulation. The couches are just as comfy as they look, and the TV has a very sharp and vivid picture. The dock was a great place to gather with guests. There were plenty of brim around the dock and catfish, bass & crappie within reach. Beach towels over the W/D. Boat was fun. The sunsets are awesome. Host was very responsive and helpful. Great stay."

The Blue Heron Guest House is our 2 bdr/1 ba 710 sq ft modern designed guest house that sits on our 4.5 acres lake front property with 650 feet o water frontage. Ideal for a family of up to 4 or 2 couples for a retreat. This guesthouse is close to everything, 30-35 minutes to Ft Benning/Columbus, pine MTN/Calloway Gardens & Auburn/Opelika. Private Hot tub, fire pit and hammock. Free access to the shared boat ramp, multiple piers, beach area, chairs/loungers, kayaks, fishing gear and more. You just need your Alabama or Georgia fishing license. Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises without prior approval from the host.

We have lovingly named our 4.5 acres the Herons Nest. On the property we have the main house on the water in which we live. Additionally, there is a guesthouse (Blue Heron) and cottage (Green Heron) that are both Short-term Rentals that can be rented separately or together but are spaced out enough that you have your own space and privacy. Both places have their own individual fire pits, hammocks, patios and share the pier, beach, and boat ramp located in front of the main house. The boathouse on the water is for the owner's use only, please don't go on the boathouse.

Additionally, the hosts live on the property and respects our guest's privacy, but we will be sure to say hi if we see you out and about in the shared areas.

- "Look no further! Honestly, this is the best rental we have stayed at! Howard and Anjel are very responsive and considerate hosts. The house is very nice, and extremely clean. Cleanliness is a very important factor for me and the Blue Heron was exceptional. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice meal. There is a grill, a fire pit stocked with wood for us to use. Extra bedding and towels. They really thought of everything you might want during your stay. We used the kayaks and paddle board. We sat outside at night and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, and we weren’t bothered by mosquitoes or any bugs because they do a great job with upkeep of the grounds and landscaping. Howard even took us to Two Tree church in his boat and then gave us a boat tour of the lake! So nice! We will absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone. You will not be disappointed."

If you just want to hang out in the shade and read a book or take a nap, jump into the hammock and just relax or sit at the covered picnic table and enjoy food and the lake views. Top the evening off, by having a bonfire in the fire pit area making s’mores and memories.

- "I connot put into words adequately how much we loved our stay the the Green Heron. Our group of 5 included my son who had just completed his Turning Green at Ft. Moore, my Mom, Aunt, and Uncle. I wanted a place for him to be able to rest and recharge before returning for more specialized training. We also wanted to be close enough to Ft. Moore for graduation, and Columbus to tour his "must see" stops. This property was the best decision! The home was stocked with lots of fun games for a couple of game nights, it was close to delicious food (Backwater), a perfect little Country Market for groceries, and easy access to Columbus and Ft. Moore. Each were about a 40 min drive, and well worth the drive to justify driving out to stay here! The hosts were incredibly kind and generous, as were the other locals who stopped to congratulate my son. Part of my group has mobility issues, and while the property itself is on a slope, we had no issues accessing the home. This was very important to us. My son enjoyed a peaceful kayak ride with the equipment provided. The area is so quiet, we could hear the ducks flapping in the water from the back porch. The furnishings, including the beds, were extremely comfortable and tastefully arranged. I could go on and on. In a nutshell - we hit the jackpot with this find. Thank you!"

LaGrange has a lot to offer in terms of outdoor amenities: the spacious front porch is ideal for lounging outdoors at any time of day while admiring the lovely view of nature around you! Or perhaps unwind on the back porch while grilling some fish you caught while boating on West Point Lake, which is only 5 miles away. If not, maybe you’d be interested in traveling to the nearby Great Wolf Lodge Water Park or Callaway Gardens. . Whatever it is that you enjoy! After a long day, you can relax in this inviting place with your family or friends. Cottage is right after the GA Industrial/Business area, and less than 3 miles from downtown Lagrange, Pets are allowed with an $85 fee for the first pet and a $25 fee for the second pet, however, must be approved by management. We are an Auburn loving family if you couldn't tell! Our Eagle Rig is stationed on our one acre soon to be mini farm right next to our home here in Valley. We hope to offer more amenities as time goes on but so far we have a lovely swing area to relax on, firepit to enjoy and a pool table to enjoy! If you’re bringing the kids, we havea sand box, trampoline and spot for a hammock! Construction is complete on our Private Outdoor Shower!! Come and relax with your family and catch an Auburn game!

We try to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful family memories at the lake, in our home. For us to do so, we would truly appreciate it if you could follow these house rules and confirm that it as well as the safety/security information has been reviewed within 48 hours of your booking. This is to ensure that if there is any reason the House Rules cannot be followed, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty-free, as we have a Strict Cancellation Policy after 48 hours.

• Guests must be 25 or older to book this home. The person who books must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation. There are no third-party bookings allowed. If it is discovered that a booking was made for someone under 25 after check-in, all occupants will be required to vacate the property immediately. Reservations made in violation of this policy are subject to cancellation without refund.
• Keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10 PM - 7am. We have very respectful neighbors and want to make sure we respect them as well.
• Absolutely no vaping or smoking inside the home. If there is a smell of smoke inside, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied to remove the odor. Just step outside, it’s a pretty great view anyway!
• Parking is provided in front of the home. We do ask that at no time you have more than three vehicles, as space is limited. Please don’t block the neighbor’s driveway.
• Only registered guests are allowed overnight. If you’d like to have someone stop by, that’s totally fine. We just ask that you keep it small so it doesn’t become a party.
• We have a gas grill in the back yard. Please don’t take the grill to the back deck or down to the dock. Keep it where it is for everyone’s safety. The grill is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. You will also need to add your own propane to the grill, as it is not supplied.
• There are no parties or events allowed. This property has a zero tolerance for any events or parties. If you’re looking for a place to host an event or party, another property may suit your needs more appropriately.
• If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, which results in extra cleaning, guest will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
• Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guest or ourselves, if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guest discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for these consumables.
• Please do not rearrange or move our furniture. The trundle bed in the 2nd bedroom should only be used to sleep on and should be pushed back in when not being slept on. There should be no jumping or walking on any beds at any time as it could result in breaking the bed, this could result in an extra fee being charged for damage to the bed.
• if guests are suspected of carrying and or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged and guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
• Do not unplug the Wi-Fi router, security cameras (only the outside of the home is monitored), or smart home devices. This will result in a $150 tampering fee.
• We do not allow any pets on the property.
• We charge a replacement fee for missing or damaged items. Accidents happen, just communicate with us so we can make it right.
• We don’t believe you should have to pay a cleaning fee and be expected to clean a list of things before you leave. All we ask is that you pick up any trash you may have and throw it away. If you find that you need an outdoor trash can, you’ll find ours at the end of the road with our address numbers on it. Please do not leave trash outdoors at any time without it being in the outdoor trashcan, as this will attract wild animals and insects. Any trash left outside may result in an extra cleaning fee. Please also rinse any dishes left in the sink. This allows our cleaners to clean a bit faster and helps us keep our cleaning fees low.

INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR SAFETY AND SECURITY:

- Since the home is right on the water, we ask that you please supervise children at all times around the dock and shoreline. The deck and dock can get slippery when wet, so watch your step, especially in flip-flops. Life jackets are strongly recommended for kids while swimming, you will we need to bring your own, they are not provided.

- We have exterior security cameras on the front and back entryways of the home for everyone’s safety and security. Please know that we respect your privacy and do not have any cameras inside the home.

Accessibility: This is a single-story mobile home that is affixed to the property, entryway does have steps that lead down to the front door, back deck has steps on the backside and side and there are steps leading down to the lake. Please note that the steps can get slippery when wet and use caution. There are no handrails on the steps leading down to the home or to the lake, there are handrails on the back deck steps. There is a metal ladder on the dock that extends into the water. Please use all of these steps/ladder carefully and at your own risk.

Now that the hard part is over, we do want you to know that we believe the great majority of guests are wonderful and respectful! We understand that you want to relax and enjoy your time at the lake and we want that for you as well! We hope that if you choose to stay with us, you have a wonderful time of making memories and relaxing. Our goal is to make your stay such that you can rest and unwind while taking in the beautiful water views and the sunshine in total peace and tranquility.

This is a Forest River Heritage Glen named "Dolly", reconnect with nature in a beautiful appointed camper!

“Dolly” has a private queen bedroom and a generous bath. The large living room includes 2 recliners, a 52” TV and a sofa which converts to a comfortable queen sized bed. Wrap around windows give a fantastic view of the surrounding nature. She has additional sleeping space on the pull-out couch and the dinette. A well equipped kitchen and indoor fireplace will enhance your stay. WIFI, firestick TV, Keurig, outdoor grill, and indoor/ outdoor stereo will all make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

You will love the lake access and outdoor dining. What a terrific way to unwind!

I have 2 incredible RV's on adjacent sites with private nature views and a short walk to the water. They can be rented individually or together for a larger gathering. "Reba" is comfortable and relaxing, perfect for families or a friends getaway. "Dolly" features a larger living area and is perfect for 2 couples.

Both RV's have incredible outdoor living areas and lake access.

A quaint three bedroom, two bath modular home on almost 2 acres. Lots of room to roam and surrounded by country side. The house is 15 miles from Pine Mountain, 8 miles from West Point/Lanett/Valley &10 miles from Lagrange. **not in a city must drive. Enjoy an open floor plan and a big front yard. The house is a work in progress, and we are fixing it little by little. This is great if you want a big space in the country. This is not the Hilton, nor fancy by any means. *security camera outside. We are a mid-term housing company, though we occasionally offer short-term stays. If
you’ve booked a short stay at a great rate, we’re happy to host you! However, please note:
 This property is stocked for mid-term stays, so we provide only starter toiletries
(one roll of toilet paper, paper towels, and a trash bag).
Please keep this in mind and bring your own toiletries when you come.
Maintenance Access:
 Annual Preventive Maintenance: Some properties have scheduled checks for
smoke detectors, HVAC filters, etc. We will notify you in advance if access is
needed.
 Emergency Maintenance: If urgent repairs are required (e.g water leaks, electrical
issues) and we cannot reach you within [X] hours, we reserve the right to enter the
unit.
Occupants & Guest Policy:
 The main occupant must be listed on the reservation.

Mailbox Access:
