We phoned a number on the door for assistance and finally got a response with friendly service but for a while we were afraid of having to sleep in our car. - "The location is beautiful but unfortunately a lot of issues with the accommodations that are mostly caused by poor communication made my stay pretty unsatisfactory. I was sent the address to the chalet a few days before, the road and address number with a postal code that applies to a general area of the small town it is located in. When I got there the address number they gave me has no sign on the road and all that you can see from the road is a closed gate and a sign that says 'privé: defense de passer' not surprisingly i assumed this was not the place and as it was the evening i couldn't contact them so couldn't stay there the first night. someone in the morning called me back to give directions and said i could call them if there were any other issues. in the afternoon i found out the gas stove was not working. the vrbo post had said the amenities included a stove which was the only reason i paid as much as i did. i called the person i'd spoken to and they texted back and said they were unavailable. i assumed they weren't on shift but could pass my message along, even by the next day since there is no phone reception at the chalet I had to walk a while to call them. no one contacted me about the stove for the rest of my stay. at night i felt myself getting insect bites and the bites match the description of flea bites. i sent them a message of my issues and they only said they had sent me gps coordinates which is completely untrue."
