Located off East Mountain Road, on a secluded dead end street, just minutes from your choice of the Killington base lodges. There is access to a ski/hiking trail at the end of our street (1/2 mile from the house), and we're surrounded by hiking and biking trails. The house is great for large groups and families, as there are 2 separate living areas (kids like to hang out in the lower family room with large screen TV and games). Very strong and fast internet. Now with AC for summer getaways!
Take stairs to the upper level and you'll find two more bedrooms, a full bathroom, and loft that is filled with natural light...a perfect place to cozy up with a book. There's a futon here (full size) that can sleep two if you're bringing a big group.

Go down to the lower level and you'll find a large family room with two full size sofas (one is a queen pull-out sleeper), a bumper pool table and 55" flat screen TV, foosball table, plenty of family board games, laundry room with full size washer/dryer, a bedroom, shower and our large come relax!

- "It was easy to check in and out and there was plenty of parking. There were also ACs in all of the bedrooms but 1. This was important since it was 90 degrees. We only wish the ice machine that was provided worked. The living room furniture, especially the couch, was amazingly comfy. We did a lot of bonding in that space. When we walked in on the first evening, there were some windows open, and there was a furry chicken nugget sitting on the arm of a chair though. The basement had bedrooms in it. They smelled of kreosoot and there were fly clusters in them. The basement needs a de-humidifier. Overall, we had a great time and would just wish for a couple of changes to make our stay more comfortable. "

Killington set a 16 person occupancy limit since neighborhood homes are all on septic system
Set back in the woods about 1/2 mi off Killington Road on hill behind the "Wobbly Barn", Innisfree has a L shaped greatroom with large fieldstone fireplace, 2 decks and views of mountain. Huge dining area. 2 full size refrigerators.
Easy walk to restaurants, bakery, general store, village covered bridge and the Roaring Brook creek.
Soak in the hot tub on the deck, while others relax in game room playing billiards or watching a movie.

- "My friends and I booked this house for a weekend trip to Vermont. The house was beautiful and clean when we got there. It was very spacious and on a great property. Carla was great host that answered questions before, during, and after our stay!" - "Great place for a large group. A group of high school friends from Buffalo, NYC and Indiana all met here to play lawn games, make bonfires, grill on the deck, relax in the sauna, and play video games on the upstairs living room TV. The house was on a quiet, private street with very little noise from the neighbors that really felt nicely secluded, but with an easy, 15-minute walk to a great little grocery store with a full deli and a coffee shop where some of us spent some time relaxing in the sunshine. We took advantage of the great craft beer, cider, and hard seltzer selection and got some adorable souvenirs there too! We also had a wonderful time hiking in Killington, to work off some of the food we made. We appreciated the thorough instructions, clear labeling (especially in the kitchen) so we could find everything and put it back where it belonged, and the spacious gathering areas so we could all hang out together. But it was also nice to have lots of places to relax both indoors and outdoors, so we could have a little time to ourselves to read or nap, too. The place is comfortable, stayed cool with the air conditioning unit going, and was easy to find and located close to lots of great hiking and skiing in that season. Absolutely no complaints, and would recommend the place to anyone who needs somewhere to bring large groups!"

Southview chalet has beautiful relaxing mountain views from the lounge, den, or hot tub. You or the kids can enjoy your favorite movies at our private theater or cool off and jump in the pond. If you've had a tough week or long day on the mountain bring your bathing suits for a session in the sauna or hot tub.
The lounge has a custom bar for you to stock and serve your friends, plush seating area in front of the fire place, and there's also a flat screen mounted on the wall if you are interested in watching TV.
There's also a gourmet kitchen for the cooking enthusiasts.
If you don't feel like driving to the mountain you can walk out to the main road which is only 50 yards from the house and jump on the shuttle. The top restaurants and bars are a short walk as well. Although most of them have their own free shuttles that will pick you up.
We are all concerned about the effects COVID-19 may have on the upcoming season. Killington has released a messaged with their plans for operation for the 20/21 season. They are confident that they will be able to operate through out the winter with their new operations plans.

We also have a poker table (and even leave out a set of poker chips). In the winter, warm up under our heat lights and feel free to use our ski boot dryer, too. And of course, cycle through the hot tub (just outside) before hitting the sauna and a shower. And of course, the basement is wired with a Bluetooth-compatible sound system!!

A spacious Bavarian themed chalet, tucked into the woods in the middle of Killington. You will have the larger of two houses on the property, sitting on 3.1 acres of private land. This chalet is great for a large family or friends get-together for skiing, downhill mountain biking, Spartan racing, summer hiking, of leaf-peeping. There are two rooms on the upper level: one with 2 single beds, and one with a single, a double, and a queen. There are two rooms on the main level: a queen, and a king, all decorated with charming local and Bavarian art.

There is a dedicated workspace with fast interest for remote work and a hammock for relaxing when the work is done.

We have smart keypad locks on the doors so you can come and go as you please, but we are available to help if needed. We`ll send you a guide with key codes, wifi info, directions, guest information, and plenty of suggestions for things to do and places to go during your stay. Fire pit, hot tub, grill, some disc golf baskets, it really was what we needed for a weekend away mtn biking with the guys. The property is a little older, but well furnished and comfortable beds and towels. Definitely recommend staying here! Also, the hosts were super responsive texting back, usually within 15 minutes for any questions. They were extremely accommodating with an early check in and a late checkout."

During ski season it is <5 min drive to base parking lots. There is a shuttle stop right across the street for rides up and down the mountain for "ski-in/ski-out". In peak winter season, many restaurants also offer free shuttles / DDs for drop-offs along Killington Rd, perfect for nights out after a few drinks!

Kilbourne Lodge was built in 1962 by eight friends to use as a "Share House", and it served them well. In the early 2000s it was turned into a full time vacation rental.

Kilbourne Lodge is equipped with sensor devices (Nest Thermostat, Nest Protect, Minut) that monitor the environment inside the lodge (e.g. temperature, smoke / carbon monoxide, humidity, noise levels, and motion) to ensure guests have a safe and pleasant stay. There is an exterior security camera on the front porch. It will be on during your stay. No audio or video recording devices are located inside the lodge.

Van was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout - any questions or concerns we had he immediately answered and addressed via text. With the two common areas and 6 bedrooms there was more than enough space for all of us to relax and hang out comfortably. In particular the main common area was perfect for group meals and then relaxing after a long day of skiing. Additionally, we were lucky to get a lot of snow throughout our stay, and Van made sure the driveway was well plowed and easy for us to get in and out of in the mornings and afternoons. Finally, the location couldn't have been better - right next to the place we got our skiing rentals and ~5 minutes to the mountain. This made our whole trip incredibly smooth and easy. Would highly recommend this rental to any group :)"

- "This house had to be one of the nicest properties I have ever stayed in Killington. The bathrooms are all fully upgraded as is the house in total, right down tong the USB plugs in the wall outlets. Kitchen is well stocked for small items if you forgot something small. The televisions are wonderful, and there is one in each bedroom. The wifi is glorious, full game room, just amazing. The only downside is that the property is on Route 4, but there is really no sound issue with that. But if you want to be in a neighborhood that is a drawback. The other thing I missed was a wood burning fireplace, but they have gas so it is fine. I just like the natural wood component. We loved it so much I tried to book for March but they were sold out. Fantastic property!!!"

The only hiccup was that we didn't see a house number sign anywhere - on the house or at the driveway entrance. The Chalet on West Park is a spacious six-bedroom, four-bathroom home located just off the access road (one mile from the base lodges) and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, and nightlife options. It features many amenities including an oversized back deck w/ hot tub and BBQ grill; a new fully stocked kitchen; a basement game room with billiards table; and a large living room area with HDTV and cable package. There are 16 total beds in the house and can fit large groups very comfortably.

This Killington chalet offers a great combination of central location, very comfortable accommodations, and abundant amenities. We are situated right off the access road: one mile from the base lodges, and short walking distance to a number of Killington restaurants, shops, and nightspots.

Most rooms feature a king or queen bed, but we have two family rooms with queen beds & twin over full bunk beds, and one two-floor loft suite with queen bed, sofa bed & kitchenette. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. The outdoor patio in front of the Great Room is a great place to relax in front of one of our fire tables. You will not forget your stay at The Birch Ridge!

The Birch Ridge common areas were renovated in Winter 2023 and feature an amazing A-frame Great Room with full bar area, 12' shuffleboard table, coffee station with Keurig machines, microwave, water cooler, beautiful gas fireplace, streaming TV, receiver with surround speakers, high-top tables, comfy sofas, swivel chairs and bar stools. There's plenty of room for your entire group to gather together after a day on the slopes and create your own bar scene! The entryway is the perfect place to take off your boots and hang your coats, while our outside ski storage provides a safe spot to store your gear. The sitting area provides another small gathering place with streaming TV and games, plus a half bathroom. An elevator provides accessible access to the second floor should you need it (key required). Behind the bar, you have a True bar back refrigerator with lots of room for beverages or snacks, second beverage cooler, dishwasher (coming soon), bar sink, wash basin and glassware. You can also get all the ice you need from our commercial ice machine. Outside is our new patio complete with lots of outdoor seating, fire tables and gorgeous mountain views.

The dining room in the second A-frame structure features tables and chairs with seating for 20, plus a pool table, 75' smart TV and sofa. Head out the door to the front patio, and you'll find one of the two hot tubs along with a gas barbecue grill. The full commercial kitchen at the back of the dining room is available to guests. Due to the commercial setup of the kitchen we request that guests confirm use of that area with us before booking and sign a waiver for its use.

We have gigabit Wifi through the property with a mesh network that provides a strong signal everywhere. The common ares also feature Synexis devices which fights viruses, bacteria, mold and odors using an innovative dry hydrogen peroxide technology. Our parking lot is large and will accommodate around 20 cars. The carriageway (covered bridge) up to the property may be used to park cars inside during snowstorms to keep them snow free. We also have a side road up to the property for larger vehicles. We have two EV chargers onsite.

The property is not staffed. We will clean prior to your arrival and after your departure. Access codes to our smart locks for contactless check in and check out will be provided.

Next to the property is our large tented event space with tables and chairs. This area is available in the spring, summer and fall for an additional rental fee. Please note that a separate event fee applies for any events to be held on property - whether in the event tent or inside the property. Any such events must be disclosed and agreed upon in advance of booking.

Room 5 is our only two-floor loft suite that also features a kitchenette with peninsula, two-burner electric cooktop, mini fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, dinnerware, glassware, cups, cookware, and utensils. This unit features a sliding door out to a private patio (summer only) as well.

• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• An event fee will apply to any special events held at the property and must be disclosed and agreed upon prior to booking. The tented event space is available for a separate rental fee in the spring, summer and fall.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and out. There are smart locks on the main door and all room doors.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire property is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outside and 75-feet away from the building. There is a $1500 fine for smoking in the property.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have cameras on the outside of the property, in the common entryway and in the common hallways of the property. There are no cameras in any living areas.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $1500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

There is extra heated storage place on ground level inside for your coats, skis, boots luggage or what ever else might travel with you. There is Hot tub on premises and you can use it for fee. But stop is on our property, you can travel to ski slopes in few minutes free of charge. You can go to Mendon, Rutland.

Other things to note
We are large ski house, if there is opening for this upper apartment you will most likely be alone in whole building, or another single traveler, or couple might be present. Holidays and ski weekends we rent to large groups only. Occasionally, but with low chance we might me full during your stay and you might share immediate living room are with another guest staying in separate bedroom with own bathroom and separate doors. In this occasion you might share storage on ground level ski rack, or hot tub if you opt for it. If you would like to be alone and don't want to share with anyone, You can send us message after booking, and if we are fully booked for other levels we will fully refund your stay. Chance of this happening is very low but if you decide you prefer to be completely private and separate and prefer to stay somewhere else we respect it and issue full refund (only in this rare last minute fully booked situation occasion)

Located down a dirt road in a Southern facing bowl, our magical home sits on a knoll at 1800 feet, close to the site where stood a 18th-19th century school-house. The barn foundation and well-pit are the only remains from the homesteaders and shepherds who once lived here. Two of our neighbors still make wood-fired maple syrup while another has a vineyard and sells his wine.

Enjoy our common living/dining room, gallery area, deck and surrounding acerage. We try to leave the living/dining area for guests to especially enjoy in the evening while we hold up in our room watching a movie or working on the computer. (When you retire for the night we ask that you turn off the stair lights so we know to shut down for the night.)

Breakfast is had at the kitchen island or dining table—or weather permitting, on the deck.

Our prices include a Continental breakfast of fresh-ground coffee, teas, milk/cream (flax-milk option) and organic protein shake for beverage. Plus depending on the length of your stay there is also usually one each of the following: organic spelt or English muffin, keto blueberry-muffin or kept apple bread; selection of mostly organic fruits; homemade and store-bought granola; Vermont cheese, yogurt, or hard-boiled organic eggs. If you prefer something else or have dietary restrictions, please let us know ahead.

Kitchen use is limited as Chef Ted often works there. Refrigerator use and microwave warm-ups are available as long as there is no class in session.

We have one indoor cat named Lola who is sometimes in the anteroom/office when you are not there. She does not roam into your ensuite bedroom as we keep the door closed until your arrival.

We have always used a HEPA air-purifier between guest stays and continue to do so for even longer periods during this COVID alert.

Additionally, we have always kept high hygienic standards, using CDC recommended products for decades.

We add cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces such as light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, etc. before you check in, so please feel comfortable as we provide you with a stay-safe environment!

This is the right side of this duplex, the Snowqueen. Just like the Snowking, this has 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, one with a sauna. This rustic chalet offers a very large upstairs, housing a king bedroom and the rest of the living space. Downstairs is the ski storage, and the three other bedrooms.

We have full weeks available upon request at a substantial discount. Killington Mtn is 1.4 miles away, so the Sports Park is an easy drive. The area offers skiing, snowboarding, tubing, hiking, biking, kayaking, ATVing, PLUS two excellent golf courses nearby. Restaurants and shops are walking distance. The house is casual and comfortable, located on a quiet dirt road with nice views of the valley from the upstairs and deck. There is a HOT TUB and SAUNA and linens included.

Kilbourne Lodge was built in 1962 by eight friends to use as a "Share House", and it served them well. In the early 2000s it was turned into a full time vacation rental.

Kilbourne Lodge is equipped with sensor devices (Nest Thermostat, Nest Protect, Minut) that monitor the environment inside the lodge (e.g. temperature, smoke / carbon monoxide, humidity, noise levels, and motion) to ensure guests have a safe and pleasant stay. The Glades Unit at Killington's Brookside Manor is a freshly renovated home away from home. It is located just 2 miles from Killington's Skeyship Gondola, 15 minutes to Killington's main base area, and 20 minutes to Okemo.

It is a two-story, four bedroom unit in our multi-family home. The first floor has open living space including a kitchen, dinning room, living room with a brick fire place and glass front wood stove, and a full bathroom. The second floor has 4 bedrooms and full bathroom.

The space
The space is a fully separated, two story, four bedroom unit in our four family French Chalet. Your entrance and is behind the building. Each unit has spots for parking off the driveway on each side of the hot tub pavillion. There plenty of space for up to four or five cars with snow.

The home is set back about 100 feet from the main road so it is close enough for easy access to plowed roads yet set back enough so you can hear the brook.

We designed this home to have everything you need for your vacation including several small kitchen appliances, utensils, bakeware, spices and oils, bathroom essentials, bedding, linens and towels.

Guest access
There are a couple small locked rooms at the bottom of the stairs on the first floor. We use these rooms to store personal items, tools, and supplies for our rentals.

Outside we encourage guests to use the frisbee golf stand, cornhole game, and communal charcoal grill.

We have a very old and temperamental hot tub. It’s mentioned within the listing as a landmark but we don’t advertise it and don’t typically have guests use it because it is old and this hot tub requires quite a bit of care. We recommend a quick walk up the trail, (behind the hot tub) and go check out Madden Brook. The sound of the water is calming and peaceful. We own the “sugar shack” and guests are welcome to hang out on the deck there as long as you’d like. In the summer we have some chairs and a fire pit for burning collected wood.

Other things to note
1) HOT TUB- Our Home comes with a large hot tub outside. It is shared with the other 3 units at the house. Typically, each unit takes turns using the tub and everyone has plenty of opportunity to use the tub. We have never needed to close the hot tub but if we do, we will not be issuing a refund. Maintaining and operating a hot tub is VERY expensive and we did not raise any rates when we added the tub. If your group damages the tub, you will be responsible for the cost of extra service and replacement parts.

2) Madden Brook- Follow your ears and a short walk up the driveway (behind the house) will bring you to the beautiful Madden Brook.

3) Hiking- Behind the house there are hundreds of acres of state forest with old logging roads. It’s quite a hike (a few miles) and there are no marked trails; but the Long Trail and Appalachian Trail transect the state forest. There are a whole network of trails in the area. Easiest access is from Shrewsbury Peak Trails located a couple miles south of the house off of Route 100. I’m happy to send you info and trail maps if hiking is something your interested in. There are also several beautiful lakes to check out with a short 5 min drive to the south (off route 100).

Welcome to Bear-varia! A Bavarian themed chalet in the heart of Killington. Close to everything with a great location off the access road by the market. A spacious Bavarian themed chalet, tucked into the woods in the middle of Killington. You will have the larger of two houses on the property, sitting on 3.1 acres of private land. This chalet is great for a large family or friends get-together for skiing, downhill mountain biking, Spartan racing, summer hiking, of leaf-peeping. There are two rooms on the upper level: one with 2 single beds, and one with a single, a double, and a queen. There are two rooms on the main level: a queen, and a king, all decorated with charming local and Bavarian art.

There is a dedicated workspace with fast interest for remote work and a hammock for relaxing when the work is done.

The space
Captain Chappy's Ski House completed a gut renovation at the beginning of December 2021. The home spans 2,688 square feet between two living areas offering plentiful space for a large group. The main level of the home boasts a large open floor plan and includes an oversized chef's kitchen, island with four chairs, large dining room, living room with a 55” smart tv, wood burning stove, and a bedroom with a full bed. There are also four 9’ windows that allow for picturesque views of Killington Mountain. You will find a brand new massive deck off of the living room allowing you to sit and relax while you take in the mountain views. There are 3 more bedrooms upstairs, two of which have views of the ski trails at Killington Mountain. The master bedroom has a king bed and another massive 9 foot window staring at the mountain. It's an amazing view to wake up to in the morning! The other two bedrooms each have one queen bed. There are 2 full bathrooms in this portion of the home.

In the lower level you will find a second full kitchen, a second living room, 50” smart tv, another full bathroom and two more bedrooms. Each bedroom has one queen bed in it.

The two living spaces are accessible from inside the house so friends and family can go in between the living spaces with ease.

Takeover the Inn! The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. We can sleep up to 28 people in our 11 rooms, all with ensuite bathrooms (some with gas fireplaces & jacuzzi tubs). Most rooms feature a king or queen bed, but we have two family rooms with queen beds & twin over full bunk beds, and one two-floor loft suite with queen bed, sofa bed & kitchenette. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. The Birch Ridge common areas were renovated in Winter 2023 and feature an amazing A-frame Great Room with full bar area, 12' shuffleboard table, coffee station with Keurig machines, microwave, water cooler, beautiful gas fireplace, streaming TV, receiver with surround speakers, high-top tables, comfy sofas, swivel chairs and bar stools. There's plenty of room for your entire group to gather together after a day on the slopes and create your own bar scene! The entryway is the perfect place to take off your boots and hang your coats, while our outside ski storage provides a safe spot to store your gear. The sitting area provides another small gathering place with streaming TV and games, plus a half bathroom. An elevator provides accessible access to the second floor should you need it (key required). Behind the bar, you have a True bar back refrigerator with lots of room for beverages or snacks, second beverage cooler, dishwasher (coming soon), bar sink, wash basin and glassware. You can also get all the ice you need from our commercial ice machine. Outside is our new patio complete with lots of outdoor seating, fire tables and gorgeous mountain views.

The dining room in the second A-frame structure features tables and chairs with seating for 20, plus a pool table, 75' smart TV and sofa. Head out the door to the front patio, and you'll find one of the two hot tubs along with a gas barbecue grill. The full commercial kitchen at the back of the dining room is available to guests. Due to the commercial setup of the kitchen we request that guests confirm use of that area with us before booking and sign a waiver for its use.

We have gigabit Wifi through the property with a mesh network that provides a strong signal everywhere. The common ares also feature Synexis devices which fights viruses, bacteria, mold and odors using an innovative dry hydrogen peroxide technology. Our parking lot is large and will accommodate around 20 cars. The carriageway (covered bridge) up to the property may be used to park cars inside during snowstorms to keep them snow free. We also have a side road up to the property for larger vehicles. We have two EV chargers onsite.

The property is not staffed. We will clean prior to your arrival and after your departure. Access codes to our smart locks for contactless check in and check out will be provided.

Next to the property is our large tented event space with tables and chairs. This area is available in the spring, summer and fall for an additional rental fee. Please note that a separate event fee applies for any events to be held on property - whether in the event tent or inside the property. Any such events must be disclosed and agreed upon in advance of booking.

Our eleven guest rooms are decorated in a traditional Vermont B&B style and feature new mattresses and boot dryers:

Room 5 is our only two-floor loft suite that also features a kitchenette with peninsula, two-burner electric cooktop, mini fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher, dinnerware, glassware, cups, cookware, and utensils. This unit features a sliding door out to a private patio (summer only) as well.

Guest access
This is your own private home for the length of your stay. We'll email you time-sensitive codes for the smart locks on the doors and you can come and go as you please.

Other things to note
• Our minimum rental age is 25.
• An event fee will apply to any special events held at the property and must be disclosed and agreed upon prior to booking. The tented event space is available for a separate rental fee in the spring, summer and fall.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart locks for contactless check in and out. There are smart locks on the main door and all room doors.
• We have some flexibility around our standard check in and check out times depending on other bookings. Guaranteed early check in or late check out may be available for an additional charge.
• Our entire property is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outside and 75-feet away from the building. There is a $1500 fine for smoking in the property.
• You must e-sign and return our written rental agreement after you complete your booking.
• For your safety and ours, we have cameras on the outside of the property, in the common entryway and in the common hallways of the property. There are no cameras in any living areas.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• Pets are not allowed. There will be a $1500 fine for any unauthorized pets.
• Pack 'n plays and high chairs available upon request. (Please let us know in advance.)
• All rooms have portable or mini-split AC units in the summer.
• Please be advised that this property utilizes ladders to access the bunk beds. By renting this property, you are agreeing to hold the owner and property manager harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladders or bunk beds.
• The hot tubs are included for the peak ski season (late-December to mid-March). For other periods, there is an optional $195 set up fee per hot tub. You understand use of hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• Winter weather is unpredictable. We do not offer weather-related refunds and recommend purchasing travel insurance for any unforeseen events. All wheel drive and winter tires are also recommended.

Viewmont Chalet - Beautiful post and beam house with a hot tub and pool table

The space
Fabulous post and beam chalet located in Killington East. Watch the Skyeship go by while sitting in the outdoor hot tub located in a Gazebo. This great house has it all. The living room with a wood stove has plenty of room for everyone to congregate. The lower living area has a wonderful pool table to entertain all your guests. There's another private living area with a pull out sofa. How can you go wrong in this luxurious home. The master bedroom has a newly renovated bath with a walk in shower. This house has a challenging road so snow tires or AWD is highly recommended.

You can't beat Killington Resort when it comes to skiing and riding. The Beast offers the most terrain in the east, the best snowmaking and the most amazing night life you can find. The mountain has terrain for all abilities and offers all levels of classes and training from beginners to extreme and advanced training from past olympians. The Killington Region offers a wide variety of outdoor sports for everyone. You can rent a snowmobile and take a tour of the Green Mountains. The family can enjoy great fun at the tubing park or ice skating on the Foundry Pond. Rock out at Killington's amazing night clubs such as the Wobbly Barn, Pickle Barrel or Jax's. Come to Killington and your memories will last a lifetime.

The Green Mountains offer many summer activities for the outdoor enthusiast. Killington Resort offers mountain biking trails for all abilities, zip lines and a free fall jump tower for the dare devils and more in the Adventure center. Hike Vermont's Long Trail or branch off on to the Appalachian Trail and discover amazing views and water falls. Rent a Kayak and spend a bucolic day on Kent Pond or go river tubing on the White River. History buffs can enjoy visiting many Revolutionary battlefields as well as taking a trip to The Calvin Coolidge Homestead and Library in Plymouth, VT just 15 minutes from Killington. Woodstock, the quintessential Vermont town, is home to the Billings Farm and Museum and the Marsh-Billings-Rockefeller National Historical Park. Vermont's best public golf course, Green Mountain National Golf Course, is located right here Killington as well as the very challenging Killington Golf Course. We have everything for the whole family.

The space
We are all concerned about the effects COVID-19 may have on the upcoming season. Killington has released a messaged with their plans for operation for the 21/22 season. They are confident that they will be able to operate through out the winter with their new operations plans. You can find the press release on their website.
We are asking all of our guests this season to consider purchasing trip insurance. This will cover you as a guest and us as a host if for some reason you need to cancel your reservation.

There is ample parking at the house.
You can walk up to the access road if you would like to take the shuttle which runs every 20 minutes.

HISTORY
The Highline Lodge was Killington’s first ski lodge, built by the Hubbard Family around 1960 and originally named Alpenhof Ski Lodge. It is only original ski lodge remaining on Killington Road. Enjoy staying in our historical home!

You will have exclusive access to the main level great room and kitchen/dining room, half bathroom, lower level living room with attached full bathroom, game room, all 13 bedrooms and bathrooms, and all outdoor areas including the hot tubs, deck, and lawn. There are some storage and utility areas that are not available for guest access and are marked as 'Private'.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: The beer faucet tower in the bar area is decorative only - kegs cannot be hooked up to dispense beer.

BED DETAILS:
All beds are traditional mattress & box spring beds except:
- Bedrooms 3, 4, 5, 11: Twin bed is a sleeper chair
- Bedroom 13/14: Twin beds are a daybed
- Lower Level Room: Double bed is a sleeper sofa bed

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT DAYS:
Our goal is to be as flexible as we can regarding check-in and check-out days for our guests! That being said, we do have a couple of limitations to ensure the wellbeing of our housekeeping staff:

-During ski season, we are generally not able to offer check-outs on Fridays or Saturdays, or check-ins on Saturdays or Sundays.
-Check-in/check-out days also vary around holidays.
