Located off East Mountain Road, on a secluded dead end street, just minutes from your choice of the Killington base lodges. There is access to a ski/hiking trail at the end of our street (1/2 mile from the house), and we're surrounded by hiking and biking trails. The house is great for large groups and families, as there are 2 separate living areas (kids like to hang out in the lower family room with large screen TV and games). Very strong and fast internet. Now with AC for summer getaways!
Take stairs to the upper level and you'll find two more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and loft that is filled with natural light...a perfect place to cozy up with a book. There's a futon here (full size) that can sleep two if you're bringing a big group.

Go down to the lower level and you'll find a large family room with two full size sofas (one is a queen pull-out sleeper), a bumper pool table and 55" flat screen TV, foosball table, plenty of family board games, laundry room with full size washer/dryer, a bedroom, shower and our large come relax!

- "It was easy to check in and out and there was plenty of parking. There were also ACs in all of the bedrooms but 1. This was important since it was 90 degrees. We only wish the ice machine that was provided worked. The living room furniture, especially the couch, was amazingly comfy. We did a lot of bonding in that space. When we walked in on the first evening, there were some windows open, and there was a furry chicken nugget sitting on the arm of a chair though. The basement had bedrooms in it. They smelled of kreosoot and there were fly clusters in them. The basement needs a de-humidifier. Overall, we had a great time and would just wish for a couple of changes to make our stay more comfortable. "

Innisfree Chalet, located in heart of beautiful Killington, Vermont is a spacious 8 bedroom, 5 bath chalet located on a very private, 1 acre wooded lot. This includes two master suites, each with queen beds and private showers. Five bedrooms w double bed and bunks. One bedroom is a single. Huge dining area easily seats 16 at one setting. Killington set a 16 person occupancy limit since neighborhood homes are all on septic system
Set back in the woods about 1/2 mi off Killington Road on hill behind the "Wobbly Barn", Innisfree has a L shaped greatroom with large fieldstone fireplace, 2 decks and views of mountain. Huge dining area. 2 full size refrigerators.
Easy walk to restaurants, bakery, general store, village covered bridge and the Roaring Brook creek.
Soak in the hot tub on the deck, while others relax in game room playing billiards or watching a movie.

- "My friends and I booked this house for a weekend trip to Vermont. The house was beautiful and clean when we got there. It was very spacious and on a great property. A group of high school friends from Buffalo, NYC and Indiana all met here to play lawn games, make bonfires, grill on the deck, relax in the sauna, and play video games on the upstairs living room TV. The house was on a quiet, private street with very little noise from the neighbors that really felt nicely secluded, but with an easy, 15-minute walk to a great little grocery store with a full deli and a coffee shop where some of us spent some time relaxing in the sunshine. We took advantage of the great craft beer, cider, and hard seltzer selection and got some adorable souvenirs there too! We also had a wonderful time hiking in Killington, to work off some of the food we made. We appreciated the thorough instructions, clear labeling (especially in the kitchen) so we could find everything and put it back where it belonged, and the spacious gathering areas so we could all hang out together. But it was also nice to have lots of places to relax both indoors and outdoors, so we could have a little time to ourselves to read or nap, too. The place is comfortable, stayed cool with the air conditioning unit going, and was easy to find and located close to lots of great hiking and skiing in that season. Absolutely no complaints, and would recommend the place to anyone who needs somewhere to bring large groups!"

Southview chalet has beautiful relaxing mountain views from the lounge, den, or hot tub. You or the kids can enjoy your favorite movies at our private theater or cool off and jump in the pond. If you've had a tough week or long day on the mountain bring your bathing suits for a session in the sauna or hot tub.
The lounge has a custom bar for you to stock and serve your friends, plush seating area in front of the fire place, and there's also a flat screen mounted on the wall if you are interested in watching TV.
There's also a gourmet kitchen for the cooking enthusiasts.
If you don't feel like driving to the mountain you can walk out to the main road which is only 50 yards from the house and jump on the shuttle. The top restaurants and bars are a short walk as well. Although most of them have their own free shuttles that will pick you up.
We are all concerned about the effects COVID-19 may have on the upcoming season. Killington has released a messaged with their plans for operation for the 20/21 season. They are confident that they will be able to operate through out the winter with their new operations plans.

Walk downstairs to an après-ski dream come true!! The room is anchored by our beautiful billiards table, with plenty of space to move around for the perfect shot. We also have a poker table (and even leave out a set of poker chips). In the winter, warm up under our heat lights and feel free to use our ski boot dryer, too. And of course, cycle through the hot tub (just outside) before hitting the sauna and a shower. And of course, the basement is wired with a Bluetooth-compatible sound system!!

Our two-level decks are perfect for taking in the natural beauty of the surrounding areas. Brand new propane Weber 3-burner grill up top!!

Welcome to Bear-varia! A Bavarian themed chalet in the heart of Killington. Close to everything with a great location off the access road by the market. Perfect for friends and families with plenty of space to spread out. Inside there`s a fireplace, TV with Roku and fast internet. Also, an area for gaming with a second TV with Nintendo, a PacMan arcade game and plenty of board games to make memories and connect. Outside, there is a large yard and outdoor dining, fire pit and frisbee golf!

A spacious Bavarian themed chalet, tucked into the woods in the middle of Killington. You will have the larger of two houses on the property, sitting on 3.1 acres of private land. This chalet is great for a large family or friends get-together for skiing, downhill mountain biking, Spartan racing, summer hiking, of leaf-peeping. There are two rooms on the upper level: one with 2 single beds, and one with a single, a double, and a queen. There are two rooms on the main level: a queen, and a king, all decorated with charming local and Bavarian art.

There is a dedicated workspace with fast interest for remote work and a hammock for relaxing when the work is done.

We have smart keypad locks on the doors so you can come and go as you please, but we are available to help if needed. We`ll send you a guide with key codes, wifi info, directions, guest information, and plenty of suggestions for things to do and places to go during your stay. There is plently of room to park on the driveway.

- "We really enjoyed the amenities at this property in a very nice secluded part of Killington! Fire pit, hot tub, grill, some disc golf baskets, it really was what we needed for a weekend away mtn biking with the guys. The property is a little older, but well furnished and comfortable beds and towels. Definitely recommend staying here! Also, the hosts were super responsive texting back, usually within 15 minutes for any questions. They were extremely accommodating with an early check in and a late checkout."

Location: Kilbourne Lodge is located just off Killington Rd toward the bottom of the mountain. Across the street is The Woods Resort & Spa. Many more restaurant and bars can be reach in 10-20 in walk, or <5 min drive.

During ski season it is <5 min drive to base parking lots. There is a shuttle stop right across the street for rides up and down the mountain for "ski-in/ski-out". In peak winter season, many restaurants also offer free shuttles / DDs for drop-offs along Killington Rd, perfect for nights out after a few drinks!

Kilbourne Lodge was built in 1962 by eight friends to use as a "Share House", and it served them well. In the early 2000s it was turned into a full time vacation rental.

Kilbourne Lodge is equipped with sensor devices (Nest Thermostat, Nest Protect, Minut) that monitor the environment inside the lodge (e.g. temperature, smoke / carbon monoxide, humidity, noise levels, and motion) to ensure guests have a safe and pleasant stay. There is an exterior security camera on the front porch. It will be on during your stay. No audio or video recording devices are located inside the lodge.

- "Very good" - "We had a great stay at the Kilbourne Lodge! The property was located in a great location, very close to everything we could have needed and was just as described in the listing. - "I stayed at the Hideaway Chalet with a group of ~14 other friends for 3 nights. We all had a wonderful time skiing and staying at this rental! Van was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout - any questions or concerns we had he immediately answered and addressed via text. With the two common areas and 6 bedrooms there was more than enough space for all of us to relax and hang out comfortably. In particular the main common area was perfect for group meals and then relaxing after a long day of skiing. Additionally, we were lucky to get a lot of snow throughout our stay, and Van made sure the driveway was well plowed and easy for us to get in and out of in the mornings and afternoons. Finally, the location couldn't have been better - right next to the place we got our skiing rentals and ~5 minutes to the mountain. This made our whole trip incredibly smooth and easy. Would highly recommend this rental to any group :)"
