- "The property is beautifully situated near a top of a hill with a large outdoor patio. Our group of 17 people could not have asked for better accommodations. The house came well stocked with pots and pans and cooking utensils. I would get more garbage bags and get ziploc bags and paper towels (not provided - explained by owner) especially for a large group. The shampoo and conditioner provided is small and there is no body wash, which is also explained by the owner, so I would definitely bring your own. There were plenty of towels and the beds were all clean and in great condition. There is a washer / dryer if you need to do laundry which comes in handy with such a big group. Overall a great stay and a wonderful weekend! Would definitely stay again."

The chalet can accommodate up to 16 people, but for groups composed of adults only, it is more comfortable for 14 people.

-Housing on 3 floors in townhouse style

-A curfew is in effect from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please keep noise levels down during these hours. Loud parties or large-scale events are strictly prohibited

-For security reasons, the chalet is equipped with a camera facing the outdoor entrance area. It does not capture any images from inside the chalet or from the back patio, ensuring full respect for your privacy. The camera helps us monitor the property when it is unoccupied. (It does not record conversations.)

- During your stay with us, we provide the following essentials: toilet paper, hand towels, shower towels, dishcloths, bedding, kitchen essentials, utensils, dishes, cookware, fondue and raclette dishes, glasses, and wine cups. We have 2 smart TVs in the unit but do not offer a cable channel. You will have access to apps like Netflix, Prime, Disney+ where you can connect your account.

*BARBECUE*
The barbecue is not accessible from November to April. During winter, if you plan to use the barbecue, it is your responsibility to prepare it and clear the access area of snow.

*NOISES*
Because our neighbours are sensitive to noise and want to enjoy a quiet environment surrounded by nature, it is strictly forbidden to party at the chalet. We ask that you be sensitive to the volume of the music or if you are singing around the campfire.

*FIREPLACE / LOGS*
There is an outdoor fireplace available to you. You need to bring your own firewood. I suggest you bring kindling and paper to help start the fire. Also, as lighters disappear easily, I advise you to bring one. You can buy wood and accessories near the chalet, the addresses will be in your guest manual.

The outdoor fire pit is not plowed from November to April, so if you want to use the outdoor fireplace in winter, it is your responsibility to clear the access.

The spa is at your disposal throughout the year. However, you must bring your own towels for the spa.

The water pressure was very disappointing and one shower did not work for 2 days. There were 14 people using one shower with low pressure. While fixing, we were without water for at least 3 hours and one person had to miss the excursion due to this. This is why we are only giving 3 stars."

Perched at the top of the mountain, this row chalet offers: Luxury, comfort and sunshine. Close to the Stoneham ski slopes and 2015 construction, the chalet is ideal for a group of up to 12 people. Designed for your comfort, this fully equipped home will seduce you. Spa, billiards, gas fireplace, huge windows and more. Located in the heart of nature ( but only 25 minutes from Quebec City) there are plenty of outdoor activities available to you, you'll love it!

- "We were two families and felt it was nice and spacious, well-equipped and clean." - "We found that the Wifi was not working after we checked into the property. After several tries by phone and text, I finally got a hold of the owner and reported the issue. I could feel that it did not seem to be a surprise or concern to him.(likely it happened before…) Other than suggesting me to try to unplug and re-plug the power of the modem (it did not help!), there was nothing else that he would plan to do or assure me the problem would be dealt with as soon as possible during our stay. There was no follow up call or text from him about the issue the next day. In addition, we realized there was a leak in one of the toilets which prevented us from using it during our 2-night stay. The next evening my wife also noticed the dishwasher was not functioning when she tried to clean the dishes before we checked out. Other than the above, there were a few more minor things here and there that we found which needed to be addressed too. Before we checked out, I had sent the owner a reminder with pictures of all these issues and hoped that eventually they will be looked into and fixed. In conclusion, we were very disappointed and definitely will not consider this property when we visit Quebec again."
