Staff were very accommodating. lobby and dining/outdoor patio area very clean and comfy. Our check in was easy and at checkout we were able to stow our bags while we explored the area, staff assisted in getting us a shuttle to the cruiseport. Our room had a great view, balcony, kitchenette. Our only concern was some carpeting that was loose/buckled in one bedroom and the foldout couch/bed was not at all comfortable, had unclean sheets at check in."
