The host is very attentive and provides excellent communication on what to expect along with information on establishments in Ayer's Cliff. We will be staying here next time we visit Mt. Orford."

This cottage is ideal for a family or friends who want to take it easy and wake up to the sound of birds singing!
Open area on the first floor, including a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom. We also have air conditioning!
The basement has two bedrooms and a family room, which accommodates an extra bed and a washer/dryer area.
But the highlight is without a doubt the large flat lot, perfect for games or evenings by the fire. There is a small deck at the far end, near the water, where you can admire the scenery or watch the kids swim with peace of mind.
