Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

In the living room, enjoy comfortable seating, and a large flat-screen 60-inch TV, or relax with a glass of wine on the private patio overlooking the beautiful area view. Soak up the sun at the clubhouse pool or engage in other physical exercises at the gym's center, or basketball court, or play with your children at the playground. - "This apartment had plenty of room for our family of four, two adults and two teenagers. It is located on the lower level and easy to access. It's located in a safe neighborhood with plenty of shops, stores and gas stations nearby. The parking was close and there were plenty of open spaces. The apartment was spacious and exactly as pictured. Having two full bathrooms for our family of four was a definite plus. The wi-fi worked great. The kitchen had all new appliances. It was stocked with plenty of plates, bowls and silverware. It had pots to cook with but no baking pans like a 9x13 or pizza pan. We purchased some foil pans and a pizza cutter to get us by. The beds were comfortable. The bed sheets and towels were a little stained and had hair (not ours) and grass in them. We washed them using the in-unit washer and dryer and the problem was solved. There are only 4 full body bath towels for two full bathrooms. The bathrooms could use a few extra large towels. There was a park with a walking trail nearby that was an added bonus to our stay. I would definitely stay in this apartment again with my family."

MISSING PROPERTY ITEMS:
Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. There are no exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your reservation.

🚫 Disturbance Fine:
To respect the privacy of other residents, please make sure to follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit. Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine.

Building Security & Access Policy

To ensure a secure environment for all guests, please do not allow anyone into the building who does not have their own means of entry. Every guest or visitor must buzz themselves in using their personal access method—whether through the buzzer system, QR code, or the app provided.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. MISSING PROPERTY ITEMS:
Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. There are no exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your reservation.

Building Security & Access Policy

**Guests MUST let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions, no refunds**

Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Moving of furniture isn`t allowed -especially on the balcony. Violation of this will result in a $100 fine.

Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.

Unauthorized Pet - Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Please note that pets are welcome, but must be declared on the reservation.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors present.

MISSING PROPERTY ITEMS:
Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. There are no exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your reservation.

🚫 Disturbance Fine:
To respect the privacy of other residents, please make sure to follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit. Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine.

Building Security & Access Policy

To ensure a secure environment for all guests, please do not allow anyone into the building who does not have their own means of entry. Every guest or visitor must buzz themselves in using their personal access method—whether through the buzzer system, QR code, or the app provided.

Important:
**Guests MUST let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions, no refunds**

Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Moving of furniture isn`t allowed -especially on the balcony. Violation of this will result in a $100 fine.

For certain guests, we may require an ID to be uploaded or presented during check in, at our sole discretion.

Noise:

As neighbors surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 10pm if possible. No loud music.

Laundry:

There is a laundry and dryer available for you to use.

Additional Guidelines:

-Please do not unplug lights and other technology.

-Do not climb over patio to enter or exit property.

-Do not send any mail to our place. We are not responsible for it, nor will we send anyone to come and get it for you if they lock it up in the mail room.

-Please be upfront if anything is broken or issues during your stay. We will simply ask that you replace the item plus tax. If damaged , broken or, missing items are discovered after your checkout, you will be charged for replacing the item and an additional fee. $100 Charge + Replacement item

- $500+ charge for taking ANYTHING of ours out of our unit for any reason.($500 is the charge plus cost of the item)

- $250+ charge per damaged items found after your stay if not reported by you during your stay. ($250 Charge plus cost of item)

- $150 per unauthorized guest during your stay. We ask every guest is accounted for in your reservation. There is no up front charge by adding them to your reservation prior to your booking date.

Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.

Our family acquired this amazing 100yr old building around 1993. We always loved to quaintness of the village! From local restaurants, shops, parks, bars, Benders Alley, to the stillness of the village late at night when the streets are empty the lights are magical and all is quiet! Perfect place for a late night walk if it suits you! You are 10-30 minutes from anywhere you’d want to be, which is great for travel. Just down stairs and about 20 steps away is a great coffee shop & cafe!

Brick Street Bungalow is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit (has bathtub). The green couch folds down acting as a 2nd bed, if needed. It’s a full size bed. It feels cozy and peaceful! It is upstairs with a front & back staircase entrance. This is a shared building with long term tenants & business owners downstairs. It is fairly quiet at night. We offer coin laundry at the end of the hall if needed. This is a shared common space.

There are 2 smart TVs. Please feel free to log into your own accounts. But make sure to sign out before checking out!!

The owners closet with key code entry is the only space restricted to renters. We will provide a key code access to front door upon check in.

Living room has TV, queen sofa bed for guests, and antique cabinet. Opens into kitchen. One window in kitchen, 2 in living room.
Bedroom: Queen bed and desk/vanity under window, dresser, wall TV.
Features a walk-in closet with chandelier and dresser. Very Chic!
Off the bedroom is the bathroom/shower with stackable washer/dryer.
The apartment features new and old for a very comforting and eclectic style.
