She made us feel like we were visiting relatives than staying at a bed and breakfast. - "We liked how clean the rooms and hotel was and how friendly and helpful they staff were however unfortunate we will not return due to the following. Beds were very hard and there wasn't much water pressure for the shower nor did the water get much warmer than lukewarm. The free breakfast was a huge disappointment. For starters even though we already paid they charged our card the full amount instead of just incidentals so we have to wait 3-5 days to get back. The fire alarm went off 2x, we had to get up get dressed and go down just to be told they think kids were possibly pulling the alarm. There was a party going on in the event space (event space is amazing) which had the elevator and hallways stinking of marijuana. Last and certainly not least the beds were as hard as a rock!!! We will not be staying here again. This establishment just opened a day or 2 before our stay so I would have expected them to wanna impress their guests. The cleaning staff was kind. "
