Your VRBO is apartment1 on the first floor. It consists of Two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and living room. Roku smart TV and complimentary coffee in kitchen. - "We are in the process of relocating to Maine and this property was the perfect base of operations for us. We stayed here for 2 weeks while we explored the Portland area. Location was fantastic! Very close to everything we wanted to do, but still with a lovely private backyard where our kids could play and run off some steam in the afternoons. Host David was delightful. He was always happy to share recommendations for things to do and even had us down for homemade blueberry pancakes one morning. So delicious! We could not recommend this home highly enough. :)"

It follows the river from waterfalls that once served the city's early mill history to quiet water, linking ball fields and the park.

The apartment is approximately 1,500 square feet. For summer comfort, each bedroom has a window AC unit to keep things cool. There is baseboard heat throughout the entire unit for the colder months. The driveway offers parking for up to 5 vehicles. Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock—your personalized code will be provided before check-in.

The property is overgrown behind the deck and other parts of the yard however there is an area that is mowed but can use a bit of a cleaning. Over all it was a good experience and the area was very quiet on a dead end road, close to stores and such. "

- "Property owner double booked house and ended up cancelling our reservation. We were 16 hours from home and had no where to stay, On a holiday week when everything was already booked. Owner cancelled reservation while we stood there trying to find another place to stay. Owner was rude and not helpful at all. He lied to us, saying that renters had booked in February, but VRBO told him on speaker phone while we listened that we were the first to book. Property was not maintained well at all. Wasp nest hanging from eaves, mold and moss growing on siding, broken plastic furniture in front yard, railing on porch appeared to be unstable, and window A/C units that were sealed with what appeared to be towels. I would never recommend anyone rent from this owner. I would give 0 stars if that was an option. We have never experienced anything this bad in our lives. I hope VRBO takes notice of this and pulls this owner from their site so that they can't do this to anyone again!!"

- "Check-in: We want to star saying that when we arrived at the location the instructions provided by VACASA were incorrect. They provided a code to open the door and the door required a key to open. We called and texted the point of contact provided by VACASA and the property manager was not responding. After 30 minutes calling and waiting, a young man from the house next door approached us. He was the son of the manager. We explained to him the situation and he called his father, and he responded. We talked to MrShariff, he stated he never received the reservation from VACASA. We provided the reservation number. After more than half hour again he called back saying he verified the information and that someone will provide the key of the house. Total time waiting: 1:15 hours. A lady from the house next door came over but she didn’t want us to go inside until she checked the house. After 10 minutes the lady gave the key and we were able to go inside. Cleanliness: For the most part the house was clean. At the entrance, on the grass there were multiple garbage bags full of plastics bottles. In The master room bed the bed pillows were piled up in the chair. Trying to figure out how to open the sofa bed we saw dirt and pieces of food under the sofa, like pretzels and others. Furniture: Sofa bed not opening, texted manager and he responded the following day after 5 pm, “ Yes it’s working just block in.”?? The smell of marijuana from the house next or below was overwhelming."
