I actually really appreciated that all of the cabinets were open shelving - there was none of the awkward opening-every-single-cabinet-just-to-find-a-cup moment. My favorite part of stays is always the mugs - mugs were 10/10 for LLBean blueberry and loon mugs. We don't have kids, but the downstairs room with two trundle beds would have been great for them! At first it was odd that the main shower was downstairs, but it honestly worked out great coming in from the lake and hopping right in the shower after a long day out in the sun. Also, downtown Belgrate was such a sweet little drive! Hello Good Pie has fantastic breakfast sandwiches and muffins and cinnamon rolls!"

Webber Pond is a very low traffic and peaceful 1,233 acre lake with a maximum depth of 41 ft. Known for producing trophy size largemouth bass, Webber also provides great fishing for smallmouth bass, brown trout, rainbow smelt, white perch, yellow perch, chain pickerel and several other species of fish. Explore the lake and its 2 islands in the kayaks and canoe provided, or bring your boat which can be stored at the homes dock during your stay. Webber is home to many Bald Eagle nests, so you’re sure to spot these majestic creatures during your stay; in addition to the beautiful Loons, Great Blue Herons and Ospreys. If you’re a golf enthusiast, bring your clubs and enjoy the Natanis Premier 36 hole golf course right across the lake.

Outside space includes two cozy chairs, a fire pit, small grassy area, small grill, private walking trail thru the woods, some playground equipment, and a disc golf goal. Please bring your own discs.

There is one parking spot in front of the cabin, two smaller vehicles may fit. There is additional parking available as well if you are bringing two trucks or a trailer, please let us know and we can direct you.

Wonderful one-level camp in a peaceful family area in Belgrade, Maine on Messalonskee Lake in the Belgrade Lakes. Camp has a private Shoremaster dock with stairs, deck (new deck June 2023), deck chairs, gas grill, propane for the grill, and grassy area with a picnic table. Great views of the pristine lake and of beautiful sunrises. The water's edge is easy to walk into for adults and kids. There is also a common beach for all of the camps in the family campground. Water shoes would be helpful on the rocks.

Spend a week or more at Star Point, and experience summer in Maine, the way life should be! Our comfortable cottage is situated at the wide end of Messalonskee Lake (aka Snow Pond), in the famous Belgrade Lakes chain.
Located at the waters edge, our camp was built in 2004 and features an open floor plan with 180 degrees of lake views from our deck on the point. Two decks and a porch offer plenty of outdoor seating in the sun or in the shade - where you will enjoy spectacular sunsets, the call of the loons, and gorgeous night skies.
Inside, the kitchen is a cook's delight and you can't beat those views. If you would rather just toss something on the grill as you toss a salad, that will work too! The main bedroom is on the first floor, with a king-sized bed, 2 dressers, and large closet. The bath is small but efficient, and is also on the first floor. Kids enjoy the loft bedroom with its cozy nook where they have a birds-eye view of the lake and first floor. The loft has a queen-sized bed a Twin Size Bed and room for sleeping bag or two.
The property is nestled in a small cove with a sandy bottom, great for swimming, fishing, or just floating. We have a large dock for your boat and easy access stairs off the dock leading to a nice sandy spot.
For fishermen, Snow Pond is a dream spot. The lake was named one of Americas 150 Best in 2007 according to Field & Stream. Trout, Bass and huge Northern Pike, are all here waiting for you to cast a line.

Just a short walk from your door, you’ll find a welcoming shared space by the water, complete with a dock and gazebo sitting area where guests gather to enjoy the view. Spend time together on the sandy beach, take turns using the canoes and kayak, or let the kids play on the large floating dock. Life vests in various sizes are available for everyone in the small gray shed in between Sunset on the Lake (Camp 1) and Serenity on the Lake (Loft).

Dogs are welcome but must be leashed when other guests are present. A pet fee will be charged.

Welcome to our beautiful waterfront retreat on peaceful Webber Pond in Vassalboro, Maine. This home away from home features 2 bedrooms with double beds, loft with a queen-sized bed, and one bathroom. The kitchen features a full-sized oven/range, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Explore the lake with an assorted collection of kayaks (adult and kid sizes available) or stand-up paddleboards. Webber Pond is a very low traffic 1,233 acre lake with a maximum depth of 41 feet. It is well known by local anglers for producing trophy size largemouth bass and also provides good fishing for smallmouth bass, white perch, chain pickerel, and brown trout. A public boat launch is available less than 1/2 mile away. Your boat can be stored at the homes dock during your stay.

Lake access is shared via two docks, offering the perfect blend of seclusion and connection — especially for couples booking both treehouses or celebrating together.

From the moment you step inside SkyView Treehouse, you’re wrapped in warmth—surrounded by natural pine, soft textures, and the quiet presence of the trees just outside every window. You’ll feel both grounded and elevated here, like you’ve escaped the noise without giving up a single comfort.

From May through October, guests are welcome to rent our 22-foot pontoon boat for a relaxing cruise on the lake. The rental rate is $299 per day, and the boat comes fully equipped with all required safety gear.

Pets welcome: We love dogs and understand they’re part of the family. There’s a $195 pet fee, and we kindly ask that pets stay off the furniture, are picked up after, and avoid the shared back lawn area.
