This charming chalet is thoughtfully designed for gatherings and multi-family stays, offering three well-arranged levels that balance togetherness and privacy.

Step through the front door into the heart of the home—a warm, inviting living room with a glowing gas fireplace and large windows that fill the space with natural light. The nearby fully equipped kitchen and dining area provide the perfect setup for everything from a quick breakfast to a cozy après-ski dinner.

The main level also includes the primary bedroom suite, a private and peaceful retreat with its own en-suite bathroom and direct access to the relaxing sauna. Sliding glass doors lead to a large wraparound deck where you’ll find the hot tub—perfect for stargazing or soothing sore muscles after a day on the slopes. A half bath is also conveniently located on this level.

Downstairs, the lower level offers two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a second living room with its own gas fireplace. This space also features a bar and kitchenette—great for entertaining or giving guests a little extra privacy. The walk-out design adds to the cozy, self-contained feel of this floor.

After a day on the slopes, hiking, biking, shopping or golf, come back to your personal private retreat. Enjoy the breathtaking views of Holimont and Holiday Valley from your new leather sofas or 8' hot tub or maybe sitting on the deck. There's also a sauna for those that want to truly unwind.

Upper level has 3 bedrooms, a gourmet kitchen, big living room with vaulted ceilings, gas fireplace and unobstructed view of the resorts. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with quality amenities. All new towels, linens, sheets, comfortable new beds and all supplies.

Lower level has the fun room or games room plus 2 more bedrooms. There's 2nd gourmet kitchen with bar area. - NOTE: Your safety matters. An exterior security camera is located at the front of the house, facing out towards the street. The camera does not look into any interior spaces. There is also a back camera pointed to the backyard and side of the house away from the hot tub. Your privacy is important and will be respected.

- "My girls group of 8 fifty-somethings stayed at Steve's property for a long weekend in August and we had a terrific time! The house was very clean, extremely well stocked with paper products, coffee, kitchen needs (cookware, utensils, bakeware, silverware, glassware, dishes, dish towels, etc.), blankets, pillows, bath towels, everything you need for a home away from home. There were plenty of very comfortable beds for all of us (the twin beds are a little short, but they were fine for anyone about 5'5" and under.). The hot tub and sauna were clean and easy to use. The patio table/chairs set is new with very nice cushions. The extra kitchen was such a great bonus. The neighborhood is very quiet and it was about a 15 min walk/3 min drive into town, which is always a fun place with shopping, restaurants, and great night life. Steve is very responsive to questions, and I had great communication with him. My group has rented several beautiful homes in the EVL area over the years, and this was by far one of our favorites, if not our favorite!"

The great room has a magnificent wood-burning stone fireplace walking out to a wraparound deck. The gourmet chef's kitchen is very well equipped for home cooked meals. Offering great privacy is the large primary master bedroom and ensuite located at the opposite end of the main floor, and on the lower level is a gas fireplace in the family area, two full baths with marble countertops, four bedrooms, and laundry room. Above the garage is the 6th bedroom.

Bring your (fur)babies: pack n play, high chair, baby gate, and dog crate provided. Up to 2 pet (cats or dogs) are welcome, but please include them at the time of booking as there is a pet fee. See our 'House Rules' for dog breeds we're not able to accommodate.

Gorgeous chalet. Completely updated, wonderfully serene and extremely comfortable. Tons of outdoor space. Hot tub and fire pit. Beautiful views of slopes. Silent at night with high-end beds and bedding so you can rest and recharge. Perfect for spring and summer activities as well. 1 minute from Holiday Valley and the slopes, ropes and links. Our 4,000 sq/ft chalet has plenty of room and is perfect for hosting 3-4 families, business travelers, large groups or up to 12 couples. 3 King only bedrooms providing the privacy of your own room. 25 guests maximum with 12 couples or 16 individuals max please and 25 years old min renter age required. We are nestled in the woods and only 1 miles from Ellicottville village. We are about a 1/4 mile from Holimont. There are also 6+ state parks with 10 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place and 3.5 acre lot is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, bath & hot tub towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, latte/cappuccino machine, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have boards games, ping pong, dart board, poker table & set, and four TVs.

I had asked Randy if I needed to bring anything and he said clothes and toothbrush and he was right, we didn’t need to bring anything else. They have thought of everything. EARLY CHECK IN REQUESTS: We will try to accommodate early check-ins, however, we can not guarantee them. If granted, guests agree to an early check-in fee for early check-ins up to 6 hours prior to designated check-in time at 50% the nightly rate.
