Cozy 1100 s.f. farm house just outside Newnan city limits. The house is on a large lot (1.5 acres) with lots of lawn for you to stretch out. It includes full kitchen, living room and three bedrooms. Relax in the country and watch the fireflies light up at night from the back deck with a larged fenced in yard. Less than 1 hour to Atlanta, Pine Mountain, FDR State Park, Callaway Gardens, Warm Springs. 10 minutes to Chattahoochee Bend State park, downtown Newnan, restaurants and shopping. 20 minutes to historic Banning Mills, home of the world record longest zip line park.

We have added a brand new deck out the back door with table and chairs. It's a perfect place to relax and is very private.

Suite #3 is on the left side of the building. This is also the corner suite. The private entrance to the suite is a front hall way with a working table and chairs. From this hallway you enter into the spacious living room that has a large desk 14 feet across. There also is a futon and a footstool. The futon can serve as a full size bed. The living room has a bay window giving plenty light and a wonderful spot to watch the sunrise. From the hallway you can enter the bedroom which has a 14 feet high ceiling. There is a king size bed, a make-up desk, two side tables and a rack to hang clothes. There also is a book case loaded with National Geography magazines, some going back to 1950. Facing the bed there is a door on the left that leads to the kitchen. This kitchen is fully operational and equipped. In the kitchen is a back door to the side yard. Also, the kitchen can be accessed through the living room. When standing facing the bed there is a hallway on the right giving access to the bathroom. This bathroom also has a claw foot tub with a hand shower. Also has a wash basin. In part the floors are hard pine from the early 1800's and oak from the early 1900's.

You will find all the comforts of home inside and everything you need for an adventure away from home. Just 30 minutes from the Airport and a short drive to some amazing destinations and fun activities that Georgia has to offer you are sure to stay as busy as you like. Savannah, Chattanooga, Panama City are all within a days drive!

The cozy apartment is nestled in a completely modern basement apartment with all the amenities. It is on the historic square in Newnan and walking distance to everything. The owners are right upstairs and I am just a phone call away. We won't be present unless needed.

DO NOT PARK IN DRIVE-WAY OR BLOCK DRIVE-WAY, there is ample street parking in front and has easy access from there to front door.

The home was built in 2018 which makes it almost 10 years old. We got in super late and was under the impression that we had the entire home to ourselves. I had the disadvantage of being scared to death unaware of where I was and who was in the home when we arrived. The garage door was locked and so was the master bedroom from the outside in. It was super creepy considering I was staying there alone with my kids. The home also had a funny odor to it and the beds were atrocious. There were pathetic foam mattresses straight out of a box possibly from Walmart that would deflate after sleeping on them. Water pressure was lousy, bathroom toilet ran,and tub was filthy. I scrubbed for quite sometime to get it cleaned. After 3 nights, I had enough and due to advice from my mom, I quickly moved my family to a nearby extended stay to make sure my family was safe. My mama intuition said something wasn’t right. Ironically, the owner or the “host” somehow knew that we had left at the exact time. I had a feeling there were cameras or they were present in the home somewhere. Super creepy! I contacted VRBO and the host who was only willing to give a partial refund. The host also attempted to charge me for a 4th night even though we didn’t stay there and chose to go to a hotel. Thankfully, VRBO contacted us a few days later to give their sincere apologies and helped us sort out the problem. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone."
