I did mention this to the property manager and she said it was my job to call the police. The shower was too short for our tall son - he needed to duck to fit in it. And extras like - toilet paper was the 1 ply. The house was average. It served our purpose. However, my son asked that we do not book this house again on our future trips."

We are located down town one block from the Court House. We are within 5 minutes walking distance to Restaurants, Stores, Bars and our Circus Building. We are the Circus City Capitol with a week long performances ending with a Parade on the 3rd Saturday in July. The Parade comes right past our house which guests may watch for free. Peru is an old Railroad town with a rich history for all to enjoy. The Library is right across the street on the corner of Main and Huntington.

Grateful Earth Farm Guest House is on a third generation farm which has the original Arts and Crafts home and barn. Peru, Indiana, is know for its Cole Porter Festival and Circus City Festival as well as Grissom Air Force Base and Miami County Museums. We are a mile from the entrance of the Nickel Plate Bicycle Trail that runs north 20 miles to Rochester and south 20 miles to Kokomo.

The Guest House is located about an hour and a
half from Indianapolis to the south and about an hour and a half from South Bend and Notre Dame to the north.
