- "Clean Room " - "The booking page when we booked did not make it clear that this is a basement apartment. It was quite dark and cramped feeling. It would probably be fine for a single person or a couple, but not a family. The bed and pillows in the bedroom were comfortable, but both pull-out couches in the living room were very uncomfortable. Additionally, the only air conditioning unit was in the living room, which meant that at night we had to choose between leaving the door open and lacking privacy, or closing the door and getting hot in the bedroom. We were very excited to use the hot tub, but it remained covered while we were there. It was also in a very exposed area to the neighboring homes. Unfortunately, this space did not work for us at all, and we only stayed two days. We ended up paying extra money to move to a different rental where we could enjoy the rest of our vacation."

This apartment is an open concept one when rented in VERSION 1. With a spacious high-ceiling bedroom and resting area.
A bright corner and table if you need to work and a resting area for watching TV and relaxing. Or even read a book by the window.
The kitchen is fully furnished and has a dining space in it. The bathroom has all the amenities, and the laundry machines in the corner.

The apartment has also 2 other bedrooms and a Powder Room (small toilet) which are closed with locks to the guests in VERSION 1.
No access will be given to these rooms unless pre-booked and paid for. You can choose to book just one or both of the extra rooms depending on the number of members of your family. Only for families. No party-groups.
If you decide to book please respect the signs on the doors and our strict policies.

At the front entrance, there is a balcony where you may enjoy your morning coffee too.

Parking: there is always parking in the street in front.
Also, we may provide a parking spot (if available), if you decide to park your car for the entire stay.
But if you plan to drive around during the day it would be more practical to just park in the street.

Hello! I am a 38 year old traveler working in the social field. I offer you my sunny and warm two-bedroom apartment for rent. Located in Saint-Hubert about 15 minutes from Montreal. The quiet suburb with proximity to the city. I am committed to offering you a quiet, clean and comfortable space, sunny and tranquil and to remain available for you.

The space
The accommodation is located in Saint-Hubert near the Charles Lemoyne Hospital which is located on Boulevard Taschereau on the south bank of Montreal. The neighborhood is beautiful with lots of parks, ice rinks, public pools and tennis court the bus passes in front of the house and the line 3 stop is less than a minute's walk to get you to the Longueuil metro in about 15 minutes from where you can easily get to downtown Montreal in about 20 minutes from the Longueuil metro. The old Longueuil is very close by with its restaurants, bars and festivals as well as the Dix30 district.
It's very close to Montreal but with the calm of the suburbs. You have several parks and a backyard. The neighborhood is quiet . Without a car, however, you must calculate about a 15-minute walk in order to get to Taschereau Boulevard where grocery stores, pharmacies and other services are located. If you have a car you can easily park on the street in front of the house for free.
The round, the casino, Île Sainte-Hélène, Vieux Longueuil and Vieux Montréal are easily accessible.

The Bedroom has a double bed for two people a dresser with storage, a nightstand, a work desk and a closet with hangers and a lot of tranquility as it overlooks the backyard.
There is also the master bedroom which can be rented which it has a queen bed for two people.( you might need to share the apartment with other guests)
The bathroom includes a shower and a bath with basic accessories (cream and soaps for the body and hair)
The Kitchen and Dining Room have a fridge and a stove with oven, a microwave, a toaster, utensils, glasses and plates with several extras. There is a living room with two leather sofas, with a non-wired TV but plugged in with hdmi to your computer and a DVD player with movies at your disposal and unlimited internet access via WIFI.

Access to the listing is through the front door. It takes about 20 steps up to get to the listing from the entrance.
You can also enjoy the beautiful outdoor courtyard with BBQ, patio set, hammocks as well as outdoor fireplace for the beautiful summer evenings.

Location Ideal for the Montreal Grand Prix and any other events at Parc Jean Drapeau , Île Sainte-Hélène or La Ronde. the casino, Île Sainte-Hélène, One station from the Longueuil metro. Vieux Longueuil and Old Montreal as well as downtown Montreal are easily accessible.

If you rent the room you will have to cohabit with me or with other guests which means sharing the common areas. I'll tell you when you book! We are always a maximum of 5 to share the apartment depending on bookings .

Guest access
You will have access to all the amenities of the apartment. The outdoor courtyard and its wood fireplace as well as the bbq. You will also have a parking space available. Access to the non-wired TV but with hdmi wire available to connect your devices to the wifi and thus watch your shows on the TV. Unlimited high-speed high-speed internet.
The place is fully equipped. Bedding, bath towels, kitchen amenities as well as kitchen staples ( spices, oils and others) Cleaning supplies at your disposal. As well as anything else that will make your stay simple and pleasant. All you have to do is put your bags down.

During your stay
I welcome you from start to finish, I remain available anytime for you by email or phone and even remotely. At all times, there will be someone to help if you need anything.
Depending on your chosen dates, you may have to cohabit with other guests and have to share the common areas with them or with me the owner, if necessary I will notify you when you request to book.

Other things to note
You'll have access to everything just like you're at home. All you'll need to do is put your bags down. If you ever need anything, I agree to provide it whenever possible.

The space
Le quartier est magnifique avec pleins de parcs, patinoires, piscines publiques et terrain de tennis l'autobus passe devant la maison et l'arrêt de la ligne 3 est a moins d'une minute de marche pour vous conduire au métro Longueuil en environ 15 minutes d'où vous pourrez vous rendre facilement au centre ville de Montréal en environ 20 minutes depuis le métro Longueuil. Le vieux Longueuil est tout près avec ses restos, ses bars et ses festivals ainsi que le quartier Dix30.
C'est tout près de Montréal mais avec le calme de la banlieue. Vous avez plusieurs parcs et une cours arrière. Le quartier est calme . Sans voiture, vous devez toutefois calculé environ 15 minutes de marche afin de vous rendre sur le boulevard Taschereau où se trouve les épiceries, pharmacies et autres services. Si vous possédez une voiture vous pouvez aisément vous garez dans la rue devant la maison gratuitement.

La Chambre à coucher principale possède un lit Queen, une commode, deux tables de nuit, un très grand placard avec cintres et beaucoup de tranquillité.


La salle de bain comprends une douche et un bain avec accessoires de base (crème et savons pour le corps et cheveux)

La Cuisine et Salle à manger sont munis d'un frigidaire et un poêle avec four, un micro-ondes, un grille pain, ustensiles, verres et assiettes avec plusieurs extras. Il y à un salon avec deux divans en cuir, avec une télévision non câblée mais a brancher avec hdmi sur votre ordinateur et un lecteur Dvd avec des films a votre disposition et accès Internet illimité via WIFI.

L'accès au logement se fait par la porte d'entrée. Il faut compter environ 20 marches à monter afin d'accéder au logement depuis l'entrée.

AGE: Due to previous situations (and we’re sure this doesn’t relate to you…) We apply a minimum age requirement of 18+.
Guests under the age of 18 are still entirely welcome, but they will need to be accompanied by parents or guardians.

AMENITIES: The easiest way to disrupt an enjoyable stay is a plumbing problem. To prevent this, we kindly ask you to please place things like sanity napkins in the bin we’ve provided in the bathroom.
We simply want to ensure you have a royal flush kind of holiday :)

CLEANLINESS: Thank you for not flushing anything into the toilet. A bin is provided down the toilet (please place sanitary napkins, wet wipes, cotton balls, etc. in the bin ).
Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that before leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and any dirty towels in one place. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker and allows us to keep cleaning costs down for you and future guests.

DAMAGE: We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.

SMOKING: We have a NO Smoking policy (You are welcome to smoke ONLY on the balcony or outside the building. Do not leave doors open to avoid smoke entering inside).

DRUGS: What you do in your time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict NO DRUGS use policy. Although some drugs are allowed by the law… we would appreciate not using any kind on our property.

ELECTRICITY (LIGHTS/ AC/ HEATING): To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the A/C or heating when it's not in use or leaving the house. Mother Nature thanks you too!

OCCUPANCY: We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement. We understand that for a whole variety of reasons, you may want additional guests to stay in the place. If you want additional guests to stay, please contact us to let us know. We’re reasonable folks and will accommodate wherever possible.

'NO PARTY' POLICY: If you’re coming to Montreal to party you’ve picked a great city to do so. Unfortunately, just not at our place. Our Condo is not suitable for events or parties. Though we’re sure it won’t come to it, serious complaints of unruly behaviour will unfortunately result in you being asked to leave. Not good for you. Not good for us.

BEHAVIOR: We expect that the apartment door be kept locked at all times. We do not allow loud music/noise, pets and open flames.

LOCATION AND VALUE:
We would kindly appreciate it if you to notice the accuracy of our apartment Location and Value as in the past some guests didn’t pay attention to these details and then gave us a 4-star rate by penalizing us.
Our apartments are not in ‘The Heart of the Old Port or Downtown’ which by the way are spread over an 18 km2 area. We are as mentioned outside but veeeery close. :)
Otherwise, the price/night would have had an extra 0 on it. :)

In a room right next to the accommodation, there is a front-mounted washer and a front-mounted dryer.

The space
Feel welcomed at home when you walk into comfortable, warm and well-decorated living space. The living room has a 42 inch TV equipped and High-Speed Unlimited Internet 400Mbps (wifi) with Cable TV, Sport and Movie channels, and a Chromecast for your lazy nights to watch Youtube, Netflix or any other streaming option.

The bedroom has a very comfy king bed. It has also a closet space for you to unload your luggage and also space to keep all the clothes you buy at Montreal. In the living room, you have a sofa-bed full size for 2 extra guests.

Your bathroom will remain spotless always and the shower head is amazing for a cold or warm shower.

You'll find a private Laundry room with a washer and a dryer machine (detergent not included).

To comply with Longueuil's regulations, this accommodation is for medium-term rental, i.e. 32 days. It's a 2-room basement and bathroom.

Although located on a quiet family street, you are less than 1 km from the majority of amenities (grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor store...) and close to several local activities.

We are located 20 minutes from Montreal and 10 minutes from Rue Saint-Charles, ideal if you like the action of the big city and the quiet comfort of the suburbs.

The space
You will be staying in the bachelor pad in the basement, the entrance is through a separate entrance. Our family lives above, we have four children so you might hear footsteps and voices since the rooms are above the accommodation.

We are in a quiet family neighborhood. Everyone leads their own life, the residents know each other well and communicate with each other voluntarily. The quiet little life takes place there, large gatherings and parties are practically non-existent: we see them coming from afar. It is therefore an ideal place to rest, telecommute, or take a couple's getaway.

The living room/kitchen is just as you enter the home. Everything is available for cooking. The bathroom is a little further away and the bedroom is at the back near the backyard. You will sleep in a well-appointed double bed.

Strictly non-smoking accommodation (smoke comes through to us), those who want to smoke will do so outside in front near the street. No pets allowed, even the smallest ones.

We have a bike rack for parking your bike in the side yard. Provide your own lock and other security routines as we are not responsible for thefts.

There is an urban henhouse in the yard. If the hens are generous, we'll share the eggs with you. You may smell some odors occasionally if you live with the windows wide open.

The entire property is at your disposal except the closets near the bathroom and in the bedroom. These are reserved for maintenance teams. Please do not go outside through the bedroom door, it is for emergency exit only.

There are very active children all over the triplex, there is noise, especially in the summer and outside of school hours.

We have chickens in the yard. Their working hours are from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. They can cackle with enthusiasm.

Our mission is to provide a cost effective and pet friendly space for travellers. The appartment is located in the basement of our 3 floor house. There is a private entrance and no shared spaces. The place have been rated clean, calm and quiet by the big majority of our guests. However, we own 2 cats and 1 dog so it’s not impossible to hear them running around from time to time and hear the dog bark when there is someone at the door. You'll love the studio because of its great comfort, its modern look and the outdoor sunken pool available to you (not exclusive since shared with us, the owners). My place is perfect for couples, solo and business travelers. Not suitable for parties or meet-ups for friends.
