The house has lots of light and is tastefully furnished. There are rather minimal furnishings -- no bedside reading lamps, limited dishes and pots and pans, etc. But overall very pleasant."

If family can take whole house. Big room can be 450 sqf. Small toom is about 150 sqf. More choices fot differage groups.Big garden views from each window. New renovation! 200 metres away to the water. Great view with different weather or time period.10 mins walk to the famous trail. Restaurants and stores , hospitals.....close by. Both convenient for natural view and city facilities .

I would suggest maybe a communication sheet with information about what to do with garbage, sheets, dishes etc. Aside from that, it was perfect! 🙂. Welcome to our comfy, bright house in Central Summerside! This 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house sleeps 6 and is ideal for families. It has been beautifully restored and modernized: from the gleaming hardwood floors to the sunroom, the whole home is filled with natural light. Located just a few blocks from the 7km boardwalk, shops and waterfront, this is a convenient base to explore Prince County. No pets, no smoking of any kind on property.

Our house has three bedrooms and a full bathroom, all on the upper floor.
As such it is not accessible for people with mobility disorders or children under the age of 2.

It has free parking for one vehicle and is only a 10 minute drive to downtown Summerside. The unit has waterfront access to Linkletter beach and is next to the provincial park. It is in a perfect and quiet location for those with a vehicle and wanting to visit areas close to Summerside, PEI.

The space
The guest suite includes panoramic views of the beach and has a kitchenette, living room, bedroom, and bathroom. The kitchenette includes a full sink, fridge, freezer, toaster oven, a double induction cook top, microwave, toaster, kettle/coffee perk, dishes, pots and frying pan. The unit has a TV (cable) and air conditioning. Bedroom features a queen bed with side tables and dresser, with a beautiful water-view to wake up to. The space also includes a large bathroom with a beautiful custom shower.

Guest access
Guest have access to the private guest suite on ground level and the patio that sits directly in front of their unit. The backyard is shared with the hosts and the Linkletter public beach sits directly to the left of the unit that guests can use at their leasure.

Other things to note
Guests have access to the entire basement suite. The basement unit is not shared with us or other guests. For private entrance, guests will be required to walk on outdoor pavers around the house to the guest suite.
