The StillWaters Community on Lake Martin (Alabama) is gated with 24/7 security.

The condo main entrance from the parking lot is a gentle sloping walkway up to the breezeway. From the breezeway, the condo front entrance is straight in. There are no steps nor stairs. This is a "walk in" condo from the parking lot. The front door is a key less entry dead-bolt lock for easy access (no key required).

Walking out of the condo, the front sidewalk leads you around to the outdoor grilling areas, common areas, lakeside decks, pier, and boat docks. A dedicated boat slip is provided with this rental, directly in front of the condo. The boat slip has Sav-A-Dock installed for maximum protection for your boat. From the condo to the boat slip, there are no steps nor stairs. The sidewalk and pier ramp are gentle sloping.

The condo has over 1200 square feet of space for you, your family or guests. There is a full-size kitchen with all the amenities of home including stainless steel appliances and Quartz countertops. The condo is furnished as a lived-in home with the décor of a lakeside theme.

There are two "private patios" in the condo overlooking the lake that includes comfortable wicker furniture with ceiling fans and several lighting options. The experience relaxing on the patios is breathtaking, especially at sunset and night time.

The condo comfortably sleeps six adults. The Master Bedroom includes a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom (shower/large jetted tub -Whirpool)), and a private lakeside patio. The Guest Bedroom includes two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/jetted tub (Whirpool).

The living Room (Den) has upgraded furniture (couch, love seat, and recliner). There is a 65" Smart TV above the gas fireplace. There is new Luxury Vinyl Tile flooring for the entire condo.

There are ample common areas (lakeside) for relaxing, grilling, and just enjoying the lake views. You can grill, swim, sunbathe, fish, float, and relax in the lake right in front of your condo.

Worried about wet swimsuits, towels, and clothes? Did you get wet or did someone throw you in the Lake? Yes, there is a washer and dryer in the condo including an ironing board and iron. While you wait on your clothes to dry, you can relax in the over sized jetted tub.

Do not worry at all about renting this condo on the Lake during the cooler months. You will stay comfortable and cozy with the gas fireplace right below the 65" TV.

There are 2 TVs supplied both streaming Spectrum for your TV channels. One in the guest bedroom and then the 65" TV in the Den. Maybe you would like to watch Netflix or Amazon Prime. Just switch the smart TVs to your favorite movie source - your sign in required for the streaming services.

High-speed WiFi (350+ Mb) is also supplied throughout the condo and patios.

Boats and Trailers:

Due to the limited space and StillWaters Community HOA rules, boat trailer parking is not allowed on-site at the condo.

If you will need boat trailer parking, please contact your host for availability and assistance 14 days in advance.

The closest and most convenient boat ramp is Harbor Point Marina. There is a charge for each ramp use, but the marina is only 1 mile from the condo. Please pay attendant inside the Marina store. Ramp closes at 4:30 pm (Spring, Summer) and 4:00 pm (Fall and Winter).

A boat dock slip is available (#421) at the condo. The boat slip has Savadock installed to protect your boat.

The condo is conveniently located in close proximity to the area restaurants (Prime Steakhouse, Landing II, Niffers Place, Chucks Marina, The Burrito Corner, Lake Martin Pizza, Poplar Dawgs, and Oskars). There is a new grocery store outside the main gate to StillWaters.

- "Nice Place." - "We originally chose this rental to accommodate our 15+ year old lab, Buddy. Unfortunately, he passed away before our vacation. We are thankful however that we chose this location even though we didn't bring a fur family member. The views from the kitchen, living area, porch, yard and dock are spectacular. The porch was our favorite and where we spent most of our time when not out boat riding. The house is in a very quiet and shaded area. The house pictures are very accurate. The house was well furnished to meet all our needs. There is construction very nearby, which seems to be the case all around Lake Martin. It was not disruptive to our stay. Billy, the owner, was super nice and very responsive. we would definitely stay here again."

There is a marina nearby where we rented a pontoon boat for an afternoon. The cabin is an easy 35 minute drive to Auburn where we visited our daughter during our stay. Very relaxing get away. Great location on the lake. The house is in a neighborhood but feels like a cabin in the woods. It surrounded by tall trees. We will be back!"

Fabulous view of the lake from the living and dining rooms. There's a private pier for al fresco dining and a beach area where kids can play. Spring is in the air all year in “The Garden Room”. You’ll feel like you’re sleeping outside in a garden under the flowery, fluffy comforter on the double bed and looking at the antique garden décor. Beautiful antique prints showing birds, butterflies, “Yard scenes” enhance the décor. We’ve included a beautiful antique cradle, complete with Dave’s baby toys and my Barbies. Beautifully decorated Stillwater’s Condo with new furnishings and great views! This 2 BR/2bath condo has a king bed, 2 twin beds, and 2 ottoman pull out beds. All of our beds have Tempurpedic mattress toppers. Boat slip is directly in front of condo in a calm water area. Condo is on the same level as the parking with only 4 steps. It has a fully stocked kitchen, with outside fridge with more drink storage, WIFI, and cable. Dining area seats 6 along with 2 bar stools. There are 2 balconies - 1 with a small sectional and love seat and the other a table with bar stools.

There is a gated pool for Sunset Cove guests and 3 grills and a picnic area available for use. Stillwaters is a gated golf community with tennis courts, Harbor Point Marina and a fun playground.

This Glamp Cabin style tent is named for our beloved 46' motor yacht "Moondance" that we enjoyed many weekends on, inspired by the Van Morrison hit of the same name from the 70's. The moment you pull up you begin to feel nautical and that theme carries across the deck and right into the 370 sq ft interior of this charming one bedroom, one bath glamp equipped with Heat & Air, fridge, microwave, grill, and hot tub! We are a pet friendly unit! What does this mean? With approval, your dog can enjoy lake days with the family at Baker's Place. Of course, a few leftover stray hairs may pop up here or there, but we're sure this tradeoff is well worth it!

This Shaka style Safari tent was inspired by the loft we renovated in an 1899 building in downtown Nashville. It was our home, studio, live music venue, and eventually one of the top vacation rental spaces in Music City. It became The Music Loft and is still in operation today after we sold it and moved to Alabama on our new journey. The glamp is decorated with painted and signed guitars, Nashville themed art and other signed memorabilia. With a full two bedrooms and massive tile shower this 650 sq ft glamp is complimented with over 1300 sq ft of decking including an amazing outdoor living space, both covered and uncovered featuring a grill and 7x7 hot tub. The interior is edgy and modern with dining for up to 6 people, comfy seating, and a beautiful kitchenette area with fridge and micro-wave. The only thing missing is a 10' tall Gibson Guitar designed by Montgomery Gentry, or is it?

They open their home to us to watch the football game and then we even did a private dinner that they catered for us in their home.
