Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. - "This apartment had plenty of room for our family of four, two adults and two teenagers. It is located on the lower level and easy to access. It's located in a safe neighborhood with plenty of shops, stores and gas stations nearby. The parking was close and there were plenty of open spaces. The apartment was spacious and exactly as pictured. Having two full bathrooms for our family of four was a definite plus. The wi-fi worked great. The kitchen had all new appliances. It was stocked with plenty of plates, bowls and silverware. It had pots to cook with but no baking pans like a 9x13 or pizza pan. We purchased some foil pans and a pizza cutter to get us by. The beds were comfortable. The bed sheets and towels were a little stained and had hair (not ours) and grass in them. We washed them using the in-unit washer and dryer and the problem was solved. There are only 4 full body bath towels for two full bathrooms. The bathrooms could use a few extra large towels. There was a park with a walking trail nearby that was an added bonus to our stay. I would definitely stay in this apartment again with my family."

MISSING PROPERTY ITEMS:
Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. There are no exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your reservation.

🚫 Disturbance Fine:
To respect the privacy of other residents, please make sure to follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit. Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine.

Building Security & Access Policy

To ensure a secure environment for all guests, please do not allow anyone into the building who does not have their own means of entry. Every guest or visitor must buzz themselves in using their personal access method—whether through the buzzer system, QR code, or the app provided.

This is the perfect place for a professional attending a conference or a family attending a sporting event. We needed to go to Indy for a sporting event. With Basketball, ComicCon, and my separate sporting event the downtown area was crazy. This space is only 20 min from downtown and very, very quiet. The space is very new, like just painted, along with the neighborhood. Food, shopping, and gas are all within .6 miles!All and all a great stay!"

Unapproved late checkout or unapproved early check in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check in time, respectively.

Please note: If you`re bringing a pet, there is a $100 pet fee.

Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.

Unauthorized Pet - Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Please note that pets are welcome, but must be declared on the reservation.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors present.

MISSING PROPERTY ITEMS:
Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. There are no exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your reservation.

Located in the heart of Whitestown, you will be spoilt for choices of where to eat or shop. The apartment is relatively new, and comes equipped with Washer & Dryer, Stainless steel appliances, a walk-in closet, free fast optic fiber Wifi, and unlimited HBO Max!

Everything in the home is yours to use. Make yourself as comfortable as you can, but please refrain from moving furniture (so you don't break it)!

You can access the building through the main entrances. we ask that you be respectful of the home and community, you can have friends over but maintain noise and light discipline at all times. The home is not baby-proofed and hence may not be ideal for families with small children, however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Use of Common Amenities:
**The utilization of shared amenities is under the property manager's discretion and is not governed by MGM. Nonetheless, guests staying for more than 28 days are welcome to enjoy these amenities.

Guests must submit a request at least a day or two before accessing the common amenities. Your request needs to be reviewed and scheduled with the building management.

*A maximum of 2 guests at a time per unit can access the common areas such as Fitness Centre, and Business Centre for a max of 2 hours per day. Please observe discipline and respect at all times when using the common amenities to not inconvenience others.

*Unauthorized access or no prior approval is subject to a fine of $100/per person per day.
* Any damage to common amenities will incur a charge of a minimum of $150.
* Only registered guests can use the amenities. No outsiders and visitors are allowed.
* CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone.
* Amenities are not for commercial use.

Close to The Shoppes at Whitestown, Meijer, T.J. Maxx, and Burlington. Enjoy a perfect scenic Whitestown Rail Trail for a nice hike through lush greenery. Also close to the Boone County Fairgrounds for endless local entertainment, and if you’re looking for a night out, you’ll have tons of bars and restaurants to choose from. There are several options for getting around the area:

Driving: Whitestown is a car-friendly town with easy access to major highways and thoroughfares. If you have your own car or are renting one, driving is a convenient way to get around the area.

Biking: Whitestown has several bike trails and lanes throughout the town, making it a bike-friendly option for getting around. You can rent a bike from local bike shops or bring your own.

Walking: Depending on your destination, walking can be a viable option in some parts of Whitestown. The town has several sidewalks and crosswalks throughout.

Ridesharing: Services like Uber and Lyft are available in the Whitestown area, and are a convenient way to get around if you don't have your own car.

Public transportation: Whitestown is served by the IndyGo bus system, with several routes that run through the town. However, bus service in the area is limited, so it's important to check schedules and routes in advance.

Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time.

Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with Noise detection monitors.

Unauthorized Animal/Pet Fee: $250.00

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage and are not included in the damage protection policy. Guests should NOT wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine.

House Rules - Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules, including exceeding the occupancy listed by the guest on the reservation, parking restrictions, pool rules, illegal substances, or use of the property can result in a fine of up to $1000.00 and/or eviction from the property.

You must also acknowledge: Potential for noise - This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.

The home is not childproof and may not be suitable for families with small children, though children are welcome at your discretion.

*Visitors must submit a request at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to use the shared facilities. Building management will review and schedule these requests.

*A maximum of 2 guests per unit are permitted to use communal areas such as the Fitness Center and Business Center for up to 2 hours per day. Please remain courteous and considerate to avoid disturbing others.

*Unauthorized use or lack of prior approval will incur a penalty of $100 per person daily.

This unique apartment is perfectly nestled off Main Street & Benders Alley in the Village of Zionsville. Short walking distance to shops, coffee, wine, restaurants, parks and more! We are 10-30 minutes away from many locations!

One bed/One bath located on second floor of building. We have drip coffee, French press, toaster, oven, microwave & 2 smart TVs for you to log into. The green couch folds down into a full sized bed if needed. We hope you enjoy this little gem!!

The space
Our family acquired this amazing 100yr old building around 1993. We always loved to quaintness of the village! From local restaurants, shops, parks, bars, Benders Alley, to the stillness of the village late at night when the streets are empty the lights are magical and all is quiet! Perfect place for a late night walk if it suits you! You are 10-30 minutes from anywhere you’d want to be, which is great for travel. Just down stairs and about 20 steps away is a great coffee shop & cafe!

Brick Street Bungalow is a one bedroom, one bathroom unit (has bathtub). The green couch folds down acting as a 2nd bed, if needed. It’s a full size bed. It feels cozy and peaceful! It is upstairs with a front & back staircase entrance. This is a shared building with long term tenants & business owners downstairs. It is fairly quiet at night. We offer coin laundry at the end of the hall if needed. This is a shared common space.

There are 2 smart TVs. Please feel free to log into your own accounts. But make sure to sign out before checking out!!

Guest access
The owners closet with key code entry is the only space restricted to renters. We will provide a key code access to front door upon check in.
