When booking, please indicate if 1, 2, or 3 guests will be staying so we can provide sufficient towels. This information is also important for safety reasons. A twin air mattress can be provided when booking for 3 guests. We can supply a pack and play for infants if needed (please let us know when booking if you would like this additional sleeping arrangement).

Private room in a basement to take a step back or even just for a night in a region where the countryside is paramount and the landscapes are splendid. Spacious apartment type guest suite with amenities provided in quiet cul-de-sac with the Madawaska trail behind the home and access a block away. Edmundston is a mountainous city with two rivers moving around it. There is a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a crib for family stay. The living room offers a twin bed, a Recliner Great and a small couch. Edmundston area is on the border of Maine and is a great place to stop on the way back or forth to the other Eastern Provinces of Canada.

Our unit includes: 1 queen bed (twin air mattress can be provided with a fee),seating area, 3 piece washroom, tvs with 3 streaming services, kitchenette with induction burner and pans, airfryer/toaster oven, microwave, dishes, cooking essentials, coffee & tea bar, snacks/breakfast items, outdoor seating, and free driveway parking for 1 vehicle.

Other things to note
We, the hosts, live on the main floor and have a toddler and 6 year old . We do our best to keep the noise down but as this is an older home you will be able to hear us at times. If you are someone who prefers a very quiet space then it may be best to find a listing that will better suit your needs.
(Quiet time is from 11pm - 7am).

When booking, please indicate if 1, 2, or 3 guests will be staying so we can provide sufficient towels. This information is also important for safety reasons. A twin air mattress can be provided when booking for 3 guests. The air mattress can also be requested for your second guest at an additional fee of $15). We can supply a pack and play for infants if needed at no extra cost (please let us know when booking if you would like this additional sleeping arrangement).

If you have any allergies, please let us know upon booking so we can do everything we can to accommodate you and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Please take the time to read the signs around the unit and house rules as it will help with any additional information needed.

We leave a dehumidifier running during the summer but guests are welcome to turn it off as it can be loud to some guests. We also have an in window A/C unit that can be turned off or adjusted to your comfort.

Please note that the property is undergoing outdoor renovations, we apologize for the bit of a mess and thank you in advance for your understanding.
