Due to the public and private events being hosted on the property and for safety and security of all guests, security cameras are mounted in high traffic, common/public access areas of the building, including the entry door, alleys outside of building, bar area, kitchen, ballroom, hallways, etc. We encourage you to inquire if you have any questions.
Guest access
Upon check-in, guests will receive access code to enter the building, a key for each room and the wifi password. Free on-street parking is available on weekends. The Sky Garden Parking Garage is located next to The Ohio Building. Overnight parking is available for a very affordable $10 rate.

We want to keep the building beautiful and safe so more guests can experience it! Due to the unique nature of the building, visitors and additional guests are not allowed during your stay. We do not allow additional guests over the number stated in your reservation request and booking. Guests are not allowed to host additional guests for parties, events, or social gatherings. This is a liability and safety issue. Guests who violate this policy will be asked to leave, subject to additional fees, and will not receive a refund. We encourage you to inquire if you have any questions about this policy.
We do have rental options available if you are considering a party, event or gathering that involves individuals who are not part of the confirmed booking guests.

The entire Casa Urbana space is located on the 13,000 square foot second floor of the historic Ohio Building. While we make every attempt to accommodate all guests, elevator usage is not guaranteed for your stay.

After traveling around the world ourselves we know what its like to have a peaceful place to land and unwind. This apartment was designed with that in mind. The space
This apartment is located in the basement of our home and includes everything that you will need to enjoy a peaceful stay. Keep in mind that this is a basement apartment so don't expect soaring cathedral ceilings, but do expect to be amazed at what you can do with a basement space!

Guest access
With the exception of a small laundry room you will have the entire basement floor to yourself. You also can use the backyard seating and grill at any time.

We love to ride our tandem around the county so if you are looking for some great cycling routes just let us know. You might even persuade us to give you a guided tour.

This cozy studio apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes from ISU, Rose Hulman, and the new casino. Fully renovated, it has a full kitchen, queen bed, TV with Goog TV with Chromecast and speedy Wi-Fi. It also has it's own very quiet mini-split for heating and cooling that you control. The kitchen has all you need to cook a meal, pots and pans, utensils, etc. The space is not big, but it is very comfortable! Enjoy your stay!

One bedroom apartment with top of the line massage chair. Ideal for one or two people. One mile form I-70 exit and two and a half miles from ISU. Bedroom has a Queen sized bed. Plenty of off street parking. Has enough parking for trailers. Close to restaurants and both hospitals.

The space
One bedroom apartment. Apartment is equipped with a top of the line massage chair, small living room with a couch and massage chair, kitchen and a bedroom with a queen sized bed. The apartment is on ground level on the back of the building. Building faces east but entrance to the apartment is on the west side of the building. Off street parking is available and guests are typically able to park right next to the door.

The bedroom in the apartment is separated from the living areas; guests must walk up a few stairs to get to the bedroom. There is a window air conditioner in the bedroom above the bed for extra cooling and a electric fireplace in the living room if the space is too cold. Bathroom in apartment is small. Close to many restaurants and shopping area. There is a small stackable washer/dryer in the apartment. Overall, this is a very quiet apartment. Parking is in a parking lot right outside the door.

The door to the apartment is on the west side of the building. You will be given a door code the day of check in. You can park in the parking lot right outside the apartment.
