It's a few minutes drive into the centre of Baie-St.-Paul and very convenient for going to other locations in the area. The hosts are very friendly and the breakfasts are fantastic! The entire house is very well decorated and the room is very well appointed with modern facilities. The bed is comfortable and the black out curtains and quiet environment allowed us to sleep very well at night. We also took advantage of the nice living room when we are in the house. All in all it was a wonderful an experience and we are surprised that it was priced so reasonably. It's comparable to 4-star hotels in service and amenities. We would definitely stay there again and high recommend this place."

I don’t regret the stay but on advertising it should be indicated the bathroom was shared. The gîte is a house with several room renting. The cottage is built on a 22 000 sqft water view with two large patios. The property is located on a steep slope, offering a picture perfect view of the St-Lawrence river and surrounding mountains. Having only one neighboring house, you'll have all the tranquility you need for your retreat.

The building offers two bedrooms, two full bathrooms as well as a pull-out couch for the 8th guest. A washer and dryer, full size kitchen, all cooking essentials and utensils, beddings and towels are included. A drip coffee machine is also available.

For the patios, two dining areas have been set up. The larger dining area is on the lower patio, by the hot tub, which is perfect for entertaining! The upper patio is equipped with the BBQ and a smaller table to take in the morning views with a fresh coffee, or an afternoon cocktail!

- "The house was perfect for a small group. The view was unbelievable and the hot tub was a nice amenity! " - "The property was in excellent condition, with just a few minor quirks here and there (like some blinds in poor shape, missing coffee filters, uncooperative barn doors, etc.). Nothing that would really impede our experience. It did rain the entire time we were there, so we did make good use of the place. We only wish we had a little bit of wood on premises to burn in the wood stove. Not for heat, but just for the sake of it, since temperatures got down to 5-10 degrees outside while we were there. The hot tub was great, lots of space for folks to do their own thing, secluded location, but close to Baie-Saint-Paul and its great restaurants, easy to find."
