Lovely newly renovated private two bedroom apartment with large kitchen and deck off the kitchen. Queen size bedroom and two twin beds. Walking distance from eating establishments, town park, swimming, boating and paddling. There is Ice skating, (free skate rentals across the street) and snow shoeing in winter. Kayaks and paddle boards can be rented by the hour at Haley Pond, as well as snow shoes in the winter. All either across the street or within a very short distance from your accommodations. Haley Pond is across from my house and all you do is CROSS THE POND TO ACCESS SNOWMOBILE TRAILS . The driveway will accommodate two trailers. The village is a fun place. IN SEASON: 2 NIGHT MINIMUM ON SNOWDEO WEEKEND

This historic log camp (early 1900's) on the North shore of Rangeley Lake has a new log addition which includes a modern kitchen, 1.5 baths, and a washer/dryer. There is a Jotul gas log stove in the original camp, and a Rinnai gas heater in the new addition.
This 2-bedroom/1.5-bath cabin is just 75 feet from the lake with a non-motorized boat launch/shared access swimming area 100 feet from the cabin. There is also a deck and dock that is shared with our three rental cabins (properties #217363 and #217364, Awahnee and Loon cabins). Birches, maples, cedars, and pines surround the cabin. Abundant raspberries and blueberries in season can be found all along nearby walking trails. Enjoy frequent deer and other wildlife sightings, including the occasional moose. Hear loons at night.

Like many seasonal cabins on Rangeley, Pearl draws its water from the lake. This is fine for dishes, showers, laundry, etc but we recommend purchasing drinking water or obtaining it at a nearby spring (containers and directions provided).

The downstairs has a bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom, and open-concept kitchen and living room with high, vaulted ceilings. Pine walls, ceilings and floors. Enjoy the coziness of a Vermont Castings wood stove. Two powered leather double recliners and a wide screen tv with BOSE surround sound. Internet and WiFi. Hit the ATV and snowmobile trails right from camp. Sleeps four to a max of eight guests (with additional fees) with air mattresses.

The cabin was very clean and has a warm ambiance as it is all exposed wood. Well stocked kitchen but missed not having a teapot or electric kettle to boil water for tea. We enjoyed having a fire in wood stove each evening. Kids loved the reclining leather chairs. Lots of ambient lighting which is nice when you just want to relax. We found the faucet water in kitchen and bathrooms did not get very warm and the downstairs shower would alternate between hot and cold every 30-60 seconds. The upstairs shower did stay warm. All in all a nice stay."

OVERALL
The house has the feel of a log cabin resort with tasteful lodge themed furnishings throughout and accented with pine wood floors and walls. With two bedrooms, 2 king beds, and two sets of bunk beds, our cabin can easily accommodate a comfortable vacation for two families. All bunk beds are twin XL which can comfortably sleep adults! Guests will have access to the entire home and all amenities included.

MAIN FLOOR
The main floor contains a full kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, crock pot, and plenty of cookware for your stay. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen with a large table for 6. Off the dining area is the cozy den with gas fueled fireplace. The den contains a full-sized pull-out couch for sleeping. Down the hall from the kitchen is a small half bath and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king-sized log bed with HD TV. Luxury awaits in the master bath with a jetted hot tub and separate shower.

SECOND FLOOR
The second floor contains the second bedroom along with a loft area and a third bathroom. In the loft area, guests will find a futon bed and a log twin XL bunk bed for sleeping. The loft area also has a HD TV with DVD player. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-sized log bed and a log twin XL bunk bed. In the closet, guests will find a small twin rollaway bed. The upstairs bathroom is located right off the loft with a tub/shower combo.

Just outside the mudroom on the covered porch, guests will find assorted snow shovels to help clear paths during those timely snow falls. We also have a plastic roof rake that is a convenient tool to use when clearing off the snow on your vehicles. It is highly recommended you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle as 2-wheel drive vehicles can get stuck during a snowstorm.

Our house is located about 200 yards from the closest snowmobile/ATV trails. You can access these trails directly from our driveway. Details and HOLA rules, directions, and a map of trail access will be provided to guests in our house guide.

LAKE ACCESS
Our house has deeded access to Rangeley Lake via a private marina off Nile Brook Way. You can use the boat ramp to launch boats, kayaks, canoes, . . . Details and directions to the lake access will be provided to guests in our house guide. Please note our house is not waterfront, we belong to an association with private access to the lake.

Our house is a family friendly vacation home . . . please treat our space like your own home. Here is a list of house rules for all guests:

• Guests must follow all Homeowner Association guidelines during their stay. Detailed guidelines will be provided in the house guide.
• Pets are permitted. Please make us aware of what pets are coming prior to arrival.
• No smoking permitted inside of house.
• No loud parties as our home is intended for family vacations.
• Campfire is permitted in firepit, otherwise no large bonfires.
• No burning of candles inside the home.
• Keep all skis/snowboard/outdoor equipment outside. We have a covered porch right outside the mudroom that is perfect to store your outdoor gear.
• If any of the mechanical equipment fails or there are any issues, please do not attempt to fix and contact the owner immediately.
• A motion sensing camera is located near the front entrance of the home to allow owners to monitor the security of the home.
• Do not log out of YouTube TV on the TVs. Please delete all personal log in info for other streaming services on the TVs prior to departure.

**Dock comes off the lake after Labor Day Weekend each year unless weather is exceptionally warm.

- "Longview never disappoints, the camp was incredible. Our 2nd visit to this camp, better than last year. Next summer we will be staying 2 weeks." - "We had another memorable vacation at Longview. This was our second stay. The heat pump and cornhole were a great addition. Location is second to none! Very comfortable stay. Will be back again!" - "We loved our stay at this property (July 2022). The view from the cottage was so gorgeous that it was was hard to leave! We spent most our days just sitting outside, swimming, and fishing off the dock. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Our youngest daughter loved her private loft! There is a little grocery store/quick order restaurant down the road (Oquossoc Grocery) which we got many groceries, lunches, breakfasts, baked goods, and coffees from. The best part is you can order online! There’s also an IGA in Rangeley if you need to do a bigger shopping trip. Down the road is a cute ice cream shop/farm stand called The Farmer’s Daughter. There’s also many restaurants in the area if you don’t feel like cooking. There was probably at least 5 on Main St in downtown Rangeley alone (about 15 minutes away). There were many trails and scenic hiking opportunities nearby. There’s also quite a few cute gift shops on Main St. You can rent a boat or kayaks just down the road. All in all, there’s a lot to do! Water was chilly, but refreshing. It is rocky, so be sure to bring your water shoes if you don’t like that! We enjoyed a few fires outside - and don’t forget to look up! The stars there are amazing! In the summer, our home is a great location to soak in all that the Rangeley Lakes Region has to offer. Hiking, mountain biking, boating, and more! Please note that while we have beautiful lake views, we do not have direct lake access. A Rangeley Lake State Park pass is included with your stay to enjoy the nearby State Park for swimming and boating. We also recommend the public beach in town. The State Park Pass is included when Rangeley State Park is open for the season, May 1st - October 1st.

In the fall, the Rangeley Lakes Region is known for having some of the most beautiful foliage in New England and a scenic byway for driving to some truly gorgeous overlooks where you can experience foliage like you never have before. Quill Hill, Height of Land, and even the front deck are a few of the best places around to experience fall in Maine.

In the winter, our home is perfect for skiing, snowboarding, and other winter activities. Please note we do not allow snowmobiling at the property. After a chilly day outside, warm up by our gas fireplace while soaking in the sunset over Rangeley Lake. Our road and driveway are privately plowed, but to avoid any potential issues we do recommend all-wheel drive vehicles in the winter. Please note that all patio furniture, fire pit & the grill are stored away for the winter months (November-Mid May).

Pulling into the driveway, you will be welcomed with gorgeous views of Rangeley Lake amongst the beautiful pine trees. Enjoy lake views from our living room, master bedroom, and even the kitchen. The home has two decks, one accessible from the living room and main entrance and a private deck off the master bedroom, allowing for water views the minute you wake up in the morning. Perfect for sipping a cup of coffee and enjoying the lake views. In the evenings, enjoy stargazing from either deck. Pair with a glass of wine for the best stargazing experience. We also have a solo stove fire pit so you can enjoy a drink by the fire to end your days in Rangeley. For your safety, we also have an outdoor camera for the driveway and a ring doorbell should you have any issues/questions during your stay.

We provide all necessities including bedding, towels, and linens, and have a dryer available. We encourage our guests to disconnect and enjoy the natural beauty and endless activities that Rangeley has to offer, but we understand the need to stay connected and work from The Perch. We have Starlink WiFi and a small smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, and more.

We provide pots, pans, and kitchenware for cooking and dining. If you prefer to dine out, we are close to a number of great restaurants in Rangeley including The Loon Lodge, Furbish Brew House, The Rangeley Inn Tavern, Sarges, and Portage Tap House. - "The cabin was better than anticipated. Everything you need for inside or outside cooking was provided, and then some. Place was clean, comfortable and felt like home. We will definitely stay again!" - "My family of 2 adults, 2 children, 1 dog stayed with another family of 2 adults and 2 children. We had a great time and would stay again. Some things to know: *The sauna is AWESOME and is exceptionally well made. The controls are strange, read the instructions in your cabin first. *Dogs are allowed with no caveats on Vrbo but when you get there the instructions say to keep the dog leashed. We did not follow the instructions and had no problems. *There is no AC or dehumidification. If its raining plan to have damp clothes, sheets, furniture, etc. *The beach access appears to be on a neighboring property but there is a small foot path/bridge to it. *There is some excellent easy hiking nearby (4 miles) *Few restaurants in town are open on Mondays. Plan accordingly. Also you may want to avoid Sarge's unless you like low bar food. *The kitchen and bathroom were recently remodeled. They look good. You'll have to duck to get under the showerhead unless you are 5'6" or so *Spices, condiments, fire starting logs, firewood, are provided. There is both a charcoal stove and a propane stove (propane was 1/2 full). *The lights on the back deck and the power feeding the TV both had shorts. Couldn't keep them on reliably especially if there was wind or someone was walking nearby. *Not all windows had curtains/blinds. You may feel a bit exposed if you like privacy at night. *There were books and games avail. I don't have much else to say other than I hope to visit again!"

Two cozy bedrooms provide ample space for up to 5 guests, making this an ideal spot for, couples, families, and friends. The primary bedroom features a queen bed. In the “Bunk Room” you will find a full size bed and twin bed. The living area boasts of a brand new comfy couch, solid wood dining table, and views of the lake. The well appointed kitchen gives you the tools you need to whip up a delicious meal.

Enjoy quiet mornings with coffee on the front deck, listening to the call of the Loons. The seasonal fire pit and picnic table off the deck provide everything you need to roast marshmallows, share campfire stories, and make lasting memories in the evening. Getaway is located directly on a snowmobile trail with access to the lake and is just minutes to Saddleback Ski Area, close to both grocery shopping and the charming town, where you can explore local boutiques, cafes, and restaurants.

Located right on Rangeley Lake with breathtaking views and walking distance to the downtown. Snowmobile trails can be accessed right from the front lawn. Saddleback Mountain is a short 8 mile drive. The cabin has been freshly renovated with granite counter tops in the kitchen and beautiful furniture. If you are traveling with others and need more space, we also own the cabin to the left of this one in the pictures and you can rent that one on VRBO as well (VRBO Property ID is 2071816).

The place itself is wonderful - clean, cozy, cute; it was the perfect little cottage for me and my daughters to stay at during an “end of summer hurrah.” There was a bit of an emergency that ended the stay pretty abruptly and we were unable to fulfill the clean up protocol but Lisa was so kind and understanding. Very well appointed with modern furniture, beds, linens, kitchen equipment and more. There is a one car attached garage for your toys, your skis/snowboards, canoes, kayaks or whatever you need to store. NEW: 1 Gigabyte per second fiber optic internet wifi for guests looking to work remotely.

Our lakeside cabin offers a perfect haven on Bonney Point and Smith's Cove. The cove provides calm waters for water activities such as swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. We have resident loons and beavers in the cove which offer wildlife entertainment. Enjoy water views from most rooms in the house and dining on the lakeside deck with a gas grill and dining table. Hammocks overlooking the lake and a private dock on the water invite you to relax and take in the beauty of the lake. We have two bedrooms both with new queen beds and upscale linens and down comforters. The sleeping porch has a double bed and the loft, accessed only by a ladder, has two twin mattress. The cottage was rebuilt in 2005 and offers rustic charm with some newer amenities including an oversized shower and a new washer dryer for convenience. We are open to welcoming one well-behaved pet after approval. For off-season, the camp is winterized with a gas heater as well as a wood stove.

- "Awesome camp. We had a blast." - "This quaint and clean cabin was perfect for my family of 4 (2 small children). The home has everything you would need and is maintained very well. The loft was an added bonus and my kids absolutely loved spending time up there. The communal dock and swing set was also nice. We used the kayaks and canoes and explored the quiet cove almost daily. Hunter Cove is centrally located to both Rangeley and Ocquassic so it was easy to get in and out of for necessities. Overall we loved our time at the cabin and exploring the Maine woods!"

The Treehouse is a beautiful home in Rangeley, Maine just off Quimby Pond Rd. The location has many activities to offer for the whole family, it is 20 min to Saddleback, only .2 miles from ITS snowmobile trail, 5 mins to Rangeley and Oquossoc. Enjoy the views of the mountains and the magnificent lakes in the area. The Treehouse has plenty of parking for trucks and trailer as well as high speed internet. - "Beautiful setting on Loon Lake and great location near Rangeley. The house has no TV, which is just what I was looking for for our mother daughter trip - gave us time to play lots of card games and Scrabble. I recommend the hike to Angel Falls. Just a note that the water access is really from the shore rather than the dock. . The dock is wide but short (square platform) and very high from the water - too high to climb down to get into the canoe for instance, and the water was too shallow where the dock ends to jump in from that height. This was fine for us since the shore access is not mucky. We really enjoyed our stray, the house had everything we needed. There is bench seating with cushions, like a window seat, which was comfortable but by the 3rd day we started missing a couch or comfy chairs to relax in."
